I cannot overstate what an amazing job Lindsey did on my hair and makeup. She made me look like a princess on my wedding day! I have never felt better! Also, she is super fun and funny. My bridesmaids looked gorgeous as well. I highly recommend Powder Inc. if it is in your budget.

I can't say enough good things about Powder Inc. Shante did my makeup for both my engagement pictures (trial run) and the wedding. Not to mention that she also did my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother-in-law. I had never felt that beautiful before and I feel like Shante did a wonderful job of applying makeup that looked naturally elevated and it photographed well. These women really know their stuff and I would recommend to everyone.

Jenn is absolutely amazing! She did my bridal makeup and it was FLAWLESS! I got so many compliments on my wedding day, because of her talented work! She truly is an amazing artist!! My mom got her makeup done and she was so ecstatic when someone told her she looked 20 years younger!! I am so happy I booked with Jenn and I would recommend everyone get their makeup done by her!

Jinalyn was such a doll! Incredibly talented and made me feel like a good friend was doing my makeup. She was super flexible with several last minute changes to location, time and brought along extra lashes for my girls. I can't say enough good things about Jinalyn and Powder Inc. They are one thing I highly recommend splurging on for your special day! SO worth it!

Holy cow - these ladies are amazing. They will make you look SO beautiful!! I normally hate how I look in photos but with their expertise and my amazing photographer I can't stop looking at my photos!! My bridesmaids looked amazing too, and my mother in law who was soooo nervous about her hair loved it! Can't say enough great things about these ladies - the best money we spent! And they were fun to have around to boot :)

I hate to preface a review like this but...I had approached Powder, Inc., after seeing the absolutely amazing work that Nicole and her contractors did both on Instagram and after one of my college friends used her for her wedding. While I could have booked Nicole for my wedding hair and makeup, she was unfortunately way too expensive for my wedding budget. However, I had two big priorities when it came to wedding planning: I needed an amazing photographer (CHECK!!), and I needed a really amazing makeup artist. Nicole suggested I go with her contractor Lindsey, and not to downplay AT ALL the work that Lindsey does, but she was much more affordable. The contract and payment process was a bit muddy, and I could have used just a bit more responsiveness, but overall, I couldn't be happier with the end product. Lindsey was an absolute joy to work with. During the trial, she really listened to what I wanted (erase that triple chin, girl, and make my eyes big!!!), and was able to create a look that complemented not only my dress, but the entire style of the wedding. When choosing a HMUA, my big goals were to (a) look amazing, and (b) still look like myself. I look at my wedding photos and know that I look like a really great version of my current self. She also made my sister and my mother look absolutely stunning. She was certainly worth the price, and I'd go with her again in a heartbeat. I'm even trying to persuade my mom now to go and get haircuts from Lindsey. She has a knack for making you look elegant, and I'd love to see what she could do with my mom's hair. Anyway, very talented team. I'm so grateful Lindsey was part of my day.

There's a reason she books out a year in advance. Just book her. She's amazing, she's fun, and your makeup will last all night.
