ble. 1. Communication The communication was top-notch. From the initial contact, I was able to quickly schedule a meeting with one fo their employee to go over the packages available. They are very flexible and understanding so they let me customize the packages so I can get the products I just need. After signing the contract, I was paird with Alejandra who has done an amazing job. She responded quickly, patiently answers all my questions, and was very communicative and clear about the planning timeline, videographer assignment, and other things. My day of timeline shifted a couple of times, and Alejandra was very understanding and was able to move around the coverage time. With how transparent, communicative, and early their process was, this team made me felt very reassured that I am planning things ahead of time, know what product I will be getting from them, and their team will do a phenomenal job. 2. Actual Product We asked for the highlight video and a minute long IG video. The delivery was pretty quick (1 month after the wedding) and I am very happy about the product. Our videographer Sean was professional and had great artistic vision. I requested the videos to focus on our dog and our grandparents, and the video did a great job. I am very happy to have beautiful videos of my loved ones, thanks to Precious Pics.

, and our subsequent shots. To start off, we had the most amazing videographer Nupur who was energetic, creative, and got so many great shots. Our wedding video was around 11 minutes (we chose the short version) and we can't wait to watch it every anniversary to remember our special day that was documented so intentionally! As for the photographer, we had paid for an extra hour of both the photographer and videographer to come to the hotel where we were getting ready before we went to the venue to take some getting ready shots. My husband was really looking forward to pictures of him putting ties on his son, special needs brother, etc. However, the photographer never showed up at the hotel and I was forced to be spending getting ready time reaching out to Precious Pics to try and solve the mystery of our photographer and making sure someone would be there for the day. Because of all this communication, we ended up leaving late to go to our venue. The photographer met us at the venue but was a third-party contractor who made it seem like she wasn't fully communicated with about the day. We had filled out a form for our ideas for the day, styles of photography we prefer, a shot list, and a timeline for the day but she claimed she had had not received any of this. So there I was spending time at the venue sending her all of this information off of my phone. This ate up more time of photography and we ended up pretty far behind schedule. I think we started our private vows around 40 minutes late due to all the delays. Once we finished the vows and then took our group shots (which I prompted everyone the shots to take as the photographer wasn't giving much direction and I knew our time was limited), we had less than 15 minutes to take couple shots. We did not get to go to all the locations we had hoped, and I only got one solo bride picture. My husband got no solo groom pictures and there wasn't time for more active fun photos with the wedding party as we had to just move through our various groups. We had expressed to Precious Pics that we wanted to get all our photos done prior to the ceremony so we could enjoy the day we spent so much time and money planning. Therefore, we didn't have extra time taking pictures with the exception of a couple of shots the photographer wanted to take like at sunset and with our pizza food truck (which we took but we really just wanted to keep enjoying the day). At the sunset pictures my husband shirt was partially untucked and he looked a little disheveled from dancing but the photographer didn't comment so our sunset pictures aren't very nice. Once the ceremony hit, the timeline was back in place and we had received other photos we were hoping for. Precious Pics is refunding us for the one extra hour we paid for the photographer when they were not there (at the hotel). It's hard to say whether the trouble with the photographer was on the photographer or on Precious Pics as I'm not sure the level of preparedness they get their photographers to before the big day but all of my interactions with Precious Pics prior to the wedding were good and they have really good communication so it seems strange to me that they wouldn't provide information to their photographers...

Unfortunately, my wedding needed to be cancelled (partner infidelity/tale as old as time). Precious Pics was the only vendor who gave options with what to do with the existing deposit. I was able to turn my deposit over to a friend who was getting married. So instead of loosing it entirely it was used for someone else. This was an incredible option. I will be sure to use Precious Pics for my future wedding and I will make sure all my friends use them in theirs. Precious Pics is in the business for the brides and the joy of weddings, and not just for making money. The options they provide for cancelled/delayed weddings is second to none. This means a lot for someone going through a very hard time.

She was also very responsive and flexible with our schedule changes, as well as patient while we worked through our photography and videographer workbook. There was a lot of very important information requested and time slipped away from us but luckily the concierge kept on track and reminded us of what we had due. We had 2 photographers, and a videographer which were all very sweet and appeared to work well together. My fiance and I are not natural in front of the camera, so our major ask was that they really direct us on "what to do" and they certainly did! I personally, barely noticed them, they were stealthy and captured great shots! My only con was being asked for another large amount to be paid the day before the wedding, as our previous concierge agreed to one timeline that was not relayed to our new concierge. I would also recommend everyone to check their contracts and determine if those timelines are important. Our contract had one timeline for delivery of photographs/video, while an email the day of the wedding had a different (later) timeline for delivery, and our video delivery was actually even later than provided from the email. Overall, I think the company does a good job and the concierge really helps keep the stress at bay and keep things organized. The photographers/videographers appear to be hired very close to the wedding date as they are freelancers, so that could be a big hit or miss based on who is assigned to your big day. I think assigning the individuals sooner and providing examples of their work/social media would be helpful, we were only provided their names and phone numbers the week or two prior to the wedding.
