Team POURVA is here and ready to provide professional reliable, efficient bar services & bartenders for your reception! We can do everything related to the bar and would love to help plan your reception. We can do as little ( set up and serve) or ( the whole shebang)! mixers, ice, soda, glassware, and garnishes. We can also provide staff to clear tables, manage food/dessert tables, pour the champagne, and help with clean-up at the end of your event. WEBSITE Here is my website! Our basic bar service package covers: ~ bartenders & bar services for the hours needed. 6-hour total time maximum. ~ Complete set up & clean up with the breakdown of the bar and consolidation of your items. ~ All tools/equipment needed for the job including: bar mats, straws, basic white napkins, with a tool caddy, beer & wine openers, wooden stirrers, shaker cups, bar towels plastic/glass pitchers for serving signature drinks & water, juicer, champagne stoppers, liquor pourers, and shot glasses (may incur a fee) ~ 2-3 clear tubs with ice scoops for cooling wine/beer/mixers 2-3 coolers for storage and cooling ~ Complimentary 1/2 hour consultation for your event, as in how much to buy, what to buy/serve, signature drinks ideas, & vendor information after booking & deposit is made and contract agreed upon. ~ I would just love to hear from you & chat about your details! I wanted to extend my sincere thank you for serving myself, family and our guests at our wedding back in November. I've heard nothing but great things on how your services were executed. My guests felt they were well taken care of, and served in a timely manner. Your patience with myself during all the changes and multiple phone calls was impeccable and I greatly appreciate it.

Penny was great from the start. Very informative and always punctual with her responses. She has a very laid back personality but her work ethic is strong. She'll work with you to figure out drink selections or provide general information when needed. The night of our wedding she was extremely helpful and charasmatic, and we're so glad we chose her for our event. We would definitely use POUR.va services again in the future and highly recommend them.

We are so glad that we chose POUR.va bar services for our garden wedding April 28, 2018. Penny was so helpful and informative, from offering wine suggestions to figuring out how much ice we needed. She knows how crazy things can get as the wedding day approaches, and kept on top of the details. With just 50 guests, mostly family, we almost decided to go without bar services, figuring we could just put out a cooler or 2 and guests could help themselves. We are so glad we decided against that! Rebecca is the one who serviced our wedding and as soon as my husband and I walked into the reception area, Rebecca greeted us at our table with bottles of water and asked what she could get us. All afternoon she kept an eye on our drinks, bringing us fresh ones when we ran low. She made sure everything was cold, poured champagne, made coffee and even swooped in with some of the food set up when she saw me frantic because I had forgotten to put something out that was in the fridge. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of service provided. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Penny and Rebecca! -Amy and Liam
