ve “bar” vibe through non-alcoholic options, so we paired Pour24’s espresso cart with a DIY boba bar and other grab-and-go beverages. The idea was to make our guests feel like they were still getting that festive experience — and we were so excited to have Pour24 be a big part of that!
While there were some hiccups during the night — long wait times (We had 150 guests) and a few drinks that didn’t meet expectations — what truly made a lasting impression was how the team handled our feedback. When I reached out after the wedding, the owner James responded with genuine care, full transparency, and took complete accountability. He explained what went on behind the scenes and showed true professionalism in wanting to make things right.
Not everything always goes perfectly during big events, but the way Pour24 responded spoke volumes. Their integrity and commitment to their clients really stood out and we’re grateful they were part of our big day, as our guests still were very impressed with the service regardless of the hiccups! We'd absolutely work with them again and fully recommend them as a trusted vendor. :)

James was incredibly communicative and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. He was also incredibly helpful in creating custom cocktails - which everyone said were delicious. I also can't recommend the coffee cart enough. Everyone at my wedding was so excited to have access to a range of caffeinated beverages after a big meal. I don't think I ever saw the line for the coffee cart die down (and the iced americano I drank after dinner was incredible). Seriously - they did such a great job, I cannot recommend them enough.
