y first issue was that we provided a timeline of what should take place at a certain time. It was not honored. My guest did not get the Hors D'oeuvre nor wine to be served while my husband and I arrived at the venue. Secondly, I provided a playlist in a specific order, and it was not played in that order. A dj would be better instead of the owner controlling the music from her phone and serving the food. Also, she can be difficult working with others (outside planner). We were not trying to step on her toes, but she made me feel like we were. Finally, the extra alcohol that was brought specifically for my wedding party was not served to them, which was to meet their taste buds on our special day. Some of my guests complained the bar was stingy with the drinks. If you are scared of doing business with minority then dont do business,
She pretends to be nice and easygoing until she gets paid, and then you are at her mercy. I was not going to do a review, but when my friends just started talking about their experience (1 year later) and their friend experienced at my wedding, I felt disappointed because we spent a lot of money for this venue and the hospitality wasn't their. Hopefully, this review will help the venue improve on customer service, invest in a live dj, and pay close attention to the details.

Ms. Diane was so accommodating. One of our VIP guests was vegan and in addition to PP making sure she had something to eat, she also checked in with my VIP throughout the reception and even made sure she got sent home with leftovers she could eat. The food, vegan and non-vegan was all delicious and the staff was amazing.
