Gus is very knowledgeable in the wedding industry and was very helpful and trustworthy. He worked great with the rental company I hired to do our decor. We rented the Roosevelt room which was so nice and lots of space for our 120 guests or so. Buffet was delicious. Cake was delicious and included in package! We did butter cream with vanilla and cream cheese filling. soooo good. Just be advised that they are a bit strict with certain decor and ideas - they will not put their facility in danger of any damage whatsoever. So nothing can hang from ceiling, no candelabras lit (unless enclosed by glass), no sports-related activities allowed inside.

About a month before the wedding again my wife emailed the Maitre'd to discuss the food since we haven't heard from them. We were under the impression we would have a tasting but they don't do separate tastings you have to come to a group one & pay $35 a person. We misunderstood but the attitude that came from Meredith the Maitre'd was uncalled for! She spoke to my wife as if she was an idiot! For the rehearsal again just very short & rude. She toured the room with me while my wife was downstairs even though I said can we please discuss this with her & then rushed through the rehearsal and left when we still had questions. The day of the wedding it was even worse. She was yelling & kept disappearing. At one point she looked at me and my wife while doing pictures and said " are you going to keep taking pictures or go enjoy your cocktail hour" I'm not sure why she thinks its professional to speak to clients in this manner. Our one table was wrong & I personally asked her to get the 2 chairs that were missing she never came back so after 15 minutes of my boss standing I went & located 2 chairs myself. Even her staff was complaining. She was rude to our vendors & guests. She seemed like she wanted nothing to do with our wedding! My wife hid herself when the guests showed up because we didn't know where to go and yet again where is Meredith. After the ceremony she took my wife's picture of her deceased mother and put it face down on a random table when we had a whole memory table set up so my wife grabbed the picture and placed it where it belonged. Worst part we were the 1st wedding so there was no one else being attended too. As the night started to end she actually argued with the maid of honor because they mistakenly took our etched wine glass that said Mrs. & she argued they did not have it and the glasses are the glasses they supply. The maid of honor said it's missing & can you please just look we are standing right next to the kitchen what is the big deal. This continued for another 2 minutes until she just went and looked and there is the GLASS! As we leave two of the waitresses get into a fight! We left so quick to just get away that we didn't even get our cake. My wife wrote a review not including ANY of the above complaints because she honestly just wanted an apology on the way we were treated in regards to Meredith. The owner called and apologized and said she is going through some things but it’s unacceptable and offered to send us a pastry platter for any upcoming holiday parties we may have as an apology. We were happy he called & wanted to move on. I'm assuming Meredith did not appreciate our review and decided to continue her ignorance. She disputed the review which is just ignorant. But to make matters even WORSE she actually had the AUDACITY to call our DJ and request he write a rebuttal to our review and say we were lying so she could have the review deleted permanently. He couldn’t believe she was bullying him into lying so she could delete our review. I mean why go to that extreme to have a review deleted? We now have to send check receipts to the website to prove we actually booked with Presidential! My wife worked so hard on this wedding and to have it turn out like this and be treated like this is disgusting.

efore our wedding. Our wedding date was significant to us because it was the date we met 14 years ago. Changing the date wasn’t an option on our end. Gus and Meredith both offered a date change but we declined. From the day they heard about the accident until the day I walked into the the venue in my wedding dress they were more than accommodating. Everything was beautiful for our wedding day. I was able to use the elevator to go up to our reception room and all of our guests cannot stop talking about the food, the beautiful set up and environment and how great the service was. Thank you Gus and daughters for making our day magical!!

at that year's rate. Gus and Meredith went over all of our options, explaining exactly what came with the package, and answered all of our questions by phone and e-mail whenever we needed them. The food was simply amazing - my wife and I refused to miss out on cocktail hour mingling, and we were assigned an assistant for the night who brought us snacks, dinner and drinks whenever we needed them. The meats, veggies, hors d'ouvres, well drinks - everything was above and beyond our expectations. While we were intending on using the gazebo for an outdoor ceremony, our weekend was unfortunately hit with rainfall. Gus was ready during the week, and prepared a spot in one of the unused banquet rooms with a beautiful set of covered chairs and altar area. I can't recommend the Presidential enough. Visit them and see for yourself!

e rain storm forced us inside. I was more than happy with the set-up by the spiral staircase and was glad it ended up being inside. Gus and Meredith did an excellent job facilitating and were very flexible to accommodate by requests along the way. Food, drinks and set-up were perfect. We received many compliments from guests!

