If you don’t hire them for your catering you’re missing out. I tried SEVERAL catering companies and I’m so pleased with my choice. The Premier did the food & bartending for our wedding. & they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Tom was on the ball and got everything perfect down to the detail. The servers were as sweet as can possibly be. They actually were able to see our wedding from the window one of the servers told me and she was just adorable. I think she was just as excited for me getting married as I was. They were extremely accommodating to the picky eaters we had.

I absolutely loved having my wedding here. The rooms used for the ceremony & reception were perfect, once the ceremony had ended, the venue staff took down the divider wall to make our reception room & ceremony room one big room. It was amazing. The food was also amazing. The staff did a wonderful job!

Nancy and Premier Catering are the best. They catered our bridal shower at Wildwood Manor House and were wonderful. Highly recommend Premiere!

One word, Amazing!! My husband and I, as well as our guests, were in awe over how good the food was! The wait staff was incredible and so nice. They made everything flow smoothly the day of. We also worked with Judy as our coordinator and she was so great about making suggestions. She was always quick to answer emails and phone calls and made herself available to our every need. If you’re looking for a great caterer, I highly recommend Premier Catering.

we rented Lakeview hall with premier catering and everything was delicious! Judy was great to work with and did everything to make our day special! We received many compliments on how good the food was. I highly recommend Premier catering!

The Premier was amazing! The elegant atmosphere was perfect for our wedding. Michele was very accommodating and answered any questions we had via email or phone very promptly. I would definitely recommend this venue!

Our wedding was beautiful and very well run and organized the night of. We loved the food and had many compliments on how well it all tasted. We worked directly with Nancy and she took exceptional care of us. Early on we agreed on a few things: set-up, linens, details of that sort, and it was almost like Nancy had forgotten or didn't write it down. We recommend getting everything down in writing and keeping a copy so that you can give one to Nancy.

The food tasted fantastic and all of our guests loved it, but Michele at Premiere Catering was absolutely horrible to work with. She was not only extremely rude, but very disorganized. I would recommend Premiere Catering as long as you don't have to work with Michele (she handles everything for Lakeview Banquet Hall).

PREMIER HAS MANY CATERING VENUES. MY RECEPTION WAS HELD AT LAKEVIEW IN ROSSFORD. YOU MUST USE PREMIER CATERING AT THEIR VENUES; SO PRICE PER MEAL IS AROUND $17, BUT STILL NEED TO ADD IN ALL OTHER COSTS (BARTENDER, SERVERS, SITE FEE, ETC.) STILL QUITE REASONABLE, WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER VENUES. LAKEVIEW LOOKED BEAUTIFUL, AND THE FOOD WAS THE BEST ANYONE HAS EVER HAD A WEDDING. ALL SERVERS WERE GREAT. VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH(USED TO BE GLADIEUX).

The food and service I received from Premier Catering was great. Michele was easy to work with and very patient answering all of my questions. The only compaint I had was their bartenders opened all of our unused liquor so it can not be returned.

Premier catering did an amazing job for our wedding reception! The food was absolutely perfect, and we recieved TONS of compliments! Our contact person, Michelle was more than helpful with all of my many questions, and always responded in a timely manner when I left her messages. I was completely impressed with the food and service provided!

Nancy at Permier took amazing care of us. She was so much more than a caterer. My husband and I really love food and could not decide what to have. Nancy, through casual conversation, got us talking about our favorite foods and dishes at restaurants. Presto! There was the answer. She created the perfect menu based on dishes and cooking styles we love. She was there for me with all my weird wedding questions (even those not related to food). She offered really good suggestions, but was never pushy. She also catered our rehersal dinner. We ended up being about 2 hours late and I was sure the food would be all dried out and gross, but it was fantastic! She even went out of her way to have a birthday cake there for my ring bear since he had to do my rehersal on his birthday. I can't say enough good things about Premier and Nancy. Thanks guys! You are the best.

I used Premier Catering this past weekend for my wedding reception, and let me say: They were wonderful. Nancy is simply amazing. She is professional and knows exactly what she is doing! In our meetings she would ask me about details that I hadn't even thought of! The food was amazing, all of our guests raved about it, the presentation was beautiful and the service was A+. I could go on and on about them but all you need to know is...HIRE THEM! They go above and beyond allowing for you to have a stress free event that your guests will be talking about long after your wedding is over.

Nancy at Premier Catering was full of money-saving suggestions. And she allowed us to purchase some sausage from Buffalo, NY, (family tradition) that Premier then prepared for us. Nancy accommodated every question and request. And at the event itself, staff was incredibly professional and friendly!
