n the day of so everything went off without a hitch. If you are going back and fourth about deciding to if you need a wedding planner - you do. We love Kendra and her assistant, Caitlyn. Also, the owner of the company, Rhonda, is very professional and really knows her stuff. She had a lot of great ideas for our backyard wedding and really made it special for us.

a budget and had always dreamed of picking out all the decor for my wedding. So I was in need of just a day wedding planner.
I met with Rhonda, we squared everything away. I sent her all the information she needed way before the "month" of the wedding. She has all the song choices, how many bridesmaids, etc. She also knew that we would be doing a sparkler send off.
When the day came around I was so excited. The processional started planning, my heart started beating, but then the bridesmaids weren't walking. WHY WEREN'T THEY WALKING! About a minute into the song she sends them off. In the middle of the Ring Bearers walking the song ends. Dead silence. I knew this was going to happen once they didn't start walking right away. She has MONTHS to plan out them walking. She stated to me it's hard to plan that. Yes I agree but I had it planned. I had when each bridesmaid walk, etc. So should I have done it myself to save the money?
Fast forward to the end of the reception. We just finished our last day and my mom runs in "all of the sparklers are out." SAY WHAT?? Apparently Rhonda and her assist has lite the sparklers at the begging of the dance. SERIOUSLY? You close the doors, lite the sparklers, open the doors, and we walk. Simple! So as we walk out, in the dark, I am completely disappointed. If I had just not married the love of my life I would have been in tears. This was the exit I had always dreamed of. This was the exit I had hoped to catch on camera and frame in our house. Now I will never have that moment. I am not sure if it was because I was just a day of client or just one of those off days but I really feel like her services were a waste.

contracts, Contacted my vendor the week of the wedding for me! Even though our church doesn't allow outside wedding planners to run the ceremony Rhonda was still at my Rehearsal for me and helped with anything I need or wanted!
On the day of the wedding Rhonda set up my room more beautifully then I could have even dreamed. She helped me create my timeline and made sure we were always on time and we did everything we wanted to on the day of the wedding. She made sure we got plenty of food to eat and even stood guard for us when lots of people wanted to come up and talk to us, It was so nice to be able to actually eat!
At the end of the night she packed up all our stuff for me. It helped my family out so much, that way they could go home and relax a lot quicker.

ions I had to make. Rhonda was incredibly responsive...she would email or call me back very quickly day or night. I would not have enjoyed my wedding weekend so much (nor would have the guests) without Precisely as Planned. Weddings have lots of expenses but having Rhonda was worth every penny and more!

and Reception ceremonies. I am so glad that Rhonda not only managed everything effortlessly but even ensured everyone was comfortable and on time for the different events. I believe this was her first Indian wedding planning and unless she had said so herself, I wouldn't have guessed it at all. She is ALWAYS on time for all the meetings…. something that I always missed and she was still so very patient and never reflected on how much she had waited on us during all those appointment. At the end of the day, you need to find a planner who sees things like you do, proposes improvements without being forceful so its still your "vision" and will make sure everything is in place on the D-day and thats exactly what we got from Rhonda!
