Ashley and her team did an unbelievable job with our wedding at Morris Arboretum. We had an entirely vegan menu that got rave reviews from all our non-vegan guests. Other vendors we talked to didn’t even try to accommodate our request for a vegan menu, but Power Events took on the challenge without hesitation and exceeded all expectations. Ashley was super responsive and accommodating, and every time we talked to her we felt so much more confident. The team did such a good job taking care of set up and tear down, and they really made it easy for us to enjoy our day without worrying.

Ashley and her team are amazing!! They hosted our wedding and everything exceeded our expectations. Leading up to the event, Ashley was super informative, transparent, and helped with every single detail. She made this process a breeze. Not to mention the food was outstanding, all of our guests could not stop raving about it. We could not recommend Power Events enough, thank you for a beyond perfect day!!

Power events is more than just a catering company. Throughout the night Ashley made sure I was taken care of and fed properly. I ruined my dress and she was quick on her feet to tie a bow to it. We received amazing feed back not only about the food but also the staff from all of our guests. Everyone we were introduced to from her crew where amazing people that loved what they did and went out of their way to make sure we ate and had a great time. I can not wait to use her for my future events.

Power Events catered our wedding this past weekend and we were so impressed with the professionalism and quality of the food! We recently used Power Events for a microwedding and they were amazing. Ashley was hands down the easiest person we worked with while planning - she was responsive, excellent at communicating, and able to guide us when we weren't sure what direction to go. Ashley is AMAZING! We hired Power to cater our wedding this past April and I am so beyond grateful that we did; I truly believe Ashley and her team were an essential part of what made our wedding the best night of our lives. When I tell you that my wedding was made PERFECT due to Ashley, I am not kidding. First, the food she makes is delicious!! The atmosphere she helps you create is equally amazing. We got married this year on 8/19 and we were blown away by the service from Power Events and Ashley. Not only did she bring our vision to life and listen to every detail we envisioned but she also helped keep us on track for the day, organized our (rather large) bridal party, and even helped me bustle my dress when it was being difficult. The servers and bartenders were incredibly professional, fun, and so sweet. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of, hydrated, and having a great time. Any large event we have in the future - we will absolutely be reaching out to Ashley and her team.

Power Events Catering was completely AMAZING in putting together a magnificent wedding experience from beginning to end. I cannot adequately express how wonderful Ashley and her entire staff were in making our daughter's wedding utterly PERFECT. The wedding was on October 6th and the compliments are still rolling in. From the ceremony to cocktails and appetizers to the exquisite dinner and dessert. EVERY LAST DETAIL was expertly executed to create a fabulous & memorable event.

I can't possibly say enough good things about Ashley and the Power Events team. I reached out to them for a last minute-ish wedding because a friend said their food "was the best they've ever had at a wedding." Serendipitously Power Events had had an event rescheduled for the same day of my wedding, and we booked them immediately. Ashley was such a delight and the consummate professional. She was so kind and patient with one million changes and dealing with an absurd amount of dietary restrictions. The food itself was incredible, my only regret from my wedding was not eating WAY more of it. We've had multiple people comment on how good the food was and we're just so grateful to the team. I truly can't recommend Power events more, everyone would be lucky to have them as their caterer.

Ashley and her team were wonderful to work with! The food was was phenomenal. We had a cocktail style wedding, where Ashley helped with everything from setting up the venue, coordinating with the vendors, and even helping with the timing. Very professional and accommodating to our guests with food restrictions and allergies. We really enjoyed planning our day with Ashley and interacting with her and her team the day of. Our daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception catered by Ashley through Power Events this past weekend. As parents, my husband and I were nervous about hosting such a big event. We wanted everything to go smoothly and the celebration to honor our daughter and our new son-in-law. They both work really hard and deserved a great day. Ashley didn’t miss a single detail. She took so much of a load off of us and made the event very enjoyable not only for the bride and groom, all the friends and family, but for my husband and I also. We had an absolute blast! Our daughter and her new husband are still getting compliments about what an amazing celebration it was! Cannot thank Ashley enough! Highly recommend!

Ashley and her team provided exceptional service on our wedding day this past Friday. Not only was the food delicious, so was the service. The power events team were so kind to our guests and honestly were such a huge part of making a dream into a reality. At the reception after couple photos I did not get to my plate fast enough and was instantly remade a hot plate without question when I finally got to sit down, I felt so taken care of! Wow! Wow! WOW! So many guests commented that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding! Ashley knocked it out of the park at our tasting and each thing we put into our mouths was more delicious than the last! We knew halfway through our tasting we would go with Power Events without a doubt. Ashley is truly talented and we had no worries about the food whatsoever. I had literally 0% stress about the food from the moment I met her, she handled everything like a true professional and I would highly recommend!

