I booked prestige entertainment to host a photo booth at my wedding reception in October 2017. They ended up calling me a half hour before my reception started and told me they would not be able to make it due to having tonorder parts. I get that, things happen. So I gave them my new address to send me my deposit back and Sabrena said she would send it out the next Monday. Well, here I am, 4 months later and still don't have my $150 deposit back. I have tried tirelessly to text, call and email both Sabrena and Dan and they will not return any of my texts, calls, or emails. I finally got tired of being ignored and had my mom call and Sabrena answered!!!! They are very very shady people! $150 isn't much but I don't usually pay someone for doing nothing and i should have my money returned to me as it stayed in my CONTRACT that I signed! I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!!!! Do NOT use these pops service
