This is why she received one star from me is only because of how pretty the actual invitation looked besides the writing part. When she sent me the reviews of my wording such as church info, timing, addresses, our names ect. I had to change directions multiple times because what she produced did not make any sense what so ever so that was a back and forth thing. Then I received the final copy of the invitations and yes I take some responsibilities of not reviewing every single letter but I was more concerned with getting all the information correct that I sent and never noticed that her saying that she picked about two families coming together and she spelt families wrong, I was so upset and she never once apologized or took responsibility of her mistake she decided to say that I was the one to last review the invitation. I am sorry but any computer would pick up a misspelled word. I spend a lot of money with her and received 190$ back for the mistake. Money cant take that back and invitiation is what you hold on to. If you want pretty invitations go to her but if you want to deal with someone that's unorganized, sloppy and with a ego that's too big for decent customer service then go elsewhere!
