Certified and insured for all venues - from Big Sur to San Francisco. Cocktail catering for weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, private parties. We bring the bar to you and offer cocktail classes too. We’re proud of Pour Girl as a woman-owned business that staffs real-world bartenders who have as much warmth and charisma as they have experience. We do more than pour drinks; we facilitate joyful gatherings. With 20 years of bartending experience, including bar management at over 500 events, we are still in love with the connection, creativity, and play of cocktail making. Owner, Olana, is a Virgo, so a detail-oriented approach comes naturally: clients can count on fresh ingredients, truly beautiful cocktails, and seamless service.

Olana and her team of mixologists did an outstanding job with serving some amazingly tasty drinks at our wedding! I can’t thank Olana enough for her expertise and patience in planning the menu, recommending proper glassware, ordering enough alcohol, and accommodating our many updates and changes throughout the process. Her team did an amazing job on the day, setting up a much appreciated refreshments table at the ceremony and serving delicious drinks at the bar all night at the reception. We had no shortage of guests remark on how good the drinks were! We highly recommend Olana and Pour Girl for their amazing cocktails and great service!

The drinks were AMAZING. They were so on point with flavor, presentation and the amount of liquor in them. I was so happy with how they turned out. They were a hit. The guests were raving about them.

Olana and her husband provided such an elevated experience with the bartending service at our wedding! Everyone complimented that the drinks were delicious and even started a poll on “his vs. her” drink. The presentation was the cherry on the top. The drinks were garnished with the cutest fresh florals and dehydrated orange and the custom sign for the signature drinks made it extra special. I saw that Pour Girl creates creative signature drink names but I was happy Olana was open to taking the names we thought of too to make it unique to our wedding: Trinh and Tonic and Garebear for our names. The vintage mobile bar added that extra umpth at our wedding venue in Saratoga Springs and the experience and taste will be forever etched in our memories!

Olana and the bartenders at my wedding did a great job! We loved the cocktail, and service was quick and efficient. The bartenders had a great attitude even when baking in the sun at our outdoor venue. Highly recommend.

Hi! I'm Olana, founder and operations manager. Pour Girl was born in 2009 out of my passion for the artistry of craft cocktails. I choose my cocktail ingredients like a chef thinks of dinner ingredients: what flavors pair well? That's the first step, and then it's time to experiment. I was born and raised in Carmel Valley, and I find inspiration in my roots, incorporating local ingredients, taking a seasonal (garden-to-glass) approach to cocktail design, and cultivating strong relationships with local venues. I'm proud of Pour Girl as a woman-owned business that staffs real-world bartenders.
