Real-world bartenders with a wealth of experience in fast-paced, high-end events, our team of ten shares a passion for creating customized cocktail menus, showcasing the seasons from garden to glass. Certified and insured for all venues - from Big Sur to San Francisco. Cocktail catering for weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, and private parties. We bring the bar to you and offer cocktail classes, too. We’re proud of Pour Girl as a woman-owned business that staffs real-world bartenders who have as much warmth and charisma as they have experience. We do more than pour drinks; we facilitate joyful gatherings. With 20 years of bartending experience, including bar management at over 500 events, we are still in love with the connection, creativity, and play of cocktail making. Owner Olana is a Virgo, so a detail-oriented approach comes naturally: clients can count on fresh ingredients, truly beautiful cocktails, and seamless service.

Hi! I'm Olana, founder and operations manager. Pour Girl was born in 2009 out of my passion for the artistry of craft cocktails. I choose my cocktail ingredients like a chef thinks of dinner ingredients: what flavors pair well? That's the first step, and then it's time to experiment. I was born and raised in Carmel Valley, and I find inspiration in my roots, incorporating local ingredients, taking a seasonal (garden-to-glass) approach to cocktail design, and cultivating strong relationships with local venues. I'm proud of Pour Girl as a woman-owned business that staffs real-world bartenders.
