Alena is unrivaled in her field. I felt so much more at ease on my wedding day knowing she was in charge. She effortlessly wrangled all of my rambunctious family members to ensure we got all of the photos we wanted without being pushy or stressful. I had a fantastic time, and the photos turned out even better than I had hoped!

Working with Alena and Pretty Films for our wedding video was a highlight of our wedding planning process. From the initial contact to our wedding day, Alena was super informative and helpful in making sure she was there for the important moments and got all of the right shots. Initially, we debated whether we actually needed a videographer, but we were so happy we decided to go for it—and even happier we chose Alena and Pretty Films.

The day of - Alena and the other videographer were very punctual and did an amazing job! The voice dub overs of the personal vows was so sweet and had many of my guests commenting on that. Everyone was taking about “wow ! The best wedding video I’ve ever seen!” And “I’ve never seen a wedding video that good!” I was so excited to get all the videos and couldn’t have asked for better ! We got a highlights video , a ceremony video , a guest interviews and a reception highlight video ! We have watched them so many times !

Alena is truly so talented. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is an amazing person and so kind. She communicates with you efficiently and does not make you feel like you are just another customer. She made us feel so special on our wedding day. We only got the teaser back from her and we are already BLOWN AWAY. She brought my wedding video vision to life. My husband rejected every videographer I showed him until I showed him Alena from Pretty Films. If you are thinking about hiring her DO IT!! You won't regret it.

What an awesome experience. Alena was a pleasure to work with, and brought great energy to all of our interactions and was very attentive to our specific asks. From our first phone call, to the final delivery of the video, Alena's communication was prompt and clear. After searching long and hard for a wedding videographer, I found Pretty Films. The main reason I wanted to work with them was the option to have a long, full length video that showed all the special details and magical moments, like the vows and toasts, in addition to a unique perspective in each film that truly showcased the personality of the couple. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, flexible, and professional. They allowed me to add an additional hour to my total and change my start time about a month out from the wedding, so that I could have our first look on video. The finished products were so beautiful I was speecless.

Words can't describe how wonderful and beautiful and beyond-my-wildest-imagination the wedding preview video and full film were. was. I am so looking forward to sitting down with my husband and watching them over and over. But, I expected that kind of quality from Pretty Films. I am one to do my research and knew without a shadow of a doubt that, after watching some of their videos, I wouldn't go with anyone else for our wedding.

We love our video produced by Pretty Films. They have been so accommodating, personable and easy to work with. The best part of our video is that they were able to record music provided at the wedding as the background music for our video.

Selecting Pretty Films was truly one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. Maribel and her team so perfectly captured the fun, joy, and love from our wedding day! When originally researching possible videographers, I was terrified of having our video feel forced or inauthentic in any way. Maribel put those fears to rest as soon as she arrived to film, making everyone in the bridal party feel completely at ease and relaxed. The entire Pretty Film team was so enjoyable to work with - from the initial emails and phone conversations, to the day of our wedding, to the final footage and package (with an adorable surprise gift), everything was so organized and professional. After receiving our highlight film, I shared the link on my Facebook so all of our guests would be able to see the video as well. Having a videographer was not part of our original plans. But, covid turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us because it led us to Maribel and her team to capture our wedding day for those who couldn’t be there. As we downsized the guest list and continuously changed plans, Maribel and her team remained flexible with open communication. The team worked beautifully with our planner and photographer and Maribel was an absolute blast on our wedding day – we and our families felt instantly comfortable with them, and they seamlessly captured every element of our day (and, given that we got married during a pandemic, it’s worth adding that we felt absolutely safe with Maribel!). Maribel continued to be extremely helpful and kind after our wedding day. Once we saw the finished product, we quickly realized we wanted more add-ons so we could easily share the day with friends and family who could not attend the wedding. Maribel worked with us to fully capture what we were looking for and did so in a prompt and professional manner. Our wedding video is a piece of art – it’s made countless people cry and it’s such a wonderful gift to be able to share with those who couldn’t be at our wedding (and with those who were!!). Covid aside, any couple would be lucky to have Pretty Films at their wedding, and for any couple on the fence about having a videographer, from one original skeptic to another, you NEED Pretty Films.
