Precisely As Planned

Great experience with my friends wedding. I will be working with them for my big day. They are very attentive and focus on all the details. Cant wait!!

Rhonda was the wedding planner of one of my friends wedding and it was absolutely perfect! So when my chance came around, I couldn't think of a better wedding planner. I was on a budget and had always dreamed of picking out all the decor for my wedding. So I was in need of just a day wedding planner. I met with Rhonda, we squared everything away. I sent her all the information she needed way before the "month" of the wedding. She has all the song choices, how many bridesmaids, etc. She also knew that we would be doing a sparkler send off. When the day came around I was so excited. The processional started planning, my heart started beating, but then the bridesmaids weren't walking. WHY WEREN'T THEY WALKING! About a minute into the song she sends them off. In the middle of the Ring Bearers walking the song ends. Dead silence. I knew this was going to happen once they didn't start walking right away. She has MONTHS to plan out them walking. She stated to me it's hard to plan that. Yes I agree but I had it planned. I had when each bridesmaid walk, etc. So should I have done it myself to save the money? Fast forward to the end of the reception. We just finished our last day and my mom runs in "all of the sparklers are out." SAY WHAT?? Apparently Rhonda and her assist has lite the sparklers at the begging of the dance. SERIOUSLY? You close the doors, lite the sparklers, open the doors, and we walk. Simple! So as we walk out, in the dark, I am completely disappointed. If I had just not married the love of my life I would have been in tears. This was the exit I had always dreamed of. This was the exit I had hoped to catch on camera and frame in our house. Now I will never have that moment. I am not sure if it was because I was just a day of client or just one of those off days but I really feel like her services were a waste.

Without Rhonda Baker my wedding would not have been as amazing as it was. She kept me organized, answered any question I had, went to vendor meetings with me, helped me understand contracts, Contacted my vendor the week of the wedding for me! Even though our church doesn't allow outside wedding planners to run the ceremony Rhonda was still at my Rehearsal for me and helped with anything I need or wanted! On the day of the wedding Rhonda set up my room more beautifully then I could have even dreamed. She helped me create my timeline and made sure we were always on time and we did everything we wanted to on the day of the wedding. She made sure we got plenty of food to eat and even stood guard for us when lots of people wanted to come up and talk to us, It was so nice to be able to actually eat! At the end of the night she packed up all our stuff for me. It helped my family out so much, that way they could go home and relax a lot quicker. Thank you Rhonda for all you did for us!

Rhonda and Kaitlin with precisely as planned were a HUGE blessing to me as I planned my wedding day! I was married at home and had no idea where to start when planning a wedding from scratch. They made everything such a breeze. They worked with my schedule and made all the appointments so easy. They answered my millions of questions and addressed every concern quickly. And my husband and I would not change a thing about our wedding day. It was absolutely perfect because of all the hard work they put it! Everything ran smooth and it turned out beautiful!! We joke that they better still be planning weddings when our future kids get married because we wouldn't trust anyone else!!! We love Rhonda and Kaitlin!
