We used a 56 passenger charter bus from Premier Charters, and all our guests had a great time, not having to worry about driving home after the reception. I worked with Dan, and he was very responsive, and flexible. After getting quotes from a few other bus companies, they were also very fair in price. I would highly recommend using Premier Charters.

be a snowy afternoon and night. The shuttle picked the guests up under the canopy at the Renaissance and dropped us off right on the walkway. It was nice to not have to worry about shoes or clothes getting muddy. The roads that night were very slick and they made sure everyone got home safe. They were very professional, responsive and easy to work with. I strongly recommend them for anyone needing shuttles for any event.

were less than impressive on the wedding day. A week before the wedding, we had a telephone conversation firming up transportation plans. This was encouraging and took a lot of stress off of my wife and I. We'd have a 55 person charter bus for the transportation. The schedule was such that (1) the wedding party would be picked up a 1 PM in Golden and dropped off at 2 PM at the wedding venue, (2) the bus would return to pick up guests in Golden at 3 PM and dropped off guests at 4 PM, and finally (3) the bus would take guests back to the hotel in the evening. The wedding was supposed to take place at 4:30 PM. So...back to reality. On our wedding day, we were ready at the hotel awaiting the bus to arrive. We found it a little strange that the bus did not show up early or call to give status. Around noon, I decided to call the company. There was a recorded message saying that they were closed for the holiday weekend. Anxiety growing. However, they did have a message saying there was an emergency number to call. Huzzah! I called. It was disconnected. WTF. 1 PM rolls around. The time we are supposed to get picked up. No bus. No call. My wife is starting to stress out. I am starting to flip out. A bus arrives at 2 PM. Its not a 55 person charter bus. Its a 30 person (child) school bus. We all feel like cinderella going to the ball! Our wedding venue is up 285. I doubt most people reading this have been on a school bus going up 285. It sounds like the bus is going to explode. This fine ride had the gas gauge constantly flicking between empty and full (no shit) which gave me the impression that we'd break down on the side of 285, get married there, finish our scotch, and then roll down the hill to safety. We amazingly get to the wedding venue and get off the bus. I chat with the lead at the venue and she mentions that she had a phone call with the bus driver where the driver was asking how to get to the venue. This did not inspire confidence. My wife starts to get ready in a rushed state. She is not happy due to the delay and time crunch due to the bus being delayed. That took away over two precious hours for my wife to relax at the wedding venue and make sure it was to her liking. Also, a lot of the time before the wedding was intended for pictures. We lost that opportunity because of this company. The bus returns to pick up guests and drops them off around 4:30-45. Our wedding occurs around 5:30. This was most excellent and so special. Love you babe. The bus company did have a 55 person charter for the return rides. They were apologetic and recognized they screwed up. Evidently, their 55 person bus had mechanical issues. Here are a few takeaways for the Premier Charters. (1) Learn to communcate more affectively (especially on the day of the event... double especially if it is someones wedding) (2) Fix you phone system. That was zero help when we needed it. (3) If the bus driver is calling up the wedding venue the day of the wedding about how to get there, you all have some major planning issues. Do better. Recommendation: Do not use Premier Charters. They are unreliable.

our guests would have extra flexibility to use the bus. We had a 56 passenger bus and the rate was not dependent upon number of trips, but rather time. We ended up delaying the last trip back to the hotel, and with a small tip, the driver was more than will ing to work with us. To top it all off, they had the best quote we received to begin with! Would absolutely recommend/use again!

antastic job. The town-car that drove us from our venue back to the hotel was so nice. The driver was early and very friendly but not overly so. Made us feel comfy and let us have our time together to talk about our fantastic night back to the hotel. The car was clean, roomy and they had water ready for us. Cozy and warm and just right. We also booked shuttles for our guests to and from the hotel for 2 trips in the afternoon and then 3 more later in the night. Our guests gave us very positive feedback on how VERY nice and POSH the shuttle was for their drive. I received a note just today from one guest who took the early shuttle and said how nice it was not to worry about having to drive and that the ride back to the hotel was really nice and the driver even gave them some highlights on our city. My mom really liked the shuttle as well and commented on how luxe it was for a shuttle. We had the 56 person shuttle and a smaller 30 person one for the end of the night. When we were looking for shuttles we did our homework and what was so nice about this group was they were amazing with follow up (Ryan is the best) and were flexible and affordable. Local and in Golden, CO this is the best group to work with for shuttles. There are only a few local shuttle companies in town that you can work directly with (others are brokers or based out of other cities). Also, we needed a second smaller shuttle for the end of the night as more guests needed it on the way home and they offered it at a one-way price which saved us a lot of money vs. other companies that required a 5 hour minimum which was just too much. I really appreciated them working with us and thinking about the entire job and what was best for their client. I would highly recommend this company. Premier Charters are terrific.
