n the day of so everything went off without a hitch. If you are going back and fourth about deciding to if you need a wedding planner - you do. We love Kendra and her assistant, Caitlyn. Also, the owner of the company, Rhonda, is very professional and really knows her stuff. She had a lot of great ideas for our backyard wedding and really made it special for us.
Great experience with my friends wedding. I will be working with them for my big day. They are very attentive and focus on all the details. Cant wait!!
Rhonda was the wedding planner of one of my friends wedding and it was absolutely perfect! So when my chance came around, I couldn't think of a better wedding planner.
I was on...
a budget and had always dreamed of picking out all the decor for my wedding. So I was in need of just a day wedding planner.
I met with Rhonda, we squared everything away. I sent her all the information she needed way before the "month" of the wedding. She has all the song choices, how many bridesmaids, etc. She also knew that we would be doing a sparkler send off.
When the day came around I was so excited. The processional started planning, my heart started beating, but then the bridesmaids weren't walking. WHY WEREN'T THEY WALKING! About a minute into the song she sends them off. In the middle of the Ring Bearers walking the song ends. Dead silence. I knew this was going to happen once they didn't start walking right away. She has MONTHS to plan out them walking. She stated to me it's hard to plan that. Yes I agree but I had it planned. I had when each bridesmaid walk, etc. So should I have done it myself to save the money?
Fast forward to the end of the reception. We just finished our last day and my mom runs in "all of the sparklers are out." SAY WHAT?? Apparently Rhonda and her assist has lite the sparklers at the begging of the dance. SERIOUSLY? You close the doors, lite the sparklers, open the doors, and we walk. Simple! So as we walk out, in the dark, I am completely disappointed. If I had just not married the love of my life I would have been in tears. This was the exit I had always dreamed of. This was the exit I had hoped to catch on camera and frame in our house. Now I will never have that moment. I am not sure if it was because I was just a day of client or just one of those off days but I really feel like her services were a waste.
Without Rhonda Baker my wedding would not have been as amazing as it was.

contracts, Contacted my vendor the week of the wedding for me! Even though our church doesn't allow outside wedding planners to run the ceremony Rhonda was still at my Rehearsal for me and helped with anything I need or wanted!
On the day of the wedding Rhonda set up my room more beautifully then I could have even dreamed. She helped me create my timeline and made sure we were always on time and we did everything we wanted to on the day of the wedding. She made sure we got plenty of food to eat and even stood guard for us when lots of people wanted to come up and talk to us, It was so nice to be able to actually eat!
At the end of the night she packed up all our stuff for me. It helped my family out so much, that way they could go home and relax a lot quicker.
Thank you Rhonda for all you did for us!

om scratch. They made everything such a breeze. They worked with my schedule and made all the appointments so easy. They answered my millions of questions and addressed every concern quickly. And my husband and I would not change a thing about our wedding day. It was absolutely perfect because of all the hard work they put it! Everything ran smooth and it turned out beautiful!! We joke that they better still be planning weddings when our future kids get married because we wouldn't trust anyone else!!! We love Rhonda and Kaitlin!

budget. She always responded to my questions/requests/concerns promptly. There was no request too small or big.
I think the best thing about Precisely as Planned is how seamlessly everything went the weekend of the wedding. Rhonda's team had everything perfectly organized and set up. My mom and I never had to worry about a single thing.
As a bride who had a vision, but no specific ideas, Rhonda did an amazing job of making my dream wedding come true. I can honestly say that I wouldn't change a thing and I feel that I owe it all to Rhonda!
Rhonda Baker and staff at Precisely as Planned was a God-send. They took all of the heavy lifting from my daughter, family and me and just handled it. We used their coordinating se...
rvices not full planning services since my daughter had a year and half to plan and made many arrangements early on. But the last month and week of wedding where the details get intense was totally turned over and everything ran very smoothly. We were thrilled to have found Rhonda and as mother of the bride I could not have pulled it off without her.

ommended the best vendors, but worked with them to the point that I had never even met some of mine until the wedding day. Every recommendation she gave was perfect and it was a day I will never forget. As much as a worry freak that I am, I never had freaked out with her organization, professionalism, timeliness, advice, and catered to my fiancé and I. I strongly recommend her service not only for help with vendors, but for the help with invitations and the wedding day. The timeline she provided my rather large bridal party was amazing with every little detail of where to be and when. I trusted Rhonda for all of her vendors and wouldn't change one thing about my amazing wedding. The week of the wedding I did not focus on the little details as she took care of the loose ends. Rhonda truly loves her job and invests in her clients to find the right fit for them! I lived the "fairy tale" wedding thanks to Precisely as Planned!
Rhonda is very detailed and made sure everything we envisioned for our day happened and on time. We were even ahead of schedule..how often does that happen? It was so nice to jus...
t wake up and be able to focus on getting married knowing Rhonda was taking care of it all! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team if you want a wedding that runs smoothly. The detailed timeline that Precisely as Planned provides you with is the perfect piece of mind to know that everything will be taken care of!

between vendors, myself, and my family to make for a seamless wedding event with all vendors paid on time. Rhonda is well connected in the wedding professionals community and knew exactly who to recommend for my wedding. They went far beyond my expectations through being on time, and being absolutely professional, and provided a detailed wedding day itinerary for each person in the wedding party. I felt prepared and relaxed on my wedding day knowing that it was all in good hands. I truly believe that by hiring Precisely As Planned, I was able to have the wedding of my dreams within my budget and I probably saved more money and time by "splurging" on a wedding planner. It was the best decision of the entire wedding planning process to hire them. I wholeheartedly recommend Precisely As Planned. They will help keep you sane. I had so much fun at my wedding (and I am not the typical bride who is super excited about weddings...to be honest, I was dreading being the center of attention) but Precisely As Planned can make your wedding fit your style, they won't assume that you are a cookie-cutter bride. I really loved working with them and felt that they sincerely enjoyed their work as well.

ng process, Rhonda understood who we were as a couple. She asked what we wanted and then presented us with the best options to choose from. We had a natural, outdoor, home (lake house) theme going for us. Everything from the food, flowers, photographer and in between was perfect. To say our wedding went "Precisely as Planned" understatement. As a bride, there was nothing I worried about on the day I was married to my groom.

ions I had to make. Rhonda was incredibly responsive...she would email or call me back very quickly day or night. I would not have enjoyed my wedding weekend so much (nor would have the guests) without Precisely as Planned. Weddings have lots of expenses but having Rhonda was worth every penny and more!
We chose Rhonda and her company for our multi-day Indian wedding. It required a lot of planning, co-ordinating and overseeing quite a lot of vendors for our Henna, Sangeet, Wedding...
and Reception ceremonies. I am so glad that Rhonda not only managed everything effortlessly but even ensured everyone was comfortable and on time for the different events. I believe this was her first Indian wedding planning and unless she had said so herself, I wouldn't have guessed it at all. She is ALWAYS on time for all the meetings…. something that I always missed and she was still so very patient and never reflected on how much she had waited on us during all those appointment. At the end of the day, you need to find a planner who sees things like you do, proposes improvements without being forceful so its still your "vision" and will make sure everything is in place on the D-day and thats exactly what we got from Rhonda! Thanks again for making our wedding so perfect!!
