Omg where do I begin?! We went with Pretty Films after seeing our friends' video and absolutely fell in love with it. We didn't want the typical sappy wedding video that just has background music and details of the day. We wanted our video to capture all of the laughs, little moments, and for it tell the story of our day. We wanted a video that would be more fun and upbeat and that is exactly what we got.

From the beginning Pretty Films was great to work with! Always quick to respond to emails with questions. Most of all provided great directorial guidance day of the wedding.

Wedding videography was literally the last thing we accounted for....2 weeks before our big day! Given some unfortunate happenings that kept close family from joining, we opted to add on a video package last minute. Luckily, Pretty FIlms had an opening and was able to cover.

My husband and I are so lucky they were able to fit us in their schedule. They also worked really well with our photographers. Their working together amiably was really important to us. I would recommend Pretty Films over and over again. If you're debating whether to have a video of your special day, whatever it may be, debate no more!

not your average, run of the mill, (boring) wedding video. You captured their essence as individuals, as a couple, with friends and family, and documented it in the video without making it just a 'this happened, that happened' edit.

We had a fantastic experience using Maribel and her team. I really wanted a video of our wedding but was concerned it would feel and be intrusive. However, this wasn't a problem in the slightest. I was really surprised by how it felt that the filming was in the background, yet the crucial and subtle moments were still all captured. Our video is absolutely wonderful and it is clear Maribel had really listened to our request for it to be as natural as possible. The outside shots of the venue and grounds are beautiful. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Choosing Pretty Films as our wedding videographer is one of our best decisions. Lei and I were fascinated by many wedding videos they posted on the website, and we were so excited that we wanted to choose them as our videographer. As the mother of the groom, I was truly amazed to see the wedding video that so accurately captured the events of this wonderful event. All aspects were captured, including the joy, love, excitement, nervousness and support of all those involved. Extremely professional and succinctly portrayed the preparation, service and ceremony. It will be a lifetime reminder of how this special event launched a new life for our son and new daughter!

Should you get a videographer? YES! And we highly recommend Maribel and her team at Pretty Films. Several of our newlywed friends prior to and after regretted not hiring a professional videographer. Uncle Al and his Hi-8 hand-held camera from 1993 panning all over the place with personal commentary? NO! Seriously, go with the professionals. Several in-person consultations on our schedule, Maribel and her team really made us comfortable in the videographer planning process and took the time to get to know us. They really took the time and energy in getting to know what we we’re looking for, what we liked, what we didn’t like captured throughout our wedding, what type of shots, scenes, moments, etc. They listened attentively, and understanding and knowing our venue in advance, planned everything out accordingly with equipment, lighting, sound … even a drone! On our wedding day, both patient and professional, as well as extremely awesome around our little niece / flower girl who was a bit fussy with all the videography (terrible-twos), Maribel and her team did a fantastic job in capturing our wedding. They worked extremely well with both sides of the family making everyone comfortable and definitely had no problem working with our other vendors, especially when it came to communication and time commitments. Incredibly smooth process. No shaky footage, awkward pans, or even wind drowning out the microphones, Maribel and her team beautifully captured our wedding in a short, 7-minute, highlight film … to which, to put it simply since we are at a loss for words, we had a friend who didn’t even attend the wedding tear up while watching the film. Maribel even put together an evening of his own time to premiere the video to us and also give us over all the raw footage that was shot during the day. As perfectionist as we can be, we really appreciated the services of Pretty Films and the awesome job they did. The end product exceeded our expectations and now we have something to cherish for the many years ahead. If you’re on the fence about a videographer, adjust your budget and do it.
