Every part of working with her was seamless, from booking, to having wonderful communication, to our wedding day. Everything she did was precisely perfect, living up to her company name! I could not be happier that I chose Jessica for my wedding, she made every part of our vision a reality and I will recommend her to literally EVERYONE!!

In the final weeks leading up to the wedding, communication was inconsistent and we frequently had to follow up ourselves to confirm details. We often found ourselves relaying information between the venue and our vendors instead of the planner coordinating those conversations. We also had to repeatedly clarify plans that had already been discussed in prior meetings. Our contract included both a lead planner and an assistant for wedding day coverage. However, in the weeks before the wedding we were repeatedly informed that only a single coordinator would be sent to manage the entire event. This concerned us given the size and logistics of the wedding. Upon my first conversation with the replacement coordinator, the replacement coordinator indicated she had not been provided much information about our event beforehand, which left her unfamiliar with our timeline and plans. As the wedding approached, much of the logistical planning fell back onto us during the most critical period. We spent significant time finalizing timelines, confirming vendor plans, and documenting communications ourselves. On the wedding day we were contacted repeatedly with logistical questions about where people should be and when. I spent a large portion of my wedding day on my phone coordinating instead of being able to be present and enjoy the event. There was also confusion about arrival timing that nearly resulted in us seeing each other before our scheduled first look. We hired a planner specifically so these responsibilities would not fall on the couple, but ultimately we ended up coordinating many aspects of the wedding ourselves. Everyone we interacted with was polite, however the level of planning and coordination support we received did not align with what was described at booking or outlined in our contract. Couples considering this service should clearly confirm coverage, staffing, and communication expectations in writing well in advance. Jessica is very sweet, however I hope she takes our feedback to heart and considers improving these areas, that way future brides and grooms do not face the level of frustration that we did.
