The day of - Alena and the other videographer were very punctual and did an amazing job! The voice dub overs of the personal vows was so sweet and had many of my guests commenting on that. Everyone was taking about “wow ! The best wedding video I’ve ever seen!” And “I’ve never seen a wedding video that good!” I was so excited to get all the videos and couldn’t have asked for better ! We got a highlights video , a ceremony video , a guest interviews and a reception highlight video ! We have watched them so many times !

Alena is truly so talented. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she is an amazing person and so kind. She communicates with you efficiently and does not make you feel like you are just another customer. She made us feel so special on our wedding day. We only got the teaser back from her and we are already BLOWN AWAY. She brought my wedding video vision to life. From our first phone call, to the final delivery of the video, Alena's communication was prompt and clear. After searching long and hard for a wedding videographer, I found Pretty Films. The main reason I wanted to work with them was the option to have a long, full length video that showed all the special details and magical moments, like the vows and toasts, in addition to a unique perspective in each film that truly showcased the personality of the couple. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, flexible, and professional. They allowed me to add an additional hour to my total and change my start time about a month out from the wedding, so that I could have our first look on video. The finished products were so beautiful I was speecless.

Words can't describe how wonderful and beautiful and beyond-my-wildest-imagination the wedding preview video and full film were. was. Selecting Pretty Films was truly one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding. Maribel and her team so perfectly captured the fun, joy, and love from our wedding day! When originally researching possible videographers, I was terrified of having our video feel forced or inauthentic in any way. Maribel put those fears to rest as soon as she arrived to film, making everyone in the bridal party feel completely at ease and relaxed. The entire Pretty Film team was so enjoyable to work with - from the initial emails and phone conversations, to the day of our wedding, to the final footage and package (with an adorable surprise gift), everything was so organized and professional. After receiving our highlight film, I shared the link on my Facebook so all of our guests would be able to see the video as well. I received comments, texts, and calls from not only our wedding guests, but a number of other individuals remarking on how beautiful the film turned out and how unexpectedly emotional they became while watching it (all of the feels is a real thing with Pretty Films). One of the things I cherish most about the video is being able to see so many of the amazing reactions and interactions of our guests that I would never have seen without the footage. Having a videographer was not part of our original plans. But, covid turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us because it led us to Maribel and her team to capture our wedding day for those who couldn’t be there. As we downsized the guest list and continuously changed plans, Maribel and her team remained flexible with open communication. The team worked beautifully with our planner and photographer and Maribel was an absolute blast on our wedding day – we and our families felt instantly comfortable with them, and they seamlessly captured every element of our day (and, given that we got married during a pandemic, it’s worth adding that we felt absolutely safe with Maribel!). Maribel continued to be extremely helpful and kind after our wedding day. Once we saw the finished product, we quickly realized we wanted more add-ons so we could easily share the day with friends and family who could not attend the wedding. Maribel worked with us to fully capture what we were looking for and did so in a prompt and professional manner. Our wedding video is a piece of art – it’s made countless people cry and it’s such a wonderful gift to be able to share with those who couldn’t be at our wedding (and with those who were!!). Covid aside, any couple would be lucky to have Pretty Films at their wedding, and for any couple on the fence about having a videographer, from one original skeptic to another, you NEED Pretty Films. We truly could not be happier with Pretty Films and are forever grateful for Maribel.

Pretty Films was and incredibly good value for the price, and our wedding video turned out amazing. I was so pleased with it, and they really captured our day, even making some edits when I requested them. However, the process was a little frustrating -after speaking to several different contacts before the wedding (being promised a detailed survey we should fill out, which never came, even after many follow ups), when the videographer showed up he was someone I had never heard of or spoken to before, and I was not told about this. Then, the film took months to receive (way past our contract deadline), and I had to follow up multiple times before I got a response. Bottom line, the final videos were incredible and the videographer we got on the day was really great and easy to work with. However, the client support I got both before and after my wedding date wasn't ideal. I would recommend (at any budget level) them as long as you're comfortable with very light contact with your vendor and a long editing timeline.

Everyone from Pretty Films was incredible, they're professional, talented and so easy to work with, we felt comfortable and at ease around them. Our video is just breathtaking!! And to be able to relive our wedding through a beautiful film is PRICELESS I'm so glad we found Pretty Films they're worth every penny!!!