Ashley was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating and really helped everything flow so smoothly. On top of that, everyone keeps telling me how good the food was! A few of my guests have even mentioned that the short ribs were the best they have ever had. Our original plan was interrupted by a massive storm, but Ashley and her team helped everything move along seamlessly. I honestly can't say enough good things about Power Events. I am so happy we chose them!

I cant even put words to how grateful we are that we found Power Events for our wedding. Ahsley does it all! From amazing food to making sure we walked down the aisle at the right time. What can I say? We were given one of those rare weddings where everything was perfect. It only happened through Ashley’s careful planning and understanding of our vision. None of us remember the boiled chicken or soggy whitefish from our childhood weddings (okay, maybe a little ) but your guests will forever remember and rave about Ashley’s food the way our guests did. We wanted our menu to reflect seasonal choices, our respect for food, and our appreciation of the culinary craft. Ashley was there from our first tasting to guide us through our choices and convey what the experience would be the day of our wedding. My sibling owned a French bistro, has been involved in many catering events, and my family has been small business owners their whole lives. The coordination and planning involved in delivering this experience was not lost on us. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff was friendly, and through the busy night we saw them anticipate the needs of our guests and execute perfect timing and delivery. The food was served family-style, and everything arrived staggered and hot. Our guests loved the opportunity to try everything. More than once we were told, “We can tell you guys love food, because this menu is so good!” And there it is: if you are looking for a wedding experience that reflects your sensibilities, Power Events is what you want. The food was only one factor in what Power Events delivered. The decor was neat, uniform, and elegant. Coordination between our day-of planner, venue staff, and other vendors was timely and well organized. We look forward to sharing our experience with others who are in need of event planning!

Power Events did a phenomenal job managing my son's wedding! As an out of town parent, I was concerned that something was going to fall through the cracks, since we were using a non-traditional venue and the food was being supplied by a relative. Ashley's emails were so thorough and directed that everybody knew exactly what to do and when they had to have it done. The decorations were stunning. The staff was kind and accommodating and Ashley made sure that every single thing went according to plan. Hiring Power Events will be a no-brainer for us when one of our other kids decides to tie the knot.

Simple cannot overstate how amazing it was to work with Ashley. She is so organized and so on top of everything! The food and her staff was delicious. She is extremely flexible, honest and literally makes things happen so easily. You can truly trust that she will execute things the way you want them. It could not have been a better experience working with her!

Let’s face it, nobody wants to read a wordy review, so I’ll keep it brief and focus on the top three reasons that I think you should hire Power Events for your special occasion (wedding in my case), because from the experience my wife and I had, you DEFINITELY should. 1. Ashley is experienced, and thorough. She thought of things that we, and even other vendors we worked with for our wedding, had overlooked - ensuring that the entire event ran smoothly. 2. Ashley’s staff provided top notch service. We frequent fine dining restaurants and the service we experienced on our wedding day rivaled the service we’ve experienced in fine dining. 3. The food. We’re the type of people whose lives revolve around food - as an example, we went into our two week honeymoon with a list of 98 restaurants we wanted to try while on our trip. The food that Ashley and her team served up for our wedding was perfect! I lost count of how many guests complemented the food, and let me tell you we had some tough critics in the crowd. Hiring Ashley and the Power Events Team was probably one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Right off the bat, everything was always incredibly straight forward. She had menu options online to choose from and prices per person. She recommended a timeline, and had suggestions for linens and chargers. She was also familiar with our venue, the Morris Arboretum, so we ultimately had very little to communicate directly with the venue. She even had two different rain plans in mind just in case the weather would be unfavorable day of- which was a huge load off my mind to know it would be well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious too. My go-to meal is always chicken, but Ashley’s food changed my mind. Her beef tenderloins were probably the best red meat I’ve had in my entire life and the cauliflower steak was so good that I actually ordered it as my meal for the night of the wedding. Everything else was equally delicious too, anything you get from Ashley’s team is going to be amazing. Her catering team was the absolute best too. They were the kindest and most helpful people. While I was waiting for my mom to bustle my dress, one of the servers saw me and stopped by to see if I would like one of the appetizers they were carrying. I was so hungry so it was so nice to get a bite of food before having to go interact with everyone. They also set everything up for the wedding, and it all came together amazing. They put together a plate of Hors D’Oeuvres for us at the reception, and boxed up the entrees from folks who didn’t attend (due to covid). You can tell that Ashley puts her heart and soul into making sure your event goes over smoothly, so I recommend being patient with her in the beginning and sending follow-up emails as needed. She prioritizes her responses for upcoming events- and is very responsive when it counts. Oh and she captured this great picture of my dad walking me down the aisle. Thanks Ashley!

