Our wedding was 1/13/24. Michelle and her team are incredible. Last year my Dad got married and Michelle was their wedding planner too. I decided to hire Precious Moments Events because my Dads wedding was incredible and I saw Michelle and her team in action first hand since I was a bridesmaid in his wedding. For my wedding Michelle made sure I was on track. She was readily available for all questions. She seriously helped me too with my anxiety by reassuring me she was there to help. She had so many tools available too which actually helped me stay more organized too. I really appreciate this incredible team. It was worth every penny. These are people that love what they do and it shows! Thank you so much again!

Michelle and her team from Precious Moment Events were amazing to work with. She was able to able to give us the Disney themed wedding we have always wanted at the Powel Crosley Mansion. The vendors we choose came highly recommended from her and made our wedding day truly magical. Michelle is very detailed oriented and anytime I had concerns she was able to quickly resolve it. On our wedding day Michelle and her team were right by our side throughout the night and made sure we ate and had a drink in our hands. Many of our guests came to us at the end of the night to let us know how lovely and fun the wedding was. I highly recommend Precious Moment Events if you are looking for a wedding planner.

Best wedding planner EVER!!!!! If I could give Michelle more than 5 stars she would get an unlimited amount. As a destination bride from Chicago, I knew trying to plan a wedding on my own was going to be a challenge. My wedding venue, Mote required at minimum a day of coordinator. After speaking on the phone with Michelle at the beginning of last year asking her about the different options she provides, I knew that she was the planner for us. Being from Chicago, I love that Michelle shares the same philosophy with me of wanting to get ahead of things and get things planned and done as soon as possible. Within, 2 months of hiring Michelle we had all of our big vendors booked. Not only that but she knew I wanted a nautical themed wedding and took my vision and elevated it to a level that neither my husband or I could have imagined. Also, her husband Nelson was amazing and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure my brother who is physically disabled was able to participate in our beach ceremony wedding. She helped us work within our budget and recommended the best vendors we could have asked for. Michelle always made me feel at ease and heard with what we were looking for on our special day. I feel like after this I did not only get a phenomenal wedding planner who I would recommend to any and everyone, but a friend in the process. When it came to talking about flowers, I knew I wanted tropical as we had a beach wedding and Michelle communicated to Eva exactly what I wanted, but little did I know that I was going to be speechless when I saw the beauty Eva created for me with my cascading bouquet, not to mention the amazing arrangements she did for the chuppah. Eva did such an amazing job with the florals, I decided to preserve them in resin to have a constant reminder of the amazing work both of these ladies did to make our wedding as amazing and unforgettable as it was. While I could keep writing on and on about how easy and amazing it was working with Michelle, I will end with this.....don't think about it, just do it. You will definitely not regret for one moment choosing Michelle and Precious Moments. It will be the second best decision you make, outside of saying yes to your forever person.

Michelle helped me with every question I had along the way for planning our wedding. Everything was coordinated so well between her and the other vendors. Maria and Alyson were extremely helpful and calmed me down when needed during stressful moments. Highly recommend!

