It was a great way to have a safe means of transport for our guests. The buses were clean and the staff was timely and professional. We also had a separate car for myself and my husband. The driver was very patient as we packed up all our items, said our goodbyes, and had one last dance. He was professional, polite and helped us unpack our items from the car. Great wedding transportation service if you are looking for one!

oms at the Courtyard Marriott in Allen and we used Premier Transportation to transport our guests to/from the wedding venue. We booked (2) 56-passenger buses and had them for the entire evening. They made multiple trips from the venue back to the hotel. Even some our local guests used the buses! The booking process was simple and seamless and the buses were on-time, clean and very comfortable. The drivers were kind and patient and we were kept informed of the status of their arrival via text messages. They did a wonderful job and made me feel more confident that our guests could have fun and be safe!

They sent me along with the couple up-to-date reminders and status updates regarding the driver's arrival. Laura in the office was professional, helpful and kind as she helped make this happen. This meant the world to this couple and Premier helped to create memories that will help them get through upcoming tough times.

arty bus 😂. We wanted a fancy get away car but it was about $600 out of our price range so we used a more reasonable car they had. It was still very nice. After the end of the event the last shuttle left the venue and my cousin was cleaning and didn’t get on the bus. Someone contacted premier and miraculously then went all the way back to the venue and took her to the hotel way after they were done. They are top notch.

remier was incredibly easy to work with and reasonably priced for the quality of their vehicles. Being on time is EVERYTHING on the wedding day and they delivered on that flawlessly. Don't cut corners on this vendor choice in particular - if you want to reduce stress on the day of, go with Premier!

Transported the entire wedding party around town then dropped then off, with smiles on their faces and "what a great time they had on the limo bus" was heard by all. Then, due to bad weather, we had to scrap our original helicopter departure and Premier came to our rescue, providing us with a limo to wisk the Bride and Groom away. What a great job by a first class company.

Since you put in your destination online, he knew exactly where to go and got us to our hotel making great time. Gratuity was included in the price we paid for the car according to the website, but my husband was so impressed with the driver he couldn't help but give him an extra tip. My husband and I booked a limo (for the parents and grandparents), a party bus (for the bride and groom and bridal party) and an executive shuttle for hotel guests to get around, and it was all seamless. The drivers all showed up 10 - 15 min early, and texted to confirm. They shuttled all our family and guests around seamlessly, and everyone loved the accomodations. Pristine inside, and every driver was polite, and courteous, especially helping our elderly guests get in and out. This was one area of my budget where I spent a little bit more, because I wanted perfection, and they delivered! Highly recommend! Also, Laurie, is amazing to work with and very responsive!

The drivers have all been on time or early and have gone above and beyond including escorting one of my brides into the church with an umbrella on a rainy day! ! We were so exhausted on the way home, but the limo driver was very polite. The price of the limo was about average, but that's expected. The customer service for Premier is amazing! I would highly suggest Premier for anyone who would like to rent a limo!

a result, I would give value only four stars. We probably only used the limo for 3 out of the 8 hours, so it was a lot of money for not a lot of use. We definitely needed the limo because we didn't want guests staying far away to drive on NYE, and the driver was great, so we still had an overall great experience with the company.
