Preston and Heather were incredible! Our wedding photos are absolutely beautiful! We have a nice variety of staged and candid! They know how to work with light, nature, and your poses to create very artistic shots :-) Additionally, Preston and Heather were very professional but also personable, which was very important to us since you will be working closely alongside the photographers for the entire day! Would definitely recommend!

Preston + Heather were all of the obvious things such as punctual, professional and polite, but they were also so much more. They are amazing at their craft and have given us the gift of amazing photos that we will cherish forever. They also are just nice, awesome people who make you feel comfortable and calm on a chaotic day.

We had a blast with Preston and Heather! They do a great job of making people like my husband feel more comfortable in front of the camera. On top of that, every emotion and moment was perfectly captured. I was brought to tears all over again just looking at them! Having incredible pictures is super important, but having photographers that you enjoy being with is a game changer. Highly recommend these two!

Preston and Heather have set the standard so high when it comes to photography, that I am intimidated to write this review. They absotley look and present themselves very professional. Heather’s Sweet sincere soul just comfortered me in more ways than she may know or intended. Preston created moments that gave me the honor of being a part of at my own wedding! He was never pushy or aggressive. They work with the lighting, timing and captured the moments that I can have in a photo forever. I dont have a single thing to say that I would have changed. Preston & Heather are the best, hands down. We went through the entire wedding process with them and the outcome was amazing. Our engagement photos were beyond fun - jumping into Grapevine Lake to top off the evening. If you want something unique, these two will bring it to life. I didn't expect an email saying "bring your bathing suit to your engagement photos", but I'm so happy with the results and with how fun it was! My bridal photos were fun at the Dallas Arboretum on a chilly day. Then our wedding day... I can't even tell you how spectacular it was and the preview photos they sent me the next day - I can't wait to see the rest because I cried happy tears looking at the ones they sent me. Both Preston and Heather have such a wonderful eye when it comes to capturing the perfect moment. They are willing to do whatever it takes to get the best shot. Photos last a lifetime and I couldn't have asked for a better duo to capture all the wonderful moments of our wedding. I first met them at my friend's wedding and when I got engaged they were one of the first people I called because I knew I wanted them for my wedding! Preston Smith and his lovely wife Heather are absolutely amazing! They are a great couple to hang out with all day on your wedding day and to catch all the best moments that happen. Preston’s work is incredible and he sent us 20 pictures the next day before our honeymoon to see a seek a peek of what we have to look forward too when we get home.

The product of Preston Smith Photography was absolutely fantastic but what lent itself to that end result, was how fabulous Preston and Heather are as a team and as people. Our wedding was in New York so we didn't originally meet with Preston in person, which, at first, felt nerve-wracking, but the second they walked through my door on our wedding day, I knew this was going to be a great experience. They were both so easy to talk to & connect with and they worked with my 6 crazy bridesmaids & big Italian family so well that everyone is still talking about how comfortable they were with my photographers. They were never bossy or pushy in any way and even the posed photographs felt so natural & uninhibited. We even had a rough experience with my bridal attendant at the venue and Preston & Heather still had smiles on their faces, ignored the nonsense, and did a wonderful job. After such an amazing experience with them, I had a feeling our photos would be nothing short of incredible and boy was I right!! When we received the photos, I couldn't believe how many "small" moments they were able to capture! Jokes & dancing with my bridesmaids while getting ready, my 3-yo flower girl getting her "make up" done, my mom laughing in a crowd of family; All these little moments that seemed to just fly by for us that day were all captured and displayed so beautifully. I am so incredibly thankful to Preston and Heather for not only capturing our reveal, ceremony, first dance, & all the other things that go with typical wedding photography, but for capturing our event as a whole. When a 16hr day flies by in, what feels like, just 10 minutes, you want photographers that can hold onto all those moments and make them shine because I know that these photos captured that very long day and I'll be able to relive all that magic that felt like it passed far too quickly. Do not hesitate to hire this team. You will not regret you decision.