Ashley and her team did an incredible job with our wedding! We met Ashley back in 2019 and after two postponements, we finally got married in 2022. In the years in between, she was an excellent communicator and was very adaptable to any and all changes we had to make. It very much felt like Ashley and her team had our back the whole day and were committed to not only serving incredible food, but also giving us as stress-free a wedding day as possible. Ashley had another wedding that same day and managed to be there right before we walked down the aisle (and got some great photos and video!) and then came BACK to our wedding to enjoy the dancing and check in later on in the night. We had a designated server, Kat, who always made sure that we had a drink in our hand and food on our plate, even when we were on the dance floor. I must have asked for 15 glasses of water and they made sure I was hydrated and happy the whole time! The servers were truly wonderful and we felt lucky to have them there, along with our guests! And that's not even mentioning the quality of the food! All of our guests commented on how great the food was and even though we did a tapas-style event, no one was even remotely hungry. The food just kept coming! There was so much variety and we highly recommend tapas-style for couples looking for more mingling and less stagnation. Any couple, or anyone planning any type of event, would be so lucky to have Ashley and her team as one of their vendors. Ashley is a gem, a true professional, and she made us feel safe and secure about one of the most important parts of our big day, the food!

Wowowow!!!! Ashley and the Power Team did an outstanding job. We could not have been happier! Ashley went above and beyond to make our day special. She fine tuned our menu with her expert advice and guided us to what our guests refer to as “the best wedding ever!!” Everything was absolutely delicious. From the sriracha deviled eggs to the homemade donuts. The staff was courteous & attentive, the timing was perfect, the attention to detail was on point.. I could go on and on. If you want to host a cocktail-style reception with absolutely delicious food and work with an amazingly organized and helpful team, look no further than Power Events. Ashley and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Ashley was a true partner, not only providing menu advise but design advise as well. My husband and I hosted an approximately 80-person cocktail-style, make-up wedding reception at Hill-Physick House in Philadelphia in October 2021. Ashley and her team had never worked at the venue before, which you never would have known, as it was an absolute breeze with no hiccups whatsoever thanks to the highly professional staff Ashley employs. An expert in curating perfect cocktail parties, there is no better event-planning partner than Ashley. I couldn’t recommend her services more.

Where can we start with Power Events? From the very first moment, Ashley was exceptionally easy to work with, extremely capable and competent, and the results themselves were beyond our expectations. Our venue works with Power Events quite a bit, so Ashley and team were our first outlet. We never needed to contact anyone else. We reached out to Ashley with a date, an idea of what we wanted, and a budget. Our budget was neither large nor small, but I am still shocked at the quantity and quality of the food we received. The day of was a whirlwind, but our guests left raving about the food. We knew they would, since we had had Ashley to our house long before to prepare samples of each and every dish we chose, as well as a couple of others she thought we may like. Beyond the food, the service was incredible. Ashley’s team took excellent care of every single guest at our wedding. We did a cocktail style, and they coped incredibly well with the fact most of our guests were always on the move. They also made sure to pay special attention to the guests who couldn’t be as mobile, and ensured they got every single dish they wanted. Somehow, in between all of this, Ashley and her team were able to make sure our other vendors ate, our parents were taken care of, our venue was decorated, and aided in buttoning up all of the final details. If given the opportunity to do all of this again, Power Events would definitely be our first call.

Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing! We had to change our venue a month out from our wedding and Power Events was able to make our wedding exactly how we wanted. Everything had to be planned last minute, but Ashley was able to make everything we wanted happen. The food and service that Ashley and her staff provided were great. Whatever we needed they were there to help. I would strongly recommend Power Events to anyone planning a wedding or any event. I cannot thank Power Events for everything they did to make our wedding the best day.

