nth before the wedding we paid the balance AND the gratuity so we were all set for the day of the wedding. The contract was for 2.5 hours after the ceremony and 1.5 hours at the end of the night to shuttle people back to the hotel. Gary showed up with the luxury coach and all was good. We shuttled around for our 2.5 hours and then went back to the venue for the reception. At the end of the night people used the shuttle to go back and forth to the hotel which was about 1.5 miles away. I got on the last shuttle at 11:55pm and got back to the hotel a little after midnight which would've been the end of our 1.5 hours. As we exited the bus, Gary stops the bride (on her wedding day) and tells her that we went over the contracted 4 hours by one hour. I don't know if that's true or not because we didn't "document" the time, but we should've. Also, if we were getting close to going over to going over the time limit, it would've been nice if he'd told us ahead of time and not at the end when we can't do anything about it. So, Gary proceeds to tell the bride that the normal fee is $75, but he would only charge $50. Poor girl doesn't have enough cash on her so he tells her to give her a card number and he'll take care of it. Oh, he took care of it alright! The next day my son told me he charged their account $235!!!! I immediately called him and left a message to call me back at once with an explanation. He called and said that he was including a gratuity. What??!! We ALREADY paid you a gratuity back in August. He says he has to "check his records". In the meantime, I sent him a copy of both my cancelled checks to show that the gratuity had been included. He acknowledges that yes the gratuity had been paid and he would refund that. NOTE: The bride authorized him to charge $50 and no more, but he proceeds to charge $235!!!! Besides being extremely unethical this borders on being fraudulent. Long story short, four days after I complained, my son and daughter-in-law received $160 back...Gary kept $75...even though he was authorized to charge only $50. Oh, and let me also note that I handed him $20 on my way off the bus as a gesture of our appreciation and then he goes and does this. Unbelievable!!! Buyer beware is all all I can say about this company. It's really too bad because the limo itself was excellent and we would've certainly booked them again but there is NO way we would ever use them again. If you're even thinking about booking with Prestige Executive Limousine, Ltd. (and I'd caution you against it), be sure to find out upfront if there are any overage charges for going over your contracted time. The contract itself does not mention anything about how much they charge for going over the contracted time. Also, if Gary (or any driver) asks you for your debit/credit card number at the end of the night try not to use that...instead pay with cash. I'm really sorry that I had to write such a negative review but I just don't want anyone else to get zinged like we did. I just wonder how many other people this has happened to and they just never caught it.

On the day of the wedding, the original H2 Hummer we agreed on was not available, which was even better because we got a more spacious Luxury Coach Bus instead. Gary was polite and thoughtful, and most importantly, he got us to our ceremony, pictures, and reception safely and on time.

or free. And the driver, Jo, was extremely helpful and made sure we had a great time. I'll recommend Prestige to everyone who wants to have a classy and affordable limo option.

er started on fire in January (8 months prior to our wedding). After being extremely rude to my husband he eventually said "Yeah, I suppose we could have told you about it". The actual driving service was fine. We got to all of our stops in a safe and timely manner. Several weeks after the wedding I received an email with an unreadable attachment that I still have yet to hear back from them about. Their communication is terrible. The deal was not worth the disappointment and headaches.

of it wasn't even Gary that picked my wife up. He double booked that day so instead of the Escalade we were promised we were picked up in hummer and to top it off it was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT company. We never got a phone call or anything to let us know. The 2 hours the limo sat was counted in the four hours as well. Would not recommend! When we tried to book are free four hours. We were kinda jerked around a bit. Yes they can take ud no they can't. Back and forth. So for my wife's "30th" we finally got a date set and they agreed this would the night thru email. 1 week before her birthday night they called us and said they could NO LONGER take us out for her birthday because someone else had booked that signed a contract! Why was a contract never brought up to us?? We would have gladly signed it to ensure my wife's birthday was a great time!! When asked if we could reschedule they have yet to reply to us. DO NOT EVER book this company! There adolescent salesmen NOT a respectable business.

we made a good choice. We were wrong. Firstly, they do not respond to emails for about a week or so if they even respond at all. Secondly, they gave us a good deal(because we booked at the wedding show) on driving us around for my bachlorette party, which was nice, but they double booked the bus we were supposed to have and the week before my party told me I would just have to settle for the hummer limo. Gary was our driver that night and for the most part it went okay. The main problem we had was with our wedding and Gary's attitude. Our wedding party was celebrating and partying on the "party bus" as most people do, and every time someone would stand up he would slam on the brakes and they would fall down etc. Now yes, we understand you're not supposed to be standing, but that is how people get hurt and it was so unprofessional!We were parked at one point because the bridge was up, so my friends were dancing around and he jerked the brakes really hard and a red drink went all over MY WEDDING DRESS!!!!!!!!!!!! When Gary was confronted about this he had no sympathy and said we should have been sitting. A friend (who had booked them for their wedding because I recommended them after the wedding show) approached him and told him basically he didn't want Prestige to do their wedding anymore, Gary replied "good, I could use a day off". How disgustingly unprofessional. I do NOT recommend these people for your wedding transportation. They are very highly priced for the unprofessional service they provide. The saddest part is the limo bus was very nice, it was his attitude that ruined our experience. I emailed them to let them know I was unhappy and still have not heard back from them.
