Premiere Valet Service

We used Premiere for our wedding and were highly disappointed. I booked the parking lot nearly a year in advance and was given a contract. However on the day of our wedding, the lot was full of cars not in my party, my guests had nowhere to park, and my fiance had to spend the time reserved for our photos talking to the valet attendant and trying to resolve the issue. In the end, some of our guests did get to park but it was a big disturbance to our event. Later when I called the manager to explain the situation and ask for a refund, I was told that the lot was not only for my guests and I had no reason to think so (even though that was never explicitly said). I was given a $50 refund that was basically given to appease me, not because the company thought they had made any mistakes. Unfortunately I do not recommend this service.

This company saved my wedding. After putting a deposit with ABC Valet(DON'T EVER USE)the owner refused to uphold the contract, so I was devastated. Low and behold Premiere had did a follow up call to see if I still needed their service. I immediately called them back and expressed to Billy what happened, he passed the phone to the owner David worked who without hesitation said he would work within my budget knowing I lost my deposit with the other company. This was all done four days prior to my wedding. Premiere showed up on time with a supervisor and three employees all were very professional amongst my chaos. All of my guests were very pleased with the service. All the employees were pleasant,respectful and helpful. This is one company I will definitely use again and recommend to all of my future brides. Premiere was worth the price.