Ashley and Power Catering are absolute professionals. For the whole lifecycle of the event, Ashley was there guiding and leading the charge. From the first conversations to the last, she was able to offer solutions for all sorts of curve balls (of which there were several). In addition to that, the food and service was unmatched. Our guests raved about everything from the apps to the desserts. Days after the event, I'm still getting comments about the quality and the presentation. My guests even had favorite staff (specifically Angel, Sara and Mr. J). Everyone from Power Catering was a hit! Whenever I throw my next event, I'm hiring Power Catering. No question in my mind.

I highly recommend Ashley and the team at Power Events to cater your wedding. She catered our wedding and we could not have been more pleased. We wanted something different for our meal and the menu she suggested was a 5 course meal with wine pairings. We were blown away at the wonderful tastes of each course when we did the tasting and we didn't change a thing! The presentation of each course was also wonderful! The first course was served in a martini glass, which looked very elegant. Not the typical salad bowl! Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top notch, from the bartender to the servers, to Ashley herself. Not only did Ashley manage the reception and dinner, but she helped coordinate the entire event. I could not have asked for more. I didn't hire a wedding coordinator but Ashley was there and took care of everything! Thank you Ashley for making the event amazing!

Ashley and her team are a well-oiled machine. Not only do they provide amazing food, but they also provide amazing service. Every person on the staff, from start to finish, was awesome. My husband and I wanted for nothing all day, as we were waited on personally by Jere, who was the absolute BEST. I never felt so looked after! Every guest that I talked to after the wedding raved about the food and the staff, with many people saying it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. And seriously -- everything was delicious. We had to postpone twice due to the pandemic and Ashley was super flexible with changing our dates. She was also very encouraging along the way -- it was so nice to have someone like her on our side! Her team helped with setting up and breaking down our decor too. I really don't know how we would have handled our day without them and we were lucky to have Power Events as a vendor for our wedding. I highly recommend Ashley, owner of Power Events, for the excellent catering experience we had. This past weekend we hosted our daughter's Bridal Luncheon and Shower at the Morris House Hotel and it could not have been nicer. From the hands-on planning Ashley provided to the excellent menu options, the whole process was exceptional, On the actual day, her staff was extremely hard-working and attentive. The whole team made our day quite simply, perfect. Thank you Ashley!

Our wedding reception had to be postponed twice due to COVID, and Ashley was super understanding and helpful every step of the way. She had really fun suggestions for food and decor, and everyone raved about the event. Her team was super attentive and made sure my husband and I had drinks and food during a very hectic night. Our only regret is that we didn't get to eat more, since as the bride and groom we just had so many other things to do throughout the night. I hope I get to go to one of Ashley's events as a guest in the future so that I can focus on eating more :)

Ashley was phenomenal in every way and at every step of our wedding process! She was flexible, patient, and kind as we waited to find out what Covid restrictions would look like on our big day. Our food was incredible - a month later and all our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed dining at our wedding. We were so lucky to work with Ashley Power and the entire Power Events Catering team for our June 2021 wedding! They seamlessly made our event unique, special, beautiful, and delicious. The catering: We went with a cocktail style wedding menu for our wedding at Power Plant Productions, and so glad we did! This menu style was fresh and fun, featuring unique hors d'oeuvres, elevated passed small plates, and Philly-themed late night snacks. Our guests were raving about the delicious food for days after the event. The team: What would we do without Ashley Power? She helped us dream up the menu and event we dreamed of and was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, especially during Covid and multiple event reschedules and changes. During the event, Ashley and her team were absolutely standout! In addition to the fantastic catering and bar services, the Power Events team also did a fantastic job with event setup, layout, and decor. They made sure the venue looked perfect and were so attentive to details. Ashley also provided amazing day-of coordination, which was so valuable to us! Throughout the event, Ashley and her team made sure we had food and drinks at all times and made sure all aspects and details of the event went smoothly. A special shout out to Jerry here, who made sure the bride was never without a glass of wine! We honestly couldn’t recommend Power Events Catering enough!

