without any of the stress. Our rentals were hours late, thus delaying setup. She & her team handled such a stressful situation so well that we didn’t even know about the delay until after the wedding, and she contacted the rental company to get us a discount off our rentals after the wedding too. There were so many other things the team handled on our wedding day, from updating our seating chart, to helping the florist with the arch florals, to helping our photographer figure out the best time to take photos in between potential storms. Since we had a 2 year engagement, we really appreciated that she kept up regular meetings with us and really got to know us and what we wanted for our wedding. We knew that when the wedding day came, we could trust her with running everything - carrying out our vision, keeping us on schedule, and keeping track of all our vendors. We also added onto our package 2 other events that weekend (Friday welcome party and Sunday brunch), and she was such a huge help from setting up to tearing down to staying throughout the event to make sure everything was running smoothly. Not only was Rachel a capable planner and coordinator, she was also so kind, empathetic, and positive, and we felt we could come to her with any concerns - big or small.
