She promised the world. That we would have everything taken care of. That she would go above and beyond. She started with a shady budget. That didn’t make sense. We had our Photographer, Venue, alcohol and cake on our dime and gave her 9,000 to work with. She never gave me an itemized sheet or any proof of anything. She just would say “trust me I’m a professional” From the start we were put on the back end. We started off with our hotel block that she confirmed was set. After our family tried to book there they said that it was booked. Now Monique responded quickly and got it at the rate set. Minor hiccup and we were understanding. Monique assured us that “this was just a hiccup and it happens.” Boy was that the wording she loved. Here is where it gets bad. I do graphic work and I made a invitation for her to use. She literally only had to print them off and send to the addresses. Next thing we know our friends and family get the worst invite you could think of with ribbon and the worst thing about it SHE SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. Didn’t proof. Didn’t care. When I confronted her about it she said it was her peoples fault. Again blamed everyone except for her. She again said these were hiccups. Like are you serious? My invites a hiccup? I had to ask about my wedding license. Her response “ I just assumed you knew” After this Monique tried to compensate but sending us our wedding flutes that she said “Delivered” but forgot to take the clearance sticker off from whatever dollar store she picked them up from. Now we aren’t hard people to please. We are very understanding but Monique made us feel like it was our fault and again blamed every body and everything but herself. We fired Monique 30 days before our wedding because we literally couldn’t take another day checking up and giving our wedding planner money to ruin our day and buy things from TJ max for us. Do not use this company. Whatever you do. RUN.

eeded. Monique saved my bridal shower. My bridal shower was on the day of the snow storm. I was unable to reschedule my shower at Swan Coach House they did not make an effort to accommodate me due to inclement weather. Monique delivered a beautiful tea party themed bridal shower for me. She found a venue, catering, and decorated the venue in four days time. I give Monique and prettie productions top ratings because of the impeccable service we received. Monique thank you for making our special day amazing and worry free.

d getting the reception set up the night before! The decor was amazing, definitely looking forward to seeing our wedding photos with the paper flower wall backdrop they custom made for the ceremony. The wedding was rehearsal was only about 30 minutes long. Monique had already timed the songs and knew exactly how many steps to the wedding arch before we got there. Her and her team were so wonderful. I was impressed, they didn’t miss a beat. Everything I wanted from start to finish. Fantastic professional service, yet she makes it feel like friendship.
