I cannot state how AMAZING Nicci and her team are! I had the pleasure of meeting Nicci and team in March 2024 for my best friend's wedding. That day, we had some rain during the ceremony, and our beautiful make up and hair held ALL DAY. I knew that when I started planning my wedding (Jan 2025), this was the vendor team for me. Nicci is a sweet woman who is a joy to be around. I found her to be very responsive, and setting up my preview appointment was a breeze! She also was very flexible with me as I had some changes in the number of services I would be having. Overall, a great team to work with. Also, I felt that for the quality of services she provides and professionalism she brings, her pricing is affordable and reasonable. My wedding make up and hair stayed put all day and all night (I got ready around 11 AM the day of, and went out until approx 2 AM that night). I got several compliments on how beautiful my make up and hair looked. My bridesmaids also were very happy with their services. Nicci and team are able to exactly replicate almost any inspiration picture that they are shown, and truly value real-time feedback to ensure satisfaction with the final look. They were more than happy to touch up my girls if they had any last minute wants/desires. Several times during my 'getting ready time' on the day of my wedding, Nicci had me check my look to confirm there was nothing to change - she is SO open to feedback and clearly eager to please her clients. All in all, she is amazing. I would book her over and over again!!!!!

Nicci and her team were absolutely amazing for my big day. Nicci was so attentive to both my hair and makeup. I couldn’t have asked for either of the services to come out better. She was extremely accommodating with my last minute changes to how many services we would need for the bridal party and listened to any feedback I had during my trial run for the wedding hair and makeup. Nicci and her team are true professionals and simply the best out there. I would definitely recommend them to any bride!

I was at a loss for hairdressers and make up artists until I was referred to Pretty n Pinned! My bridesmaids decided they wanted hair and makeup done and I didn’t know where to turn. When I reached out to Nicci, all my anxieties were settled with that phone call. The professionalism and talent were unmatched! We all felt their expertise and comfortability were superb. I had a range in ages from 15 years of age to 73 years and these artists made us all feel and look like Princesses. Nothing was overdone or outlandish. They listened each to our concerns and desires, and made us beautiful! I’d highly recommend Pretty n Pinned and Nicci was such a blessing! Was truly blessed with a stress free wedding day and looking back it was an absolute dream! The whole day was a fairytale and I truly felt like a princess! Nicci and Falon were fantastic and very professional. We were getting married at Silver Springs State Park and opted to have our hair and makeup completed at their studio. I didn't get what I wanted for makeup even though I provided reference photos and everyone was overly bronzed to hell. As the bride, they told me to go last and then ended up rushing through my hair and makeup so it didn't look at all like the photos. I also had the worst smearing makeup I've ever had put on me. I had to take it off before the ceremony even started and replace it with my own liquid lipstick. Everyone's hair was a whole mess with pins falling out and my hair was messy before the ceremony because we had to remind it so many times by ourselves. Overall, I was devastated with the way I ended up looking to the point that I don't even like my photos because I don't look like myself or even how I wanted.

Nicci was absolutely wonderful in scheduling both my bridal trial and day of! Both Nicci and Fallon were fantastic the day of! I booked Pretty N Pinned for my bridal trial and my wedding day. I knew from looking over their Instagram pictures that this was a vendor I wanted to use but getting in contact with Nicci for the first time really sealed the deal for me. From the the beginning, Nicci was nothing but kind, responsive, patient, and so helpful. Once I met her she was so receptive to everything I wanted and not to mention such a wonderful and friendly person to be around. The cherry on top is that she is absolutely INCREDIBLE at what she does. I had her do my bridal hair and makeup and it was everything I wanted and more. She perfectly captured my inspiration pictures and if anything delivered it even better taking into account my individual features. Her and Laine also did my bridesmaids hair and everyone looked incredible. Booking Pretty N Pinned truly contributed to why my wedding day was so amazing. They were punctual, professional, amazing at what they do, and just wonderful people to have around. If you are debating booking them just do it! You won't regret it.

Oh gosh, I don't have enough words to describe how amazing and pleased I was with Pretty N Pinned and the amazing Nicci!!! I was organising my wedding from the UK to be in Port Orange, Florida and the hair and make up was a dream through the whole process! I flew out to have a make up trail which was fab and super easy! Nicci kept in touch the whole way through! It was a long wait as well due to our wedding being postponed so many times! Then on the day.. well I couldn't of wished for anything or anyone better! Special shout out to Falon aswell who was perfect, especially with my little girl and my mum and mother in law who are super hard to please and were over the moon with their looks! My make up was completely on point and was all day and night! No touch up needed! But my hair!! I was in LOVE!!! I was just stunned with how amazing it was!! But yes highly recommend Pretty N Pinned a million times over!!

Nicci did makeup for my entire wedding party. She was so easy to work with and is truly an artist when it comes to your glam! I loved her so much, I booked her for hair and makeup for my maternity shoot as well! Unfortunately, our shoot was rescheduled and I had to rebook with her lead artist Fallon, but she was just as good and did not disappoint!! I wish I had a reason to get glammed up more often so I could work with them more. I HIGHLY recommend this team!

I had the pleasure of getting my makeup done by Nicole for my brother’s wedding. I’m usually extremely picky when others do my makeup, and I typically never like the end result. However, after Nicole made me up I was beyond pleased and for once I didn’t have to make any of my own touch ups or edits like I normally would. My makeup held up perfectly the whole event. Not only is a great artist but she’s also very professional, punctual, organized, and very sweet. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are comfortable and happy.