We originally went with Power Events and Ashley because she was quick to respond, nice and supportive on the phone, offers to be wedding planner and cater, for a reasonable price. Long story short- she ended up pulling through for us soooo much more than advertised. My husband and I decided to purchase our own tents as a rain option and crossed our fingers we wouldn’t have to use them. The night before the wedding we had a downpour of rain and our tents crashed- with everything in it! Ashley was on the phone with us at 1am trying to help us figure out what to do. The morning of the wedding, as the rain continued she came over early and helped us pack up everything to be moved to a new location. New location, being her and her husbands restaurant, which we were soo thankful for because the tents were our backup plan and that was no longer an option, for our outdoor wedding. It ended up being a really good day, my guest could not stopping talking about how amazing the food was and Power Events staff were great as well! Ashley, helped create a happy ending to a crazy stressful beginning. Highlights: nice and supportive on phone, willing to chat and answer questions anytime, quick to respond, incredible food!, great friendly staff, and she is quick on her toes to help find solutions to problems. You should hire her!

Ashley is the best there is. She created my perfect day. She helped me and my wedding party get down the isle, then drive to my reception and decorated it to perfection. She created the most beautiful Charcuterie table that everyone was in love with. She supported my family and I when the pandemic threatened our day, and was patient and flexible when I changed wedding plans 3 times. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Ashley was absolutely a joy to work with. Her food is amazing, her personality is bright, she has wonderful energy, and she surrounds herself with stellar staff. In addition to her wonderful cooking, Ashley is extremely flexible with brides, she really will go above and beyond to make sure you feel supported from the start. I was planning my wedding in Philly living from Providence. So she worked with my venue (Power Plant Productions) to set up a complete menu tasting and walk-through for myself, my fiance, and my mom. It was so reassuring to get to pick our menu ourselves, and taste what the entire evening would be like before it happened. She was so accommodating and offered to change anything we'd like, but we had no changes! She also set up a timeline and coordinated everything like a pro. Then, COVID-19 really threw a wrench in our wedding plans. Ashley was similarly flexible and positive. She worked to scale down our 150-person cocktail style/tapas wedding to a 23-person sit-down dinner micro-wedding (with a more traditional cocktail hour). We absolutely loved the food, and also my family could not stop commenting on how much they loved her staff and the service. Please consider her for your event, and make sure you go heavy on the cocktail hour foods - Ashley is truly talented at curating an awesome tapas/cocktail-style event. All in all, Ashley made our wedding day less stressful, more fun, and safe. We're so happy we chose to work with her!

Ashley and her team are AMAZING! Not only is her food to die for, I don’t think I would have made it through the last few months leading up to our 2020 wedding is she wasn’t there to talk me off the ledge. We attempted to hold out with our original guest count of 120 as long as possible and then in August we were faced with the decision to postpone, relocate, or re-route to a micro-wedding and Ashley was there with options and advise every step of the way. We might be biased, but it was the most special, intimate wedding I’ve ever been a part of. Everyone who attended have not stopped talking about how amazing the food was and how much fun the staff were throughout the whole event. We cannot wait to plan another event with Ashley. The only regret is not asking for a goody bag to take home and enjoy again.

From the moment we learned of Ashley's specialization in cocktail-style dining, we were sold on her and Power Events as our wedding caterer. Ashley set up a home tasting of menu items (many of them pre-selected by us) and floored us with the quality and variety of her food. Book Power Events if you want reliable professionals to cater and staff your event! Ashley and her team put together a customized menu and party schedule for our cocktail style wedding. All of our (140) guests had a great time, and the food was not only delicious, but also looked fabulous! It was exactly what we wanted - the variety, fun format, and friendly staff. There was something for everyone- killer risotto bar, remarkably stacked crudités and charcuterie table, and many accommodations for dietary restrictions/needs. Ashley knocked it out of the park from the first phone call, to the tasting, to the night of. We were discouraged about some venues we saw with pricey, exclusive catering arrangements. This was the opposite, and we are so glad we found Power!

Ashley and her team catered our cocktail style wedding of about 145 guests. She is amazing!! It was exactly what we hoped for - a beautiful and huge cheese and charcuterie display, really delicious hors d'oeuvres and small "tapas" plates, it was a ton of food with a a lot of variety. Everyone was raving about how good everything was. Not only was the food great, Ashley was so helpful and great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in wedding planning, set up, and party flow.

