If you don’t hire them for your catering you’re missing out. I tried SEVERAL catering companies and I’m so pleased with my choice. The Premier did the food & bartending for our wedding. & they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Tom was on the ball and got everything perfect down to the detail. The servers were as sweet as can possibly be. They actually were able to see our wedding from the window one of the servers told me and she was just adorable. I think she was just as excited for me getting married as I was. They were extremely accommodating to the picky eaters we had.

I absolutely loved having my wedding here. The rooms used for the ceremony & reception were perfect, once the ceremony had ended, the venue staff took down the divider wall to make our reception room & ceremony room one big room. It was amazing. The food was also amazing. The staff did a wonderful job!

took exceptional care of us. Early on we agreed on a few things: set-up, linens, details of that sort, and it was almost like Nancy had forgotten or didn't write it down. We recommend getting everything down in writing and keeping a copy so that you can give one to Nancy.

PREMIER HAS MANY CATERING VENUES. MY RECEPTION WAS HELD AT LAKEVIEW IN ROSSFORD. YOU MUST USE PREMIER CATERING AT THEIR VENUES; SO PRICE PER MEAL IS AROUND $17, BUT STILL NEED TO ...

ADD IN ALL OTHER COSTS (BARTENDER, SERVERS, SITE FEE, ETC.) STILL QUITE REASONABLE, WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER VENUES. LAKEVIEW LOOKED BEAUTIFUL, AND THE FOOD WAS THE BEST ANYONE HAS EVER HAD A WEDDING. ALL SERVERS WERE GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH(USED TO BE GLADIEUX).

ation, got us talking about our favorite foods and dishes at restaurants. Presto! There was the answer. She created the perfect menu based on dishes and cooking styles we love. She was there for me with all my weird wedding questions (even those not related to food). She offered really good suggestions, but was never pushy. She also catered our rehersal dinner. We ended up being about 2 hours late and I was sure the food would be all dried out and gross, but it was fantastic! She even went out of her way to have a birthday cake there for my ring bear since he had to do my rehersal on his birthday. I can't say enough good things about Premier and Nancy. Thanks guys! You are the best.

I could go on and on about them but all you need to know is...HIRE THEM! They go above and beyond allowing for you to have a stress free event that your guests will be talking about long after your wedding is over.