The photographs turned out STUNNING!!! Anyone can take pictures these days, but the team of Preston and Heather brought their professional game to our event and blew us away with the quality of the photos. They went above and beyond to capture real moments and feelings on film. Timing, communication, professionalism, and fielding all our questions were just some of the reasons we choose them to capture of special day. They went above and beyond and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Where do I start....Hiring Preston Smith Photography we the best choice I made. He was top notch from the start. He was very easy to communicate with. Every single email, text and call was answered within hours. He arrived to my wedding a few days early to scope out my venue and found the most beautiful locations to shoot. Preston and Heather were a blast to hang out with for the day. They were the perfect mix of relaxed and professional. My entire wedding party commented on how great it was to work with them. Most importantly my photos were jaw dropping beautiful. We got our photos back quickly and he really captured everything. I feel so lucky that we found him!

A Must! One of the keys to great pictures, aside from skill and creativity, is comfortability. Preston is SO fun, and so relaxed, sometimes you don't even realize there's a camera there. Our wedding was outdoors and it was below freezing most of the day, but Preston used that to our advantage and toughed it out in the cold to get stellar shots. He went above and beyond in coming early to a shoot our "pre-wedding workout", and stayed all the way until our final exit. It was a legitimately long and cold day, he and his team took it like a champ! He texted us shots and highlights the day of and next morning- and the shots seriously were stunning, better than we expected. He caught the right moments and expressions, and we had guests commenting on how much fun they had with him and his team. I decided to hire a videographer the week of the wedding and he helped me with a recommendation, confirmed their availability and got me in touch with an equally as exceptional vendor. They worked great as a team, and again, we've had guests and family members call and tell how spectacular the shots were. With 20/20 hindsight, I can ASSURE you, the most important thing on your wedding day besides marrying the love of your life will be the memories that are captured, and I wouldn't trust anyone besides Preston if I had to do it all over again. I was quoted much higher packages that what he offered, and the quality of work just doesn't compare. Can't say enough- you won't go wrong with Preston and his team!

Preston and Heather were a great addition to our wedding! Considering your photographers are the one vendor who will be with you essentially the WHOLE day it's important to find someone you feel comfortable enough with and that feel like friends vs vendors. They did just that. They fit in seamlessly at the wedding and managed to capture everything without making any of the photos seem forced. It was all very natural. Not only that, but we got "teaser photos" THAT NIGHT! Their turnaround time is the most incredible turnaround time that I have ever seen from ANY photographer. The photos we have seen are INCREDIBLE, everyone was blown away. Seriously, if you're looking for a photographer that not only is easy to get along with, professional but also produces the BEST WEDDING PHOTOS YOU CAN IMAGINE, hire them!!!! I couldn't have imagined having any other photographer capture our wedding as perfectly as they did! Highly highly highly recommend them!!!!

holy Cow! I lucked out on this vendor! We just shot our engagement photos last night. Preston was AWESOME! Although my finance was NOT looking forward to taking photos, he ended up having a blast! The weather was questionable and instead of adding to the worry like many other vendors would they rolled with the punches and made it seem like nothing could stand in the way of them getting the perfect shots of our day. Everything went so smoothly before, day-of, and after my wedding. They captured every moment I could have wanted a photo of and every picture is amazing! He did a great job of creatively posing my husband and me for some unique shots, but what I was most impressed with was his ability to capture those split-second moments...me taking a deep breath as I prepared to walk down the aisle with my dad...my husband's face when he saw me for the first time...my young daughter breaking it down on the dance floor. Always an AMAZING experience! Preston captured our engagement photos and my bridal portrait photos. I was amazed at his unique vision and creative shots that always put Jeff and I in the most flattering light and showed who we were as a couple. I felt like he took the time to get to know us so that our personalities would show through in the images and it would not simply be a set of posed shots without any character. I will be the first to admit that I do not like to have my picture taken, but Preston and Heather made the experience fun and helped us relax and enjoy the process. Preston Photography was the most professional vendor we could have asked for on our most important day. Preston was near invisible as an attendant himself at our wedding, but also did an excellent job at fading into the background for some pictures and at other times immediately stepping forward with his professional direction to get the best pictures. My wife and I didn't realize how hard he was working until we later watched cell phone videos of him pleasantly moving his way through and directing our guests to always be where we needed him. Top-notch service. Perfect eye for the shots. Phenomenal value in pricing. All with the highest level of etiquette. 5 stars.
