Prestige Limo was recommended by our wedding venue and I worked with Lidia to book the vehicles for our wedding day. It was difficult to get ahold of them and we resorted to communication only through text and email. We had booked the stretch Escalade, stretch Porsche, and Rolls Royce Princess. We were told the times, amounts due, and drivers contact information would be finalized a couple weeks before the wedding. When I didn’t hear from anyone, I sent an email requesting a meeting to finalize the information and I received a response asking what I still needed to finalize. When I sent a detailed email with what I was looking to finalize, I never heard back. I finally found Lidia’s number and began texting her asking to review everything. She was helpful and able to confirm the details a week before the wedding, but was told they didn’t know who the drivers would be yet, so she would send the information to me a couple days before the wedding. When I realized I didn’t hear back, I texted her the night before my wedding requesting the drivers’ contact information which I finally received mid-morning of the wedding. I received a voicemail about a half hour before pickup stating that the Escalade had been sideswiped the night before and there was minor body damage, but because they didn’t have another vehicle available, they were still sending it and it would be on time. While all the vehicles were on time, the Escalade had significantly more things wrong than "minor body damage" from a sideswipe. Its transmission was having issues and the vehicle stalled several times. In addition, the air conditioning wasn’t working on a fairly hot day and they couldn’t open the windows. When speaking with all three drivers about the condition of the Escalade, they all confirmed that this had been an ongoing issue with the vehicle and not due to an "accident" the night before. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be lied to about and put our passengers at risk. If we had the opportunity to arrange alternative transportation, we would have. Lastly, some of our personal items were left behind in a couple of the vehicles. When our family reached out seeing if they could come pick up the stuff, they were told the cars weren’t even in NJ that day and hung up. Our family had to jump through several hoops to finally get the items back a couple weeks later from Lidia. Nonetheless, the vehicles made it to where they needed to be on time and the driver of the Rolls Royce was extremely kind and professional, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible, I’d give them zero stars if I could. The day of my wedding hours before my wedding I got a call stating the limo broke down and there was no back up limo for me. Felt it was irresponsible to put me and my now wife in that situation. I give them credit for sending my deposit back but felt it was unprofessional to not have a back up limo.
