After the rehearsal was complete the same driver could not find the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner, Kemoll’s, a St. Louis landmark restaurant. One of our guests from Cincinnati figured out where the restaurant was and demanded that the driver let the passengers off the limousine. Our guests then WALKED two blocks, down- town, in the dark of night! Imagine you’re in an unfamiliar city, some in heels, walking somewhere because your professional driver didn’t know the way. I was going to hire a different limo service but chose this company only because they had won ‘Best of The Knot.’ It was a huge mistake. It appears others have had a great time when using this company but you have no way of knowing if you will be the lucky one to get quality service. I certainly hope this review will be used when deciding who wins next time. The mother-of-the-groom, who took care of the Friday tab called the Monday after the wedding to complain and try to get her money back (they refunded her $200). After the wedding, I could not stomach dealing with them having spent the morning of the wedding trying to track them down to speak with them about Friday’s debacle, then wondering what to expect from them on Saturday. A month later I got an email from the company asking how my experience was! Two of us had already complained to two different people in the company and now they wanted feedback wondering how it all went? I replied to the email letting them know how unsatisfied we were. After 11 days, I still had no feedback to my response. This lack of professionalism was not evident in the planning stages. Customer service up front is wonderful. Don’t be fooled. I asked to be contacted by Bill, who I dealt with through the entire planning process and have yet to hear back from him. They do not understand the valuable role they play or they take that role very lightly. The incompetence shown on Friday overshadowed any reassurance offered for Saturday’s events. They are supposed to relieve stress, not add to it. You don’t want to spend your child's wedding day wondering if your limousine company will show up on time, let alone know where to go. Transportation is their only job and they did not consistently deliver. Events have important timelines and you could have heartache in your hands if you hire this company.

The driver was great- he even held an umbrella for me as it was sprinkling. The only complaint I would have is the bus was a little smaller than I expected. It said it held 32 passengers and we only had 24. But we barely squeezed in. Yes we have some bigger passengers, including my dress, but I was expecting more seating and more walking space. It was very squished and was hard to mingle with everyone. But it was still a blast and would do it again- just might invite less passengers.

ghters, who are now all married, I have had some experience with vendors. We have dealt with Limo/Buses that broke down, that leaked, that did not comfortably hold the amount of people that they claimed it would hold. Presidential Limos were GREAT! Their driver showed up at our house 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The limo bus was clean, attractive and roomy. The driver was appropriately dressed and very pleasant. He did exactly as I asked him to do at the church, and was prepared to take the entire bridal party to our reception at the exact time I requested. The entire bridal party commented that the bus/limo was comfortable and beautiful. I was especially pleased at the accuracy of size. Having used other limo companies in the past, I was apprehensive to believe what I was being told by the owner. In the past, with other companies, we have had the experience of being told that our limo would comfortably hold a certain amount of passengers, only to find out that several of the bridal party had to stand. That was not the case with Presidential. Everyone had plenty of room. As Jeremy (the owner) told me, he realizes that wedding gowns, bouquets and sometimes larger people, must be taken into consideration when declaring how many people can actually fit on a limo/bus. Everyone sat comfortably with plenty of room to spare. Their prices were comparable to some and much better than other places that I called. I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a pleasant, reasonably priced and reliable limo/bus company to use Presidential!

We would absolutely recommend Presidential Limousines to anyone needing transportation service, and will certainly use them again for any future limo needs!

ton of different limo bus companies and they were always very far over our budget. A friend referred me to Presidential Limousines. They were extremely nice and quick at responding to all of my questions, via email or by phone. Their price was unbeatable. We were thrilled with the amazing, very upscale party bus we got. It was clean and did not smell like it had been partied in. Only complaint I have is that our driver did not know any of our pre-advised locations and someone had to give point by point directions to our one photo location and reception. The driver was not terribly conscious of keeping the ride steady. I am overall very happy.

2 hours late. No big deal, things happen. Upon being picked up the muffler was soooo loud we could barely hear each other talking. We joked that it was going to break down. We finally arrived at the winery, we thought that they were going to wait for us as we had hired him for 5 hours, but he had another appt 45 minutes away but said he would be back to pick up at our scheduled time. Shady, but again not a big deal. Then 30 minutes prior to pickup time we get a call saying that the limo had broken down and they would be delayed in picking us up. They could not give a time when we would be picked up. We requested another limo or alternative transportation but they could not offer anything and were unresponsive about a time frame. We ended up spending over an hour trying to find taxis to take us from Defiance Missouri to Downtown STL. Most refused due to the long ride. We were finally able to get a taxi and also had to shell out $150 for it! Do not use this place! Completely unprofessional!

At first I thought we were going to have a ton of space. After all of our coolers, bags, flowers, etc... the 28 passenger bus was perfect! Rich was our driver and he was fantastic! Great driver and very friendly! He knew where we were going and if he didn't, he made sure he figured it out quickly. He was very flexible with stops and our rowdy bunch!

3 hours and at 2 hours and 15 minutes the bus driver stated he had another party to be at and asked if he could leave. I did not want this so I said no. He proceeded to ask two guest from my wedding to clear the bus because he had to go and after they cleared the bus (which took 15 minutes) he was driving away 15 minutes before was supposed to which essentially was half an hour. When I called to complain the owner at first told me he was going to look into it and did say the GPS had the bus moving 13 minutes before it was supposed to. I thought this was very rude of the driver and many people lost items (including my camera) because the two guest from my wedding did not know who's stuff was who's. The owner lost his temper and was screaming at me. He told me to get me out of his life he would pay me back for the 13 minutes which is only $65 (but hey I will take it) I do not recommend this company. No one deserves to be yelled at the way I was yelled at. I would try any other vendor in town for your wedding just try to avoid this one.

Owner, Ray Bixler, difficult to deal with, wouldn't call my cell despite several requests. He would only call my job and even left a message for my boss! Would never recommend them.
