Planning a destination wedding for nearly 200 guests in a location that gets frequent snow and negative temps in the winter, made finding the right wedding transportation team extremely important for us. We had a lot of moving parts on our big day - guests were staying at several different off-site hotels and aside from getting them to and from the wedding we also had an after party at an offsite location to take into account. Kat made the planning process extremely seamless for us. She was always willing to answer questions and modify our itinerary as we had changes we needed to account for. Her communication was effective and clear and we really enjoyed working with her to finalize all of the details. On the day of, we had to 56-person coach buses running on loops to get everyone where they needed to be. The bus drivers were very pleasant with our guests, easy to communicate with, and arrived promptly every time. They were flexible throughout the night making extra loops for us and even went out of their way to drop off guests at additional locations we did not originally request which was extremely generous and appreciated on that cold night!! Premier Coach is a reliable and trustworthy company that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for transportation in the area.

Chip was incredibly responsive and great to work with after having to postpone our original wedding to September 25, 2021. We used 3 buses for 130 guests; the coach buses were clean, nice, and had bathrooms in the back which was much appreciated. All drivers wore masks around guests and drove incredibly well; one even took song requests at the end of the night! They stuck to our timeline perfectly which was much appreciated. Overall incredibly happy with Premier Transportation and would highly recommend!