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley and Power Catering. Ashley was helpful from start to finish in planning our wedding. The day would not have happened without her. She developed the perfect fall menu for our cocktail/tapas-style wedding with AMAZING hors d’ouvres and passed tapas. She made the wedding food perfectly us and was able to change any of the dishes to our request. She even made our (pretty complex) signature cocktails perfectly ahead of time to eliminate any wait at the bar at the actual wedding. My one worry going into the event was that since we didn’t do a sit down dinner, people wouldn’t get enough food. But everyone at the wedding commented on how incredible the food was and how full they were at the end. Her servers and staff were incredible – making sure that everyone at the wedding (including myself and my husband) were eating and getting everything we needed. In addition to amazing food, Ashley goes above and beyond. She helped me pick out the décor for tables, provided linens, and even offered to go to Target for us to get things for our bathroom baskets! She also provided our day-of coordinator (Victoria) who was incredible! I would recommend Ashley and Power Catering to anyone who is getting married in the Philly area. She is talented, caring, and clearly LOVES weddings. I cannot say enough good things about her!! Thank you, Ashley and team!

Her cocktail style reception fit our needs and style perfectly. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food and atmosphere at our event. Ashley is hands down the most accommodating and honest individual I had worked with in planning out wedding - she truly wants you to have the best day ever. When we first met she came to our home and prepared an assortment of options for us to try and offered suggestions and menu changes to fit our needs. She even allowed us to bring in some of our own ethnic foods to personalize our menu even more. You will not be disappointed with her service, variety and attention to detail. We cannot thank everyone enough for the amazing evening we had.

From start to finish, I couldn't have been happier to work with Ashley and her amazing team. Ashley is prompt in communication, creative, and an overall dynamo. After a few initial conversations, she came to our house to cook our proposed menu for us one night after we got off work! It was unbelievable, speedy, and not intrusive - Ashely had everything prepped and just rolled out option after option of amazing, flavorful food. Her efficiency paired with her knowledge of our venue, Society of Colonial Dames, made us confident that our wedding day would be nothing less than perfect. And it was! Much thanks to Ashley and Victoria! From the rentals (beautiful vintage colorful glassware) to the overall event flow, our expectations were beyond surpassed. Still, my friends are telling me how great the food was at our wedding!

Power events catering was AMAZING. The owner Ashley is the sweetest and really helped me with more than just food. She helped create my vision :). The food was awesome and everyone loved it! People even said, "this was the best wedding food I have ever had." She won't disappoint you.

My wife and I cannot say enough about Ashley and her team. We knew how amazing Ashley was the day we met her - in fact our venue choice specifically was because of our first interaction with her. From the minute we met her, she was attentive, organized, extremely friendly and passionate about food and presentation. She even did a tasting at our home so we didn't have to come to her! Everything about our wedding far exceeded our expectations - we thought the food couldn't get any better from the tasting and were we wrong. Still over a month later our guests are still talking about the food and how amazing the staff at Power Events were. Honestly, I don't think we could say enough about how incredible Ashley and her staff were the day of our wedding. We had a wedding coordinator that was just amazing - from helping our bridal party line up and making sure the entire night my wife and I had everything we needed and most importantly that we were eating enough. We could on and on about how amazing Power Events truly is - they completely made our day so special, stress free and absolutely perfect.

From the second I got on the phone with Ashley, I knew we had to hire her to coordinate and cater our wedding. I cannot even imagine the big day (and the months leading up to) without Ashley there every step of the way. She took the time to get to know my vision for my dream wedding, and seriously took care of everything. Not only is she super organized and down to earth, her food is insanely good; our friends and family will not stop complimenting us on how delicious and full they were the whole day! Our wedding was a week ago and I cannot stop dreaming about Ashley's famous ravioli. She's the best in the business hands down. The day-of service was impeccable and everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. I can't imagine anyone making my wedding any more beautiful than what Ashley and her wonderful team put together! They coordinated and catered my wedding on 10/6/18 and it was a great experience from the start. Working with Ashley was such a pleasure and she made sure everything was perfect and ran smoothly! I described the general vibe I wanted and Ashley took care of the rest. She keyed into exactly what I envisioned, chose and handled vendors, and put together an affordable tapas style menu that everyone has been raving about. Leading up to the big day I received so many comments on how relaxed I was - I knew I had nothing to worry about and that Ashley was taking care of the details. This was especially important as we had an outdoor wedding at a private home, and priceless to a laid back bride such as myself. All the staff were welcoming and attentive, and we really appreciated the extra care they gave our elderly guests. The day of coordinator Victoria expertly guided all the events of the day, and made sure my new husband and I had enough to eat and drink (a godsend). We could not recommend Ashley and her team more!

