⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Russ Powell and Chris more than five stars, I would. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Russ Powell and Chris. If you're considering hiring them for your wedding, stop looking and book them. They were worth every single penny and then some. I planned my wedding in less than two months,.To be honest, I booked Russ late in the process because I didn't think I needed a DJ. I assumed the venue would handle the microphones and music, and when I found out I needed someone to manage those pieces. What started as a last-minute necessity became one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I wish Russ had been the very first vendors I booked. From our very first conversation.Not once did he add stress to the process. Instead, he removed it. As someone planning a wedding on a very short timeline, I felt overwhelmed by all the details. Russ took the time to guide me through everything. He asked thoughtful questions, helped me think through things I hadn't considered, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Russ wasn't just our DJ. He was our Master of Ceremonies, and he absolutely ROCKED it. In fact, his role as MC ended up being one of the most valuable parts of our entire wedding day. He kept everything moving, coordinated transitions, announced events perfectly, and made sure every person knew where they needed to be and when. There was never an awkward silence, dead air, or dull moment. He kept the energy up while making everything feel natural and effortless. he took the time to get to know the important people in our lives. Because of that, everything felt personal instead of scripted. The flow of our wedding was flawless because of Russ. He was always thinking ahead and making sure the next moment was ready before the current one ended. As the bride, I never had to wonder what was happening next because Russ already had it handled. He worked with our photographer and videographer. He didn't work for the venue, but he worked seamlessly with the other vendors to make sure nothing was missed. Every special dance, speech, family moment, and major event was communicated and coordinated. I'm am Texan and had some Mexican family come in and we were also bringing together Utah LDS family and friends. That's a unique mix of cultures, traditions, personalities, and expectations. Russ made everyone feel comfortable, included, and engaged. He understood the importance of family, knew how to connect with different groups, and created an atmosphere where everyone felt like they belonged. He read the room perfectly and adjusted effortlessly. The App was fantastic and easy to use, and I loved that I could collaborate with family members. But what really made the difference was Russ himself. When I hadn't completed everything, he didn't just send reminders. He called me. He walked me through it. He helped me choose music, think through timelines, and make decisions when I felt stuck. He genuinely cared about making sure our wedding reflected us and our story. They helped create one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Russ looked incredible. Dressed to the nines, polished, professional, and honestly looking like a celebrity. He represented himself and his business with the same excellence he brought to our wedding day. Thank you, Russ and Chris, for everything you did for us. We will never forget it. Worth every penny. The best DJ. One of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Book them. ❤️

I will recommend Rus Powell's team to everyone. Morgan DJ'ed our wedding and she did the most amazing job. My dance floor was never empty and I am still getting requests for our playlist! The lighting and atmosphere they created were exactly what I needed. I am forever grateful for this team of amazing people for creating the party I always dreamed of!
