We had to scramble a little bit at the last minute for a shuttle for our wedding because we had a miscommunication with our other option and Premier Limo was so great to work with! I contacted them and two days later we met in person so I could see their party buses and limo options. We ended up using the big party bus and a smaller party van. Both had great sound systems, were extremely clean and the drivers were very professional and fun at the same time. They were flexible and offered two 2 hour blocks instead of forcing us to book 8 hours straight like some other companies tried to do. They were amazing right up to the last shuttle back to the hotel with the wedding party! :)

I used Premier for a party bus from the ceremony space to the reception space and we stopped at a park between places for pictures. The limo bus was on time to pick us up. The driver was professional. He dressed up and looked very nice. The price wasn't too bad, though for 2 hours, I think it could be a little less expensive, but I know limos can be expensive. The driver got us to where we needed to go in a timely manner. The bus was in good condition and clean and they provided water bottles as well. The only thing I wouldn't rate as high is the professionalism of the contact person when calling the company. She is a nice lady once you get to talking to her, but 1st impression is that she is a little harsh and rough. And that can be a turn off when you are calling and checking into services.

The limo was great! It was there on time & they let my family fill it with balloons and champagne before we got into it! Our driver drove us where we wanted to go and even got into the picture taking!

We did not have the greatest experience with this company. They were hard to get a hold of. I would leave repeat voicemails and never get return calls. Also when exiting the vehicle for our reception we were told there was a balance on the vehicle after it had already been paid in full. We felt like we were being held hostage before we could enter our reception. Just overall a little unprofessional to have to deal with that at the last minute.
