Aleksi Zaretsky
Founder
Aleksi Zaretsky is a Grammy Award–winning violinist and the founder of Presidio Artists, bringing world-class musicianship to weddings and private events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He has performed with some of the most celebrated ensembles in the country, including the San Francisco Symphony, San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, SFJAZZ, the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, New Century Chamber Orchestra, and the Monterey Symphony. In 2023, Aleksi won a Grammy Award for Best Orchestral Performance.
His career has taken him from concert halls to the world’s biggest stages - performing at Chase Center, home of the Golden State Warriors, and at the 2026 NFL Super Bowl alongside Green Day. He has collaborated with an extraordinary range of artists, from violinist Joshua Bell and conductor Michael Tilson Thomas to jazz legend Kenny Barron and singer Billy Ray Cyrus. Aleksi has recorded for the Pentatone and Avie labels and been featured on PBS, CNN, and KDFC.
Through Presidio Artists, Aleksi brings that same caliber of artistry to life’s most meaningful celebrations. He personally curates every ensemble - from solo violin to full string quartets - and oversees musician selection and repertoire for each booking, ensuring couples receive thoughtful, polished music tailored exactly to their day.
