She was able to give me all of the scoop on each resort and stories from experiences about what went good and bad. It was really helpful since we had never been to a destination wedding before. Once the details were decided she was able to help us get everyone, flight and such so we didn't have to. It was wonderful only having to worry about the wedding and not having to worry about the guests. Whenever someone would ask about booking all I had to do was say Call Sally or Peter! It was amazing! Then at the resort we had some of the rooms get messed up. Peter and Sally come with our group just in case there were any problems, thank to them being there, they made it right as fast as she could. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I highly recommend Sally and Peter and Premium Resorts for anyone booking a destination wedding or honeymoon in the Caribbean.

ymoon our agent Peter sent us 3 choices of islands and we narrowed it down from there. Premium Resorts staff was not pushy and did not try to “up sale” our package. We were also very prepared for our travel because Peter explained in detail every arrangement. We enjoyed that there were so surprises. We loved our honeymoon so much we have already booked an anniversary trip for next year! While we were there we were able to see a wedding on the beach. The ceremony was so intimate and sweet. The staff also took great care of the Bride and Groom. I highly recommend using Premium Resorts to book your wedding or honeymoon. All you have to do is make a few decisions and pay. d did way more than we could have ever asked for. His answers to one question ended up answering the next 5 that I had planned on asking. He gave an abundance of information and was very knowledgeable about the Sandals resorts. I could not stump him with any question. I have referred him to several people and plan to keep doing that as they all had the same comments.

before we were supposed to leave was threatening our flights, Nancy assured me that they would "move heaven and earth" to get us to our honeymoon on time. What a promise!! We ended up not having to change our flights and got to our resort as scheduled. She also provided so many pictures, details, and tips before we left to ensure we knew our stuff before we got there. Additionally, she told us to call/text her during our stay is anything was amiss (it wasn't). When we were still looking to book our honeymoon prior to our wedding, I found Premium Resorts of Cook Travel online via their outstanding reviews. Even though we live in a different state, Nancy worked with us through phone calls and emails. Overall, just such great customer service from Nancy and we could not have been more pleased. He will cater your personality and likes to a specific resort so you will be happy and not have to worry about planning yourself. We knew we had the right Sandals expert when he pulled up to our meeting in his F150 Pick Up wrapped in Sandals and Beaches. We spoke to him for 10 minutes and knew he knew the Sandals resorts. With his help, we selected Sandals La Source in Grenada. Peter & Sally held our hands through everything and ensured the planning was seamless. We truly received the VIP Treatment. Our Wedding at Sandals La Source Grenada was truly magical.

everything she said it would be and she was even able to provide us with free rounds of golf and a spa day for us to enjoy. Cindy made booking so easy for us and took care everything from coordinating the best flight times to the hotel room with the greatest views. She was quick to get back with me with any questions I had and informed me of all of the fun excursions to do while we stayed there, both on and off the resort. I would definitely go back to the resort she recommended and will certainly be booking with her again in the future for our next vacation!!

y cared we were stuck at a bar with free drink who can complain….and as always the Sandals folks were great. One thing we have determined is that the Jamaican people are the friendliest people….we had several that just went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time, we even exchanged Facebook profiles with some of them so we can stay in touch. We spent one afternoon at Negril, did a little shopping and one at Royal Plantation. Montego Bay seemed to be a little more laid back than some of the other Sandals we’ve been too, but we had no issues with that. I can’t speak for the others, but I would like to stay at the Royal Caribbean next year, it seemed like a really nice place…and the drive from the airport would just a few minutes longer that the one to Montego Bay….which is a plus…we were at the bar having drink by 1:00 on Friday when we arrived….WooooHoooo. New York was like talking to a friend I might have known for years. She understood what we were looking for in a resort and selected LaSource in Grenada as the ideal spot for us. It was. Sally made sure that every detail matched the vision we had in our minds. Our beachfront walkout was less than ten feet from our door and faced the gazebo where we exchanged our vows. The staff at LaSource knew who we were as soon as we exited the taxi from the airport. The experience that Sally brings to tourism is unbeatable. Sally knows the Sandals properties like the back of her hand. Dinners were planned, tours suggested, and navigation of the property explained. Kudos to Premier Resorts and the experienced staff. Thank you for taking the stress out of planning this exciting moment in time for us.

