For over 14 years, we've specialized in bringing quality music entertainment to weddings all across Southeast Iowa & beyond. We also offer 4 different styles of Photo Booths and 2 different styles of Dance Floors! Because for us, this isn't just a business, it's a passion. We get to share our love of music with couples and their guests in an effort to make their big day memorable and unique. We get to play a part in the love story of a newly married couple. We get that front row seat to watch love change lives. That's why we treat every client like they are our only client. After all we only get one opportunity with them to do things right. And that's why our couples keep referring us and leaving us such positive reviews across our online platforms. We've experienced first hand the stress of planning a wedding, searching out the right venue, photographer, DJ, etc. We've spoken with great ones, and we've unfortunately come across bad ones. And when we decided to offer DJ services with an emphasis on weddings, we knew we wanted to treat others like we wanted to be treated ourselves. That's why when you reach out to us for the first time, we want to get to know your story as a couple and understand your wedding day vision. We'll ask ourselves, how can we improve their wedding experience? Are we a good fit for their vibe and vision? And during our initial consultation, you'll get to know us and find out more about what we offer. You won't be expected to make an on-the-spot decision about booking, and we never want to feel like we are pressuring anyone. Selecting the right DJ is just as important as choosing the right venue and photographer. So we encourage all of our inquiring couples to take their time, look at all of our options and compare them with other DJ services. We trust that if we are the right fit for you, you'll give us the opportunity to share our passion and help create a truly memorable and stress-free wedding day. Andrew was amazing. I can not even begin to say how perfect he was. We had a few setbacks and he made sure everything was super smooth and made jokes to help the mood he is an amazing person and we couldn't have picked a better DJ. I highly recommend him. Our family isn't into dancing but he never stopped trying to get people on the dance floor.

My husband Kevin and I had the honor of having our wedding ceremony and reception done by PrayzHim Entertainment! We would 1000% recommend choosing them for any event as they made the entire process smooth and personable. We talked to Andrew over the phone for an initial meeting and we instantly felt like we were making the right choice having them DJ for our wedding! He was so kind and answered any and all questions very fast! Marsha was our DJ/MC as we were looking for a Bilingual DJ/MC and she knocked it out of the park and exceeded all of our expectations!! Guests also expressed to us that they thought she did a phenomenal job and kept everyone dancing until the party ended. We also had the Photobooth add on with the guest book, if it's in your budget we would highly recommend both things to your service! Mitchell was the Photobooth attendee and he was so kind and helpful guiding guests to sign the book! Overall, the entire experience was more than we could've asked for! The whole team is absolutely amazing <3

Andrew was amazing to work with! He was organized, used a google worksheet to record all of our dreams/wishes/plans! He accommodated all of our special requests plus some! We highly recommend him, and had an amazing reception due to his expertise!

Andrew interacted great with the crowd and kept the energy going until the night was done! Played all of our requests, no matter how ridiculous they were even if he had to track down the song. Would highly recommend him to make your wedding as special as ours! Played great music for all decades as desired for our range of guests.

This DJ was a great choice for our wedding. Andrew sent us a VERY thorough Google form for both our ceremony and reception and included some questions we hadn’t even thought of. Andrew also sent one of his assistants to our rehearsal dinner to take notes about ceremony music. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the staff member at our rehearsal and the staff member who ran our wedding day and the wrong version of the song I picked for my processional was played. However, all of the rest of the songs went off without a hitch and we had multiple songs planned for our father/daughter and first dance. Our guests had a great time dancing and our DJ for the night even leaned into our April Fools theme by merging a song request into ABBA, my favorite band. Overall, I would recommend their services.

The whole PrayzHim crew does amazing work! We used both his dj and photo booth services. He did a stellar job at getting our guests on their feet and the photo booth was a hit!

Andrew and his wife, Courtney, were awesome to work with! Andrew did all that he could to keep people on the dance floor and having a great time. The photobooth was also a huge hit! This is definitely a DJ you would want at your wedding.

