ding, we decided to check on our reservation. Only to find out the staff had canceled our reservation and we were not notified. I called them and after some confusion everything was sorted out. So I thought.
Two weeks before the wedding we check the status of our reservation again to find out that it had been cancelled a second time. When we called back to request our reservation not be cancelled, we were told it was OUR fault and that we shouldn't have been able to reserve ride we did anyway. They said we could keep our reservation but they tried to increase the price completely out of our budget. We canceled our reservation and told them we'd look else where. We even requested for a manager to connect with, however received no follow up call.
Two days before the wedding, we received a confirmation email stating that they needed further information about our day of transportation and that they couldn't wait to be at our services. We had to call them AGAIN and cancel our reservation. We simply do not trust this company. Their communication and customer service was terrible. They ruined our transportation plans for our wedding so beware before booking!

ss, but this was not an issue for the day of the wedding. The shuttles for our guests were very nice and arrived/ departed right on schedule. The staff were also delightful. Overall Presidential seemed to be a good company and we would recommend them to anyone in need of transportation for their wedding.

s I was minutes away from getting married, and we had to start the wedding late as guests had to scramble to get ubers/drive/taxis. It was embarrassing and obviously angering just minutes from being married. Yes, we even confirmed with them right before the wedding via our coordinator who has worked with them prior. I could never recommend them given all of this, but I will say, they fully reimbursed us for their mistake and I also ensured they reimbursed my guests who had to pay for taxis which was helpful to make the post-process easier. Real big bummer though on such a big day and worth sharing.

ding. Jade was extremely helpful and patient in helping us select the right vehicles (we used a Mercedes 550S Sedan, Mercedes Executive Sprinter, and a 43 Passenger Executive Mini-Coach. All of the drivers were friendly, professional, and showed up at least 15 minutes prior to the appointed time. Vehicles were all very clean and in great shape. Payment process was easy. The overall experience was top notch and I highly recommend Presidential.
Presidential was such a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and helpful. We had a 43-passenger shuttle take guests to and from the hotel, and it was very elegant!

less than high quality. the interior of the limo was nice and they offered non-alcoholic beverages, however, the ride was rough. the car squealed at any stops and was really rough like the car needed new brakes or a tune-up. they did fit us in last-minute, but compared to other services and fleets, i was less than impressed.

We just wanted a ride form the reception to the hotel and they worked with us on that. They were on time! Well dressed and very nice!