I’m fairly certain I will never be able to find the words to describe how grateful I am for having Michelle and the Precious Moments team as our month of coordinators. After getting engaged, I connected with a few different planners and Michelle was the standout – by far. We fell in love with her energy, sincerity, timeliness, organization, and so much more. We shared our vision and she immediately understood what we were looking for – and helped us achieve our dream wedding. Michelle quickly became our voice of reason / someone to lean on while planning – and she was always a phone call, text, meeting, or email away. That said, from start to finish, our wedding day WAS the best day of our lives and BEYOND perfect in every single way. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. Recently on a phone call with my new mother-in-law, she mentioned how special it was that Michelle gathered our parents for our wedding exit so that they had the best view of us leaving to start our new life together. I can wholeheartedly say that none of it would have been possible without Michelle and the Precious Moments team – and we truly cannot thank them enough for creating the best experience we could have ever imagined. We feel so blessed having the opportunity to work with Precious Moments events. Truly our saving grace for our wedding day. Michelle and her team took SO MUCH of our stress off our shoulders and let us enjoy the day. From helping with vendors to creating the timeline for the day, they were five steps ahead of us. I had the privilege of working with Michelle for month of coordinator. My expectations were over-exceeded, Michelle did a phenomenal job on the experience itself. I'm not local to the Tampa area (currently in Atlanta) so I planned everything from afar. From our first initial phone conversation, where she helped recommend several vendors even before I had booked her, all the way to my wedding day, where even day of we had a mishap with the venue and chair situation, Michelle was professional, always cool, calm and collected, and a huge problem solver. I highly recommend working with Michelle, even though she was a busy bee for several weddings at a time, she never made me feel like just another number or just another bride. We were so happy that we hired Michelle and her team. She ensured our day ran smoothly from start to finish. I am not sure how we would have gotten through wedding planning if it wasn't without the help of Michelle and her team. Michelle was very detailed, met with us to go over vision, took phone calls whenever we needed to talk and answered all our random texts. Towards the end of the planning, we had a hiccup in losing out on a DJ. Michelle came to the rescue. We had a new DJ booked in a matter of 24 hours. On wedding day, Michelle and Colleen were fairy godmothers making sure we were following schedule, set up was just as envisioned, guiding guests, and getting behind the scenes pictures and videos. Precious Moments did a wonderful job with our wedding. We used many of their vendor recommendations and were very satisfied with all of them. Michelle did an excellent job on our wedding day making sure everything was perfect and taken care of.

Michelle and her team did a wonderful job to make our wedding day perfect! I’m not from the Sarasota area where we had our wedding, so having Michelle made it so easy to plan from afar. Michelle and her team were absolute DREAM MAKERS! Everything was beyond perfect. Michelle is extremely organized and professional but also understands the stress of planning a wedding and leads with a gentle touch. Absolutely AMAZING!! Michelle and her husband KILLED it! I planned a destination wedding in Florida all the way from GA and she managed to complete my entire vision for our wedding. Her and her husband were incredible the day of our wedding. She was on top of making sure my husband and I were happy the day of the wedding. We had codewords so she knew if I needed rescuing or help throughout the day of our wedding. They helped us pack up all our stuff and were nothing short of amazing! She also was so helpful in making sure I didn’t totally blow my budget! Loved them!

I don't even know where to start. I am from Chicago, and always dreamed of getting married in beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. I can thank both Michelle and her wonderful husband Nelson for allowing my dream to come true. My husband and I traveled to Siesta Key to view venues, and once we fell in love with one, we did not even know where to start. After viewing our dream venue, we went to breakfast and started searching for planners. Within minutes of sending Michelle an inquiry, she called and offered to meet us right then for breakfast. Instantly she showed how committed and passionate she is about her role as a planner. It can be very overwhelming being so far away, but Michelle reassured us she could and would handle everything. Michelle was responsive and supportive with every step of the way. She took the time to get to know us, which allowed her to customize every vendor around us. We are so grateful we got a day of coordinator. Michelle made sure to have a conversation anytime I felt unsure or needed better understanding. Getting married has a lot of educational moments no one ever teaches you about. It was helpful to have someone with experience to guide you along the way knowing they meant well. Michelle listened to all of my requests and made them come alive. The main reason I wanted a day of coordinator was to unpack and pack all of my decorations since I was doing a destination wedding. She most definitely delivered above and beyond in that department. We are so grateful for her. She also helped us in connecting with a wood florist (Shy Chic Boutique) who made our wedding so special. We were able to save so much money by not getting real flowers.

10/10 recommend the all inclusive package with Precious Moments Events. Michelle and her team met high expectations of what I envisioned our wedding day to be. I was very specific on the details of the aesthetics and Michelle and her team delivered my vision. Words can't describe how grateful we are for Michelle and her husband, Nelson. We decided on a destination wedding and while we knew it would be a challenge, Michelle made it feel like it wasn't a destination at all. Michelle from start to finish was absolutely phenomenal and helped us every step of the way. Wedding Day was what really impressed us. We of course had no idea what to expect or what we were doing at all. She kept everyone calm (especially me), had everything set up just the way we wanted it, was incredibly organized and kept was ON POINT with our tight schedule! I was a little concerned about my daughter walking down the aisle as a flower girl (typical independent and sassy 2 year old who is very clingy to me)- Nelson was SO AMAZING with her and helped teach her how to throw her flowers down the aisle and she didn't look back at me once! I can't be more thankful for that alone! We had the absolute best experience and so much of that was because of Michelle and Nelson. If you're looking for a planner that can do it all- look no further! They're amazing! Thank y'all so much!

