In addition to the Clubhouse, our tented terrace extends the capacity of our Clubhouse, creating one large event space when the French doors are opened. Our beautiful event tent encompasses our entire outdoor terrace (45' x 55'), has a white top with clear walls, allowing you to keep the fantastic views. Your guests will find the Tented Terrace & Clubhouse equally comfortable and inviting. The tent is equipped with heaters and has Edison bulb lighting, allowing for an intimate dinner or festive dancing area!

ure everything went just the way it should. We loved that the ceremony was steps away from the reception and guests didn’t have to travel locations. The golf course was perfect spot to take our family photos! We got the most perfect sunset photos overlooking the bay.

wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. She was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. She helped make sure our event was what we wanted and hoped for. I asked about different options/possibilities for different things, and I don't think Tracey ever said no. She is very willing to work with you to create what you what!
We were planning our wedding from across the country, and I really loved how the Presidio was such an all-inclusive venue. We picked a package that included open bar(the bar also made our signature cocktail--we just provided one of the ingredients), dinner, cake, 2 passed apps, and some other stationed apps. Being able to do so much in-house made the planning a lot easier for us! We also added a late-night snack of flat bread pizza, which was a hit! There were so many add-on options for apps/dessert/late nigh snack, etc, it was hard to pick!
The chef was also accommodating with our menu, and made some small changes per our request, like adding a chimichurri sauce for the steak. Overall, we thought the food was really tasty!
The day-of staff was so nice and kept everything running smoothly. Tracey helped with the set-up and Erin was our day-of coordinator. Erin checked in with me and my husband frequently to make sure we had what we needed/wanted (food, drinks, etc). throughout the night.
One thing that I hadn't been too sure of was how the separate dinner/dancing rooms would be, but it was great! So many people were out dancing (or hanging at the bar) that it was the place to be! And if people wanted to head to a quieter/cooler spot for a conversation or break, they could head to the dinner area under the tent.
I highly recommend the Presidio Golf Course as a wedding reception venue! We had a truly wonderful experience working with them, and it was a great value for a wedding in San Francisco.

don’t enjoy stuffy hotel ballrooms where your guests are stuck at their dining spot sitting all night or on the dance floor. The Presidio Club House offers multiple spaces including an outdoor space, so that it is easy for you and your guests to move around. Another big concern for us was accessibility for our elderly family members. The club house has plenty of close parking and everything is on one floor. We did not want a lot to think about on this big day and having a venue that had tables, chairs, linens, catering, and alcohol with all the coordinating done by an amazing director, Tracey, was so incredible. Knowing that we wouldn’t need to worry about coordinating vendors or paying to rent chairs and things was so nice. Everything was perfect thanks to the Presidio Golf Course and Clubhouse and all their employees. Even when our DJ was an hour and a half late and off cue the whole time, they made everything work. My grandmother can’t wait for a reason to throw another party here!

nted greenery and space versus cement/buildings. The Clubhouse was a perfect fit! The venue is gorgeous and well maintained-and you get a great view from the tent and feel as if you are outside. We also wanted to make sure it was a venue easy for our guests to get to/park-there is a large parking lot free of charge that easily accommodated all of our guests (approx. 160).
The staff, Tracey in particular, were absolutely amazing. Tracey was responsive during the planning process and incredibly accommodating. She knows what works in the space and what doesn’t and will be honest with you, she also has tons of experience with vendors in the area and recommended great people. Since we had a winter wedding (sun sets early), I was concerned about not having enough light for pictures after the ceremony, Tracey graciously offered to let us start the ceremony earlier. We also had to have a backup plan for rain. It poured the day before the wedding, but Tracey had a backup plan in place, watched the weather all Saturday morning and kept me in the loop for her plans. She may have been more worried about the rain than us! It stopped raining Friday night, we were able to do the ceremony outside-the lawn was perfect despite the pouring rain the night before.
Food was amazing, everyone raved about it (short ribs, salmon, winter roasted veggie pasta); we did an open bar and drinks were delicious. One thing I loved is since the clubhouse is a restaurant, the bar is an actual bar not a table with black tablecloth over it, our guests gathered around the bar and fostered a fun bar-like atmosphere-especially since the dance floor was right next to the bar…although people drank a lot, which is what we wanted, but might be something to keep in mind if that isn’t your thing.
I can’t say enough great things about the clubhouse. You can’t go wrong!

ve asked for a better way to celebrate with our friends and family. The event was so gorgeous and amazing; it was perfect. Everything, big and small, Tracey was there to help us and bring it all together. From our last minute candy/cupcake table, the table arrangements, to the food, everyone raved about how great the event was and how everything was put together so eloquently. I know my wife was worried about things running smoothly and everyone having a great time, this reception dramatically exceeded all of our expectations.
We absolutely LOVED Tracey. She was awesome to work with, very easy going and nice, and it definitely made us at ease about booking this venue from Texas and really only seeing the location once with the rest of correspondence by email. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our new journey together. As cliché as it is, if we did it all over again, we would pick the Presidio 10 times out of 10. Best. Day. Ever.

and helped me design a wedding that was customized to my tastes and vision. The one drawback to the day was the wind and fog during our outside ceremony - but the venue cannot control the weather. All staff were very professional. The food was good and the tables looked great.

us many options and suggestions, and helped keep our schedule on track. That is a great relief when you have so many details to deal with and planning to do! The venue was the perfect backdrop and we have lots of great pictures. The wooden interior of the Clubhouse gives the space a warm feeling and they place votive candles for you everywhere. We received many compliments from our guests regarding the choice of location. Another great thing about this venue is AMPLE FREE PARKING! Also greatly appreciated by our guests.

We were married in August of 2009 with 80 guests, which fit perfectly in the indoor space, but you could have more if you used the outdoor area, which many doors open to so it does...
n't feel separate. Michele, the coordinator, was so easy to work with. The staff served our meal impeccably, and the food was warm and delicious. Renting the space, food, and bar weren't that expensive, but we did have to rent chairs because the ones they had were too bulky. My only complaint was that the room they said they had for me to change in to was the fitting room in the golf shop and it was really cramped while we were waiting. Other than that, with the SF skyline, the location, the delicious food, we had the most amazing wedding.

We chose buffet-style and everything was good many guests raved about it: prime rib glazed chicken breast veggie lasagna delicious creamy mashed potatoes two kinds of delicious salad. Also the Cakemaker with whom the Presidio Golf Clubhouse contracts was terrific! Very friendly and helpful and his work was beautiful. The cake was simple and delicious (white cake with almond flavoring and chocolate mousse filling with his signature white- chocolate 'wrap' on the outside). The staff was young hip fun and friendly. Very helpful and available. They helped ensure things ran smoothly. Finally Michelle the person who helped us set up the whole thing was gracious funny very easy-going and professional. She kept us from worrying and she made everything work just right. She was also good about accommodating our last- minute table centerpiece makers the day before the wedding.;Make sure you have your music and sound system details worked out before-hand. Test out their system with your equipment ahead of time if possible. We had a little trouble with their speaker and with their iPod connections. But both were resolved within minutes.
