Power 2 Party

Power 2 Party was the first vendor I booked, because I knew that the band was the most important part of my wedding! And they did not disappoint. I knew they would be great, but my guests were seriously shocked and so impressed, and have been talking about it ever since. So many people told me they’ve never stayed at a wedding until the lights came on, but it was so hard to leave the dance floor. My fiancé even surprised me by playing the drums with the band for a song, which he coordinated with them beforehand. They learned a song for us, and kept everyone engaged the whole night. We are already plotting for a reason to hire them again!

DON'T THINK, JUST BOOK!! If I could give 10 stars I would. The most incredible experience with Power 2 Party at our wedding - we booked them for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception and they were perfection at it all from start to finish. When I say they made our wedding I mean it - so incredibly talented and so interactive with the crowd, it was literally one big dance party for 5 hours straight. Guests are still talking about them a month later. By far the best decision we made in the wedding planning process!! Sam Hill was also awesome to work with for booking, etc.

All of my guests are still talking about this band months after the wedding! They were THE MOST lively & energetic band I have ever seen. The value of how many people in the band for the price is unbeatable & they are all incredibly talented. I highly recommend this band as they will keep everyone dancing all night long!

I can’t emphasize this enough- BOOK POWER 2 PARTY ASAP! This band is simply AMAZING; I am not exaggerating when I say that Power 2 Party turned our wedding into an unforgettable party. We couldn’t have asked for worse weather on our wedding day- our tent collapsed the night before our wedding due to 35-40 MPH gusting winds. In addition, there was a 30 degree temperature drop throughout the day and it was 35 degrees F by the time of our reception. Our planner told us that she had actually heard of many other bands cancelling that night- but not Power 2 Party. They showed up to our venue full of energy, positivity, and never had a single complaint about the awful weather. Rather than playing on a stage under a covered tent as planned, they rolled with the punches and played on the piazza of our venue. Our guests ended up dancing on the piazza, as we no longer had an official dance floor, and every single wedding guest from 6 years old to 70 years old was on the piazza dancing at one point. Power 2 Party not only are incredibly talented, their versatile playlist included songs from Tina Turner to Lizzo. The entire band made an effort to engage with our small 75 person wedding, with several of the singers weaving into the audience and dancing with us at points. The most frequent comment we heard the day after our wedding was that Power 2 Party was the best band anyone had ever heard. Several future brides asked me for their contact info to book them for their weddings as well. The decision to hire Power 2 Party transformed our wedding and made it into the unforgettable day that it was. I will be forever grateful to Power 2 Party and can’t stress enough- book this band IMMEDIATELY if they are available!!

We had Power2Party at our October wedding, and we cannot say enough incredible things about this wonderful, talented band! They truly made our wedding experience the most perfect, fun night for our families and friends! Power 2 Party played/performed at our August 2021 wedding in Lexington, VA and they were everything we could have ever imagined and then some. They were professional, responsive, flexible, patient, and FUN! They were truly a pleasure to work with. They were willing to learn a special song for us for the last song of the night and they were willing to work with me on putting together a special mash-up of a few songs for our father/daughter dance. From the start of the night until the end, they were BEYOND amazing. Our guests are still talking about how amazing they were and how much fun they had and I know we will all remember our wedding, and Power 2 Party, forever. They had such contagious, positive energy about them. They only took one break all night. This band is the real deal and is SUCH a worthwhile investment for your wedding. We loved Power 2 Party so much and can't say enough good things about them and their showmanship and musical talents. Highly recommend!

Music has always been a big part of our lives and it was very important for us to have the best music we could at the wedding. Power 2 Party did not disappoint! They were full of energy and did a great job of incorporating our likes as well as reading the crowd to keep everyone dancing. We have had so many people mention how great the band was and how they helped top of a perfect wedding, many stating “That was the best band I have ever heard at a wedding!”.

It’s been almost a year since our wedding and the one compliment that comes up over and over and over again is just how amazing our band was. My husband and I wanted our wedding to feel like a true party and as I told the band after their last song, they absolutely made our wedding night! Their energy was contagious and they never let the room settle into a lull. They were amazing performers, talented musicians, and I loved how well they interacted with our guests! Our venue was so impressed with them, they have hired them back for additional events since our wedding. I cannot recommend Power 2 Party enough! Thank you for making our wedding so memorable!

Power to Party was terrific! We hired them for our March wedding and were more than pleased. They love to interact with your crowd and kept us on the dance floor all night long. With twelve people in their group you really get a big performance at a very reasonable price!

Power 2 Party is THE BEST! Our reception band was very important to us. I think we spent more time looking at bands than any other vendor. Power 2 Party did not disappoint. They had people dancing the entire reception. Our reception ended at midnight and at the end of the reception, we probably had double the amount of people we were expecting to be there. I honestly believe so many people stayed the whole time because Power 2 Party was that much fun. I would hire them all over again in a heart beat!
