We chose precious pics based on their portfolio. My best friend taught me to look into tagged post on instagram to see real quality and reviews and guys passed the test. I chose rustic wedding theme for my wedding cause I grew up on a little farm and I wanted my wedding look cosy and welcoming. 
Photos turned out to be straight from a movie! I asked to add that slightly burnt Pinterest filter to add to my rustic vibe and OMG. I’m just really grateful that my explanation and wedding board was enough explanation. Absolutely positive experience. Thank you so much y’all!

Choosing Precious Pics Pro was honestly one of the best choices we made for our wedding day. I was worried about finding a team who’d capture all the real moments and little details, not just the posed shots, but guys totally nailed it. I really tried to avoid feeling of trying too hard yet wanted effortless beauty in my wedding album and I got it. The team was super professional but absolutely easy going, which made us so much more comfortable. Especially my mom. I think she's low key in love with our videographer lollll. The final photos are beautiful , video is absolutely stunning! love love love these guys!

Perfect vendor with perfect price-and-value balance. Had nothing but a positive experience. I didn't have to chase them for getting updates, all steps of bookiing and preps were explained in the very beginning. My photographers were the nicest people ever! With the amount of times I asked to do one more shot "just in case" I thought they'd quit before the actual ceremony but they were very patient. More patient than my husband fur sure lol. I appreciate my time and having such a crucial vendor as team of photographers who would not waste it, is precious.

My assigned photographer was very polite and professional. My wedding was on a sunny day so he quickly adjusted to pick up a beautiful spot in shade to get good shots. 100% recommend.

A bit of a mixed review but we were overall satisfied with most of the content we received from Precious Pics. There were just issues with the photographer's timeline, preparedness, and our subsequent shots. To start off, we had the most amazing videographer Nupur who was energetic, creative, and got so many great shots. Our wedding video was around 11 minutes (we chose the short version) and we can't wait to watch it every anniversary to remember our special day that was documented so intentionally! As for the photographer, we had paid for an extra hour of both the photographer and videographer to come to the hotel where we were getting ready before we went to the venue to take some getting ready shots. My husband was really looking forward to pictures of him putting ties on his son, special needs brother, etc. However, the photographer never showed up at the hotel and I was forced to be spending getting ready time reaching out to Precious Pics to try and solve the mystery of our photographer and making sure someone would be there for the day. Because of all this communication, we ended up leaving late to go to our venue. The photographer met us at the venue but was a third-party contractor who made it seem like she wasn't fully communicated with about the day. We had filled out a form for our ideas for the day, styles of photography we prefer, a shot list, and a timeline for the day but she claimed she had had not received any of this. So there I was spending time at the venue sending her all of this information off of my phone. This ate up more time of photography and we ended up pretty far behind schedule. I think we started our private vows around 40 minutes late due to all the delays. Once we finished the vows and then took our group shots (which I prompted everyone the shots to take as the photographer wasn't giving much direction and I knew our time was limited), we had less than 15 minutes to take couple shots. We did not get to go to all the locations we had hoped, and I only got one solo bride picture. My husband got no solo groom pictures and there wasn't time for more active fun photos with the wedding party as we had to just move through our various groups. We had expressed to Precious Pics that we wanted to get all our photos done prior to the ceremony so we could enjoy the day we spent so much time and money planning. Therefore, we didn't have extra time taking pictures with the exception of a couple of shots the photographer wanted to take like at sunset and with our pizza food truck (which we took but we really just wanted to keep enjoying the day). At the sunset pictures my husband shirt was partially untucked and he looked a little disheveled from dancing but the photographer didn't comment so our sunset pictures aren't very nice. Once the ceremony hit, the timeline was back in place and we had received other photos we were hoping for. Precious Pics is refunding us for the one extra hour we paid for the photographer when they were not there (at the hotel). It's hard to say whether the trouble with the photographer was on the photographer or on Precious Pics as I'm not sure the level of preparedness they get their photographers to before the big day but all of my interactions with Precious Pics prior to the wedding were good and they have really good communication so it seems strange to me that they wouldn't provide information to their photographers...

I had an amazing experience with Precious Pics and my representative Moraima. They made the planning process so easy and their prices were unbeatable for the quality they provide. Unfortunately, my wedding needed to be cancelled (partner infidelity/tale as old as time). Precious Pics was the only vendor who gave options with what to do with the existing deposit. I was able to turn my deposit over to a friend who was getting married. So instead of loosing it entirely it was used for someone else. This was an incredible option. I will be sure to use Precious Pics for my future wedding and I will make sure all my friends use them in theirs. Precious Pics is in the business for the brides and the joy of weddings, and not just for making money. The options they provide for cancelled/delayed weddings is second to none. This means a lot for someone going through a very hard time.

I was so afraid to sign up with vendors who would be one of those horror stories on brides' reddit but God bless reviews and Precious Pics team! Our concierge put all information together, got our Pinterest board and made sure everything went just perfect. Photos turned amazing and we got everything in just 2 weeks! We were hesitant at first to try all this new concept of White Glove service with Precious Pics but Lauren was so patient with us explaining every step of the process that we decided to fully trust them with our photo and film. While having so much on our plate, that was a blessing to have someone following up with us, digging in our moodboard and taking care of media part. Our photos ended up just amazing and what we appreciate the most - they were super patient with our requests to add meaningful details to our film. They re-edited without hesitation and super fast. We totally recommend Precious Pics! Thank you guys, you are legends!