If you’re a future bride and still contemplating whether you should get a wedding coordinator or not, let me tell you - you should! Michelle has a good network of vendor that she’s worked with in the past that she can recommend based on your need. I personally appreciated her recommendation for a caterer which was Blue Water Catering. She also worked closely with Celebrations24 (another great vendor for wedding entertainment needs). They were all able to accommodate my needs for sure. It helps a lot that she knows the vendors she’s working with, that way, things will flow smoothly for everyone. I wish I met her sooner, so she could have guided me about the photographer or recommended me one (Hired a photographer too early who turned out to be very unprofessional and it was the worst decision I made up to date)! We also had a very unusual situation where we couldn’t lock down our wedding date early on. And Michelle has been very accommodating about that. She assured us that it was okay to reschedule given our situation and that was very comforting for me and my then fiancé. On the day of my wedding, she assigned Maria to us as she has another wedding booked before I was able to finalize my date. Had a bit of an issue with direction in the beginning of the setup in the venue, but Maria has been very approachable and nice during the event. She did a good job making sure the event still went according to timeline even though the event got pushed a couple of hours behind (our fault!). Also, big thank you to her because I left my veil at the dressing area and she had to drive 15mins to the church to give it to me. She saved the day for sure! Michelle and I are still in contact to this day, because she doesn’t abandon her brides until we get everything we need from all vendors we dealt with. Thank you Michelle and Maria for helping us with our wedding!

Michelle and Nelson were lifesavers when it came to my wedding. They exceeded my expectations and are the perfect team! She handled a lot of fires behind the scenes ensuring I stay stress-free throughout the whole wedding planning process. She is so personable and made sure everything was to my liking. Best ever!!

Michelle and Nelson are truly so great to work with! Michelle was so quick to respond to all questions I had leading up to our wedding day and took so much stress off my shoulders the week of. We had problems Opulent lighting and Michelle took care of everything the day of and made sure everything was beautiful. When we had to make the rain call I remember Michelle reassuring me she would make sure I had a beautiful wedding on Sanibel and I was so so happy with how everything turned out! Me and my husband reside in MD and we chose our venue/resort in Florida from over hundreds of miles away just by google searching. Why? guess I’m crazy. I began the process without any help or guidance. I thought I had it all planned out until I ran into multiple issues with the venue I chose, multiple issues with the ceremony company I had booked. Things just kept falling apart I became overwhelmed. I was trying to plan a destination wedding with a unresponsive resort team all while being a new mom. I was on the urge with giving up after having to reschedule my wedding so many times due to the pandemic. I stumbled across Michelle on a Florida Facebook group where I reached out asking for wedding planning services. We introduced ourselves and from their I knew right away I could trust her. We chatted and I of course signed the contract bc I knew I needed her. A few weeks later I made a trip to FL and Michelle made sure to be there at my cake tasting to meet me etc. after meeting her in person I also then knew I made a good choice hiring her to fix the mess I had from the poor service from my resort. Although I did warn her of everything I had been through she agreed I deserved better and constantly reminded me she wouldn’t let me down. 5 months before my scheduled wedding my ceremony fell through completely. The company bailed-long story. Michelle from there took everything into her own hands and within 48 hours reached out to her close venders and she was able to put together a full ceremony. I eventually asked her to just do whatever she thinks will work and “surprise me”. Lol which I’m glad bc it took stress off of me and I was very impressed with every detail she put together . I got married on 10/16/2021 and everything went absolutely perfect. Michelle and her husband and her employee were on top of things. Constantly working but also helped me with my one year old so I could enjoy myself. Michelle also surprised me and my husband with a wonderful wall lighting that labeled mine and my husbands name with our date during our reception on the outside wall. Coolest thing I ever seen. I truly appreciate Michelle and as much as I’m glad the wedding part is over it also makes me sad I don’t have to plan with Michelle anymore. At first she was just a wedding planner who gave me a contract but in the end I gained a friend. Even though I’m hundreds of miles away I will support Michelle and her wedding planning services because she deserves it.