ot recommend anyone else. Both of them made sure that we got the resort that WE wanted, and didn't try to bribe us into anything. We gave them what we were looking for in a honeymoon and they nailed it with the Sandals Ochi Beach Resort. They were so knowledgeable with every resort and gave us the pros and cons to them all. They were always honest about every resort and made sure that you would love the place you were going! Throughout the booking process our main goal was to stay in our budget, and they both made sure of that. You have no idea how much less stressful it is when you have people that want to make sure that you get every bang for your buck. Once the honeymoon was booked we still continued to stay in contact with both of them in case there were questions or concerns, and they were always willing to do anything that we asked. Peter would give weekly updates on airline tickets so we would get the lowest price and then even booked our tickets for us once we found what we wanted. He really took care of every detail and made everything so much less stressful and for that I will be forever grateful. Premier Resorts really are the best of the best when it comes to travel, I will never use anyone but them. My wife and I have visited the Sandals Grande St. Lucian and also Sandals Montego Bay in Jamaica. The resorts go above and beyond for their guests and the beaches are absolutely amazing. We have always been treated with the up most respect and care while visiting. We are grateful to have Sandals and Peter in our corner. Take my advice and allow Peter to assist with your dream vacation. He will take great care of you and you will also gain a new friend along the way.

t tub. We enjoyed having breakfast brought to us and set up by the pool. Our butlers were so friendly. They drew us a bubble bath, stocked our fridge, made sure we had everything. We really appreciated that they reserved us the best and shadiest spots at the beach and pool. The drinks were amazing. The food was good. We especially loved Soy Sushi Bar for evenings and Mario's for breakfast. We basically lived at Cafe de Paris. We enjoyed Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, and the spa. We ended up buying some photos from the Sandal's photographer. I wasn't thinking I would, but the guy did such a fantastic job we bought several on a CD to bring back. Please feel free to add us to the Frequent Flyer program for future discounts. We loved our Sandals stay! Thank you for all you did to help us with the perfect honeymoon. Katie A. Myers

or us. We visited the Sandlas Halcyon Resort and it seemed a little too low key with fewer activities but it was still beautiful. We also visited the Sandals Grande St. Lucian it was beautiful and I would have loved to spend more time there however, we stayed so busy at the La Toc we didn’t have many days left! Gordon’s was our favorite restaurant, it was beautiful at night but I bet it was even more enchanting during the day. The "stay at one play at three” was one of our favorite features of our Honeymoon. The restaurants at the La Toc Resort were wonderful, we enjoyed the Japanese Hibachi and the Sushi Bar (myself a little more than Anthony he’s not a big sushi fan). We ordered a snack every afternoon from Neptunes, a pepperoni pizza and a plate of calamari, we must have eaten 15 pepperoni pizzas during our stay. The Pub had wonderful fish-n-chips (I never eat tartar sauce but there’s was delicious)and they had a very good short rib plate. We ate at Neptune’s a few times since they had a different dinner and lunch menu. The Piton was great we had the surf and turf and ate with friends there and had a wonderful time. Having a butler was incredible and very necessary during our stay. The first two days the phones were not working and it was very difficult to reach our butler if we could at all. After those two days we enjoyed having them tremendously. We had a day butler and a night butler both were very attentive. We enjoyed the information and booking of excursions and reservations the most. My favorite part of having a butler was ordering a mid afternoon snack to the pool daily. Having them pick us up for dinner was crucial due to the mountainous terrain and my high heels. :) The first night we were lost without them but after the phones were fixed it was GREAT! The butler suite also gave us a voucher or discount to compensate for the two days that we were without butler service. We signed up for Sandals SSG program while we at the resort for the come back soon promotion that they had at the resort. We have decided that traveling with Sandals is so wonderful we will be visiting the Sandals resorts from now on. Again thank you so much for your help and suggestions! We had a wonderful time!
