Hosting a tented event is no small undertaking. I reached out to numerous companies and Preferred was by far the most reasonable. Not to mention, Nick and Kristine are the most amazing people to work with. They were super responsive and worked as best as they could within our budget. As the wedding approached, Nick coordinated set up with our outside lighting vendor. I genuinely feel so much gratitude for this company. Beyond their work flow, the tent and rentals themselves were stunning. My reception tent was a vision and a dream come true.

We had our rentals, tent, linens, coolers, generators, etc from Preferred! It was great working with Kristine and Nick. Everything was built nicely and the setup for our wedding was truly beautiful.

Originally I had booked a tent for a different wedding venue, but when that fell thru, I canceled the tent and they would not give me a refund, even with the event being 11 months ...
out. Super frustrating, I was out almost $5,000. I was luckily able transfer some credit to another bride, and use the rest on a Photobooth and DJ for my current venue. Aside from the above issue, the Photobooth was super clear and such a hit, and the DJ we received (Rocco Roo) was super nice and energetic and really added to our party.

was so confident each day leading up to the wedding that I WASNT missing anything because Nick thought of EVERYTHING! Every time I tried to get in contact with him he would answer right away. I never realized how much I would appreciate this until I started planning my weddings and not hearing back from people! Phone call after phone call he would answer my questions right away and so graciously. Now the wedding day, was beyond what I could have imagined. I’m an artist and have a very particular vision for things . I usually have my guard up knowing that people will not exactly execute what I’m imagining - but at Preferred Events went beyond what I thought my wedding would look like all together in a tent. Thank you for creating my dream wedding ! Also shout out to Jen for dealing with my overly aggressive PDF of images I was looking for , you’re amazing!

They provided a gorgeous 40x40 tent lined with bistro lights and greenery accent, along with tables, chairs, linens, curtains, wine barrel cocktail tables and a gorgeous 16x16 wood dance floor. Everything was amazing and the set up was seamless! Cannot recommend Preferred Events enough! 10/10!!!!