We were in consistent contact through multiple emails, texts, and phone calls. Michelle organized all vendors, including lighting, décor, rentals (linens, chairs, tables, place settings) florist (amazing florist) photographers, waitstaff, bartenders, photo booth, and finally, a 3' Heart, that was shaped with candles on the beach! AMAZING!!!! I don't even know where to begin! When we decided to plan our wedding I knew immediately after speaking with Michelle, the owner of Precious Moments, all my wedding dreams were going to come true. I wasn't the traditional bride that gives themselves a year or two to plan I literally decided on a date that was only 6 months away and Michelle said it would be no problem and she could do "everything" and stick to the strict timeline. She put together so many options and worked within our budget and I never felt any pressure or stress. She honestly helped me with every little detail. She has so many relationships with so many different vendors I never had to search for anyone! She took care of florist, cake tasking, catering tasting, photographer, hair, makeup, hotel accomodations, bridal shop (where I found my perfect gown), DJ, Photo Booth, Bartender, Antique Car Rental, Centerpieces, Sunset Cruise...absolutely everything!!! Aside from her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail she genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I could truly have my "Fairy Tale" Wedding! We used Michelle with Precious Moments Events for our March 27, 2021 wedding... We had to postpone from Sept 2020 to March 2021 due to covid and Michelle was there every step of the way to keep me sane. She assisted in re-contracting all our vendors, and even with finding a new venue with only 3 months til the wedding. Michelle kept it real during the entire process and kindly let me know when things were or were not going to happen so there were no surprises. She also anticipated our needs without me even having to say it. During one of our planning meetings just 3 months before the wedding she recognized I was unhappy with our current venue and jumped in to help us secure our top choice venue. (It was not available for our first date, but when we had to postpone due to covid, she found out their availability and helped us move our contract!) She has great connections & relationships with vendors around Sarasota and was amazing to work with. At the rehearsal the night before the wedding my father suggested he walk me down the aisle from a different entry than they typically do at this venue and Michelle and her husband swooped in to make it happen! I am thankful to have found Michelle and you will be too!

I want to start this by thanking Michelle and her husband for their unconditional support in planning & executing my mother’s wedding on November 14, 2020. 

 My mother wanted something small, intimate and familiar and Michelle made sure that she got the wedding of her dreams. 

From the moment we first spoke on the phone, I knew she was the right person. Michelle was very accommodating to our budget, her husband (who speaks Spanish) was able to communicate with my mother and the rest of my Spanish-speaking family.

 Even for very last minute details, Michelle was able to accommodate us. 

 Michelle organized an officiant in Spanish and this was the highlight of the wedding. The officiant had the most beautiful energy and surrounded the space with her grace and love. My parent’s wedding is, by far, the most special wedding I have attended. 

 We will forever be grateful to Precious Moments for their love. The day of the wedding, my aunt needed assistance to walk on the beach, Michelle and her husband quite literally carried her and showed her kindness and respect. 

 Michelle does this out of passion and it really shows. When they are around, it feels like it is another family member.

Michelle and Nelson with Precious Moments Events made it so that I could enjoy my big day and not worry about the behind the scenes. Looking back on it, I can’t believe I originally planned to be the ‘point person’ for my own wedding! So glad we had them there to coordinate everything. Our wedding day was smooth and flawless in my eyes. We actually even received a lot of compliments from our friends and family who thought Michelle & Nelson were fun and friendly. Michelle was super helpful with helping me plan and organize my wedding. I last minute, due to COVID, changed my wedding plans 12 weeks before our date. I live out of state and she was able to help me with everything from flowers, music, beach permit and all of the other things needed for a beach wedding that I would not have thought of. Michelle was literally the best person my husband and I could have entrusted to be our day of coordinator for our wedding. She made my day turn out exactly how I pictured and dreamed it would be.