Ashley impressed from the very beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable, organized, and had great suggestions. The planning process was so easy--she was great with helping up perfect a brunch menu with everything we were looking for. She did an initial walk through with me at the venue itself and was so full of ideas about set-up, decorations, table settings, etc. We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, and Ashley was fantastic in taking our ideas and actually turning them into working plans. She had worked at our venue, The Colonial Dames, before and it made coordination a breeze since she knew the set-up so well. Leading up to the wedding, we did a final walk-through. Day of was what really impressed up. Ashley and her team arrived the day before and got most of the table settings set up. In the morning, her team came and introduced themselves to everyone and seamlessly got everything in place. When it finally came time to walk down the aisle, Ashley was right there and fixing my hair! Immediately after the ceremony, a staff member handed me and the groom a glass of water. I was so impressed by how above and beyond everyone went. The cheese table was gorgeous and all the appetizers and food got compliments all day.

Every table we went to all night said the same thing "the food is INCREDIBLE". Ashley has master the art of making incredibly tasty and approachable food that won't break the bank! Her cocktail style reception keeps the food going all night. Hors D'eorves range from sriracha shrimp toasts to Asiago risotto fritters to fresh bruschetta. The dinner had short ribs, chicken with bacon and cherries and dijon salmon. She had a pasta station that included pumpkin ravioli to die for! The desserts were great I heard (I didn't get any, they were gone by the time I got there!) and the mini cheese steaks finished off the night perfectly! Ashley and her team did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Ashley Power catered our cocktail style winter wedding in December @ Power Plant Productions. I highly recommend her services; she will take great care of you, solve problems, and ease your worries during a stressful time! Over the course of the 14 months we worked her, we were continually impressed by how responsive, flexible, organized, reassuring, and pleasant she is. She worked with us right from the start, tweaking multiple menu plans as we figured out what we wanted & could afford. She was extremely considerate of our budget. For our tasting, she voluntarily came to our house and cooked for us in our mini-kitchen; everything we selected from her tapas & hors d'ouevres menu was phenomenal. Her staff are happy and helpful. She gave excellent advice about decor and both ordered and lent us last-minute decorative items that we needed. In short, Ashley Power simplifies the wedding planning process, which (for me) was invaluable. If I'm ever planning an event in the future - big or small - I will hire Ashley in a heartbeat.

Ashley Power is simply the best! Her food is fantastic. We had 6 different passed hors d'oeuvres: the wild mushroom arancini, artichoke hearts with basil aioli, tbm skewers, pork with white bean purée on crostini, duck and onion crepes, and beef skewers with tzatziki sauce. All delicious! For dinner, our guests started with a Caesar salad and had a choice of short ribs or a vegetarian spring risotto. Ashley's food got rave reviews. Multiple people told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had a lot of foodies, but also a lot of picky eaters in the bunch, and Ashley managed to please them all. Her pastry chef baked our wedding cake too, which was both yummy and picture perfect. Ashley prepared all the food served at our wedding for us at our house (and brought a selection of cakes) before we signed a contract with her, and everything came out even better than we had remembered if that's possible. The service was impeccable: Ashley's party supervisor came up to us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed, and the servers were also very attentive. On top of all of this, Ashley is just lovely and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I paid for our wedding, and Ashley worked with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing quality. Her prices are very reasonable. She answers emails almost instantaneously. I felt confident that I wouldn't need to worry about anything on the day of, and I was right. Everything was flawless. We will definitely use Power Events in the future.

We used Ashley & her team at Power Events for our rehearsal dinner this past September, and we were very happy with the result. Planning was easy with Ashley, we had a very efficient meeting with her where she gathered all the information and left no stone unturned. In our case we held the dinner at a boat house with a very small kitchen, and we needed to deal with rentals, linens, etc. She was terrific with follow-up and always very responsive. I really appreciated that Ashley made it easy to work within our budget - we hadn't considered the cost of glassware and plate rentals and we weren't prepared for the estimate we receieved for those items. Ashley provided us with alternatives and menu adjustments to make it more within our reach. She never made us feel uncomfortable discussing those things candidly with her. The night of, her team was super polite and helpful. The event was flawless. Power Events quietly executed all the details and made it a great experience for our guests - and I failed to mention that the food was fabulous. The food was fabulous!

You expect food at a formal event to be beautiful and elegant, but nothing prepared me for the "straight out of Bridal magazine" presentation on the table before me. Every detail was perfect, from the look, the garnishes, the table setting and, of course, the taste! Amazingly delicious, flavorful and perfectly executed. Ashley, Jeff and their staff are detail-oriented perfectionists that will work to make your day all that you imagined.