They were so wonderful in answering all my questions, helping me construct a timeline that would get all the photos I wanted and keeping us on schedule. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable and our pictures/ video came out better that I had ever hoped.

I absolutely adore this company. They did my wedding photography and videography and I couldn’t be more in love. The quality is great, and the ladies were amazing. The price isn’t too bad either ;) HIGHLY recommend them!

Precious Pics started off fantastic. We had a fantastic concierge who was responsive, understanding and flexible with our many changes (while we had no contact with our wedding coordinator for 3 months after contract signing). We were sad to have our original concierge point of contact replaced, but did enjoy working with our new point of contact. She was also very responsive and flexible with our schedule changes, as well as patient while we worked through our photography and videographer workbook. There was a lot of very important information requested and time slipped away from us but luckily the concierge kept on track and reminded us of what we had due. We had 2 photographers, and a videographer which were all very sweet and appeared to work well together. My fiance and I are not natural in front of the camera, so our major ask was that they really direct us on "what to do" and they certainly did! I personally, barely noticed them, they were stealthy and captured great shots! My only con was being asked for another large amount to be paid the day before the wedding, as our previous concierge agreed to one timeline that was not relayed to our new concierge. I would also recommend everyone to check their contracts and determine if those timelines are important. Our contract had one timeline for delivery of photographs/video, while an email the day of the wedding had a different (later) timeline for delivery, and our video delivery was actually even later than provided from the email. Overall, I think the company does a good job and the concierge really helps keep the stress at bay and keep things organized. The photographers/videographers appear to be hired very close to the wedding date as they are freelancers, so that could be a big hit or miss based on who is assigned to your big day. I think assigning the individuals sooner and providing examples of their work/social media would be helpful, we were only provided their names and phone numbers the week or two prior to the wedding.

The best you can get! Just a class act in every aspect! Professional, personable, excellent communication, very artistic eye, high quality...the list goes on. Great experience, photos turned out stunning. My wife and I could not be happier!

Precious Pics Photography took such good care of us. They immediately understood the vibe we were going for and delivered exactly what we wanted. They put us at ease and captured amazing candids along with classic wedding poses that still felt fresh and so us. We would hire them again and again! Couldn’t be more pleased. Precious Pics did the video for our daughter’s wedding. It was perfect. My daughter and her husband met in a tree house. Our photographer saw a tree house across the street from the church and got permission from the owners to shoot video and photos there. No one else does this!!! Precious Pics went way above and way beyond to help make this day so memorable and beautiful. Hire them! They’re amazing!!!

We could not have had a better videographer for our Sara’s wedding! It was important to have very specific moments captured at our daughter’s Orthodox Jewish wedding and everything we discussed beforehand and/or requested was captured beautifully by Eugene. The video turned out just the way our children, Sara and Tovia, wanted and that is all we had hoped for. Plus since we were using Precious Pics again, (they were the videographers for Sara’s older sister the year before), they gave us a generous discount. Everyone at PP was lovely to work with which is another reason why we gave them 5 stars!

I can't even describe how much I enjoyed having Precious Pics for our wedding and reception dinner! They captured every moment and were great with communication. We had so much fun working with them, our photos were amazing, and they were so professional. Our photographer Snizhana was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only wish was that she was more directive during the family photo section in particular, in effort to take some pressure off of us on our big day. But overall, wonderful company to work with!

We never expected anything to go perfect on our wedding day. Which is to say that we expected short comings and instances of mess-ups. Precious Pics was the best part of our wedding team. A couple of issues with the bartenders, the DJ getting the music wrong (more than once), and one thing after another (it would seem). Precious Pics never let us down! We're so glad that we hired them for our day!

We used Precious Pics for the videography for our wedding this fall, and I could not recommend them enough! The planning process was fantastic - they were very clear and helpful in all of their communications. On our wedding day, our videographer, was amazing to work with. I tend to be fairly awkward on camera, and he made me feel completely at ease. He also got every single shot/clip I was hoping for him to capture during our special day. Our wedding video was returned to us in a very timely fashion, and we are OBSESSED with how it turned out. It is so special to be able to re-watch our wedding day, and we are so grateful to Precious Pics team for making that possible!

Precious Pics was incredible to work with!! From start to finish, Ana Maria, our concierge, was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and is the sweetest human! Ana Maria went out of her way to have multiple meetings with my wedding planner and I in order to go over the detailed wedding day timeline, the start and end times of each photographer and the videographer, and to add additional services. Viktoriia was our lead photographer; she was so professional, creative, and kind. She was with us from mid-afternoon until nearly midnight and did not miss a beat! Viktoriia gave us sneak peaks throughout the night of our photos, but when we received all of them, we were over the moon happy with how everything turned out. My parents, other family members, and guests that have seen the pictures could not agree more!! Viktoriia and Ledy, our associate photographer, made everybody comfortable and relaxed, and were never in your face with the camera. David, our videographer, also did an exceptional job with our wedding day film(s). Both our pictures and videos were returned extremely fast!! I was all excited to have Precious Pics as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became positive towards Precious Pics. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Viktoriia the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Viktoriia on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Viktoriia and Precious Pics!