As soon as you walk into the building and then into your designated room there is a wow factor! We saved a lot of money by choosing this vendor. Everything is all inclusive aside from a photographer and DJ. We had a great experience with Platinum DJ's Mike Pitti, one of Presedential's preffered vendors. We had our own photographer and our own centerpieces made by a close family friend. We also brought our own essentials (cake topper, knives, sign in book, card box, personal photos, etc) that the crew at Presedential laid out for us. Our ceremony items were repurposed and the food was pretty decent although I didnt have much time to eat while running around greeting guests! Presedential did make sure the bride and groom were served first and continuously asked that we were okay and feeling satisfied. We felt like king and queen. Out of all the stressors leading up to our big day, Gus and his team were not a stressor in anyway. In fact they made us feel very comfortable and were there for every step of the process. We could not have asked for a better day!! If I could recommend any vendor it would be Presedential Caterers for your wedding day. Dont waste your money with other greedy vendors. The process is so beautiful through Presedential!

The people working the venue were extremely accommodating.The venue itself was beautiful and so open. We had a wedding of almost 300 guests and we fit everyone with a photo booth and lots of room to spare. The food was amazing also...people kept coming up to us and telling us it was hands down the best wedding they have ever been to. We can't thank Gus and his team enough for making our day so perfect!

. Pictures- We came to the Presidential for pictures after our ceremony. The outside was beautiful and perfect for pictures and inside the same. Highly recommend it! Cocktail Hour- The staff was great. People commented on how good quality food and quantity of food was perfect. The Food- I have received a number of emails from family and friends saying this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. (We did the filet and crab cake combo) Filet was cooked to perfection and the crab cakes were just amazing. Coming from a bride, the staff catered to my every need. I would change... -Center pieces were not as nice as we hoped, we went with the upgrade and we were disappointed. Especially after speaking with the florist a number of times.... not a reflection on Gus and his staff at all.

Cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert were all amazing. The wedding cake that was part of the package was large and delicious as well. Floral centerpieces were also part of the package, and they were a nice size and very pretty. We were even sent home with all the leftover dessert and flowers from the head table and centerpieces. The venue runs like a well oiled machine. The staff had my DIY decorations boxed and ready for me at the end of the night, and were very discreet about winding the reception down and getting things cleaned up. We didn't have to set up or take down anything. The staff was courteous and professional. We were well taken care of and were able to truly just enjoy ourselves. We had the best time in a beautiful venue, and would absolutely recommend Presidential Caterers to anyone planning a wedding.

the best wedding they have ever been to! From the beginning to the end, everything was taken care of. Presidential took care of the cocktail hour, drinks, flowers, buffet, and desserts. The food was awesome; we even had some guests with dietary restrictions (Muslim and Vegan) and Presidential took care of them no problem! Presidential also provided us with a list of preferred vendors from which we chose our limo service and DJ. We were very pleased with both! My husband I have only one regret- we wish that we could go to our reception again as guests! :)

Gus, you and your incredible staff made this event easy to plan with all of your help and guidence. The services you offered and connections you guided us towards made things so easy, and the quality was first class. The facility is just beautiful with long spiral staircases that worked great for pictures. There is a gazebo outside for that romantic shot and the ballroom is so lovely. A very elegant and spacious room with a killer dance floor. The common areas were lovely and comfortable and the brides room was a great place for the bride to freshen up. Your staff was efficient, kind and caring, greeting our guests graciously. The food was delicious from start to finish. Service was fast and the food was hot and yummy. My kids are still fighting of the desserts we brought home. The wedding cake was also wonderful and the guests loved the flowers made into bouquets when they left. If you are looking for a place to have a beautiful wedding reception look no further. The Presidential is the perfect venue.

from the instant I walked in the door the first time. It is so clean and beautiful inside, even the bathrooms! Then I met Gus and he has been doing this for so long he can answer any and all questions without hesitation. The Presidential is also family run, the chef is his son, the pastry chef is his daughter and so on. They all really care and you can tell by the work they do. Prices were reasonable and food is amazing! It tastes good and the portion sizes are big. We had a sit down dinner which included a salad, a soup, a pasta, and then the entree! You will not find this much food for this price anywhere! We also had a cake and dessert table, which was absolutely delicious. We had a lot of compliments on food! Presidential make planning your wedding stress free they do all the work and they do it well!

. I loved having the venue, catering, cake, and flowers all provided at one location. The food was amazing! The room was beautiful! The cake turned out just as I wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly. I did not use the flowers due to difficulty with the florist but Gus was very supportive and took care of the situation. I loved it there and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

He is very thorough with how him and his family run your party. he is very very organized and made everything perfect. it was a smooth sail from start to finish. From the food to the flowers it was so great. I have a friend who had their daughters wedding there about 5 years ago and recommended us to them. Their other daughter was getting married and chose the Presidential for her venue and I couldn't figure out why she would want to get married the same place her sister did. Well by the end of the night I knew exactly why. I will recommend Gus and his family at the Presidentail Caterers to anyone!

We were very happy with the result and have received numerous compliments about the venue and the cake already! Even our photographer said she had never seem a cake like ours! I'd also like to add that the portions were very generous for dinner and I heard from guests that there were plenty of appetizers during cocktail hour. The dessert table was my favorite part though!!