Andrew is an amazing DJ. He is one of the most reasonable DJ’s around, has great humor, is able to keep a crowd going and is generally a great caring person. During the searching process he was always quick to answer any questions by text, phone or even virtually during Covid. During the event, he arrived early to set up, kept the crowd entertained and on the dance floor. He is very sweet and energetic and kept the music clean without making the evening boring. I can’t recommend Andrew enough!’ Thank you for everything and always answering our questions even though we booked him almost 2 years in advance. Thank you so much Andrew!! I look forward to seeing you at future weddings and celebrations! Everyone Had a BLAST!

Would HIGHLY recommend PrayzHim Entertainment. Professional, prepared, detail-oriented, genuine, and hilarious are just a few words I would use to describe Andrew Spence and his team. Andrew flawlessly set up for an outdoor venue he had never been too, and everyone could hear our ceremony even with some sprinkles of rain and 15 mph winds! He worked together with our videographer to capture the audio for our video at both the ceremony and reception locations. At our reception, everyone had fun with the photo booth, dismissing of tables, and musical chairs scavenger hunt. My family normally does not dance, but he kept everyone out there the entire night. 10/10 would recommend PrayzHim Entertainment!!

If you are looking for a DJ who is the most accommodating, well organized, well experienced, and knows how to make a party poppin’, DJ PrayzHim is your guy. Andrew has gone above and beyond for me and my partners wedding, by being so accommodating to my every change in detail and even the changes I made the day of. My ceremony went so smoothly because of him. Andrew knows what he’s doing and you can tell by how he has organized himself and his set up by knowing what he is doing and knowing the appropriate music for the right crowd. The playlist he provided for the dance portion was so spot on to what I wanted and what the guest wanted. He was interactive and entertaining, all I have gotten is compliments since our wedding day. Please make Andrew (DJ PrayzHim) you’re number 1 pick of DJ for your event. He is truly worth it.

DJ PrayzHim is amazing, and was absolutely perfect for our wedding! Andrew was a great communicator, was clear and upfront about everything, and was super easy and fun to work with. He did a superb job managing the flow of the reception, and kept our guests entertained and the night running smoothly. I cannot count how many times we were complimented about our DJ--everybody loved him! Andrew is a natural, funny, charismatic entertainer :) The wedding games we played were very enjoyable, for my bride and I as well as our guests. It was also comforting not having to worry about crude language in the songs or awkward questions during the Shoe Game--Andrew keeps everything family-friendly! Overall, we would highly recommend DJ PrayzHim for your next event, and especially for weddings!!!

He was a fantastic emcee, read the room and played songs accordingly, was flexible, and overall made our wedding day a dream come true. Andrew was extremely easy to work with. He went above and beyond with his services and responses. Answered our various and frequent questions quickly and so pleasantly. Was accommodating, helpful and great at delivering the music and sound the couple requested. He provided the sound for our outdoor ceremony and then the full services for our dinner/reception and dance. Cannot say enough as to how easy and pleasant he was to work with!

PrayzHim Entertainment was an excellent choice for our wedding reception! They were fun, easy to work with, and the sound, music choices, Lighting, & Photo booth options the had were wonderful! We had a blast and made so many memories! They were prompt, so fast to respond with any questions we had prior and were always available to make changes during the reception as needed with a great attitude! I would highly recommend them for your event!!! All our guests that came still talk about how beautiful and fun the reception was!! Andrew & his assistant were absolutely wonderful! They were so helpful, professional and entertaining. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and the entertainment was flawless! Everything was perfectly timed and every little detail went exactly as we’d hoped- he was even accommodating with a couple last minute changes! I can’t recommend PrayzHim Entertainment enough!

Andrew was AMAZING! He was so great at communication with us before the wedding and went above and beyond to help make our daughter's dream wedding! Andrew made the reception the best one ever (countless people told me that too)! He was so funny, personable and kept the reception fun the whole time! I would give him a million stars if I could!!
