Overall the experience we had with the venue and Ms. Diane. She made everything easy and stress free. The food was amazing and the service we had received the day of our wedding. I...
would recommend the Presidential Palace to anyone who is getting married.
The palace is a beautiful and well put together venue. The food is awesome. I had several issues with the venue. I realized the owner was too controlling and all over the place. M...
y first issue was that we provided a timeline of what should take place at a certain time. It was not honored. My guest did not get the Hors D'oeuvre nor wine to be served while my husband and I arrived at the venue. Secondly, I provided a playlist in a specific order, and it was not played in that order. A dj would be better instead of the owner controlling the music from her phone and serving the food. Also, she can be difficult working with others (outside planner). We were not trying to step on her toes, but she made me feel like we were. Finally, the extra alcohol that was brought specifically for my wedding party was not served to them, which was to meet their taste buds on our special day. Some of my guests complained the bar was stingy with the drinks. If you are scared of doing business with minority then dont do business,
She pretends to be nice and easygoing until she gets paid, and then you are at her mercy. I was not going to do a review, but when my friends just started talking about their experience (1 year later) and their friend experienced at my wedding, I felt disappointed because we spent a lot of money for this venue and the hospitality wasn't their. Hopefully, this review will help the venue improve on customer service, invest in a live dj, and pay close attention to the details.
This was by far the easiest part about getting married. We booked a year out and basically just got to show up on our wedding day and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The Pre...
sidential Palace is a beautiful venue and was perfect for our budget. Their price compared to what we received blew every other venue out of the water.
Ms. Diane was so accommodating. One of our VIP guests was vegan and in addition to PP making sure she had something to eat, she also checked in with my VIP throughout the reception and even made sure she got sent home with leftovers she could eat. The food, vegan and non-vegan was all delicious and the staff was amazing.
words cannot describe how wonderful our reception was. the owners went above and beyond to please us. if you looking to get married this is definitely my recommendation. I have no ...

us and was always being brought out fresh and hot. Anytime a request was made, the host were there to make sure it was being seen through. I truly appreciate their attentiveness to not only my groom and I, but also the needs of our guests and wedding party. Thank you for being more than I could've dreamed on my big day! Thank you Mr. Phil & Mrs. Diane
Loved this place its was decorated beautiful which was included in the price. The price was kind of high but I guess it was because it was New Years Eve. The staff was excellent be...
sides Mr.Phill. He talked to you kind of rude but other than that it was great. Food was OK I guess but I'm a very picky eater. Beer was flat from tap so a guest complained so Mr.Phil sent a worker to Winn Dixe to buy beer.
