I was a bride that did not wear make-up except for special occasions. I knew the basics, but had no idea about the kind of look I wanted. I reached out to Pretty Parlor and got con...
nected to Chimere. During our initial trial, she listened to my ideas and considered my wedding colors. We tried on a few color combinations with pink’s and golds. When I looked in the mirror, I felt so classy and demure. She nailed a look that suited my personality and interests. I knew from our initial consultation that I needed to hire her as my make-up artist. In the following months, I remembered that Chimere said she had professional experience as a hair stylist, so I also hired her as my bridal hair stylist. On the day of the wedding, I wore box braids which she fashioned into a stylish pinned bun. She sewed in all hair accessories and slicked back my baby hairs. She made sure that my hair and the make up was flawless. And when I put on the veil, I looked and felt like a queen for my wedding day.
Throughout the whole planning process I asked Chimere if she could do this or that and she always responded positively with the best service. I alway appreciated her calm and personable demeanor. As a bride, wedding planning can be extremely stressful, but with Chimere I felt pampered. Even on the day of the wedding, she gave me a bridal pouch so I freshen up my face.Whether if you are a bride who is inexperienced with make-up for like full glam looks, I’m confident in Chimere’s artistic ability to enhance your beauty.
Chimere is a master stylist and makeup artist. Not only is the quality of her work 5-stars but her customer service is equally matched. I hired Chimere for my client's prom and mak...
eup up and hair services. This was a client that had zero room for mistakes- and that's exactly what Chimere delivered. She made my client look like a professional social media influencer, absolutely incredible transformation! My client reported that she felt like a movie star. Chimere also has a very calming and professional way about her that works very well for someone who may have big day jitters and just needs things to go smoothly and as expected. Additionally, her correspondence with me was always on point, reliable and professional. I used to own my own up-scale salon in Boston before I had a family and have know only a handful of stylists with this level of talent. I can not say enough about her hair and makeup services. You will be thankful to have found Chimere for your wedding day or other big event.
