Loved my microblading from janny ! She was very nice and patient with me , I was so nervous but the overall experience was wonderful! If your looking to get microblading check her out!

Let me just say that her brow shaping technique is very good but her professionalism is beyond horrible! I drove 7 hours to and from GA and paid over $500.00 for a brow training class and now I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. She was 45 minutes late. She didn't have my manual, certificate, supplies and she texted on her phone the entire time. Overtime I contacted her about my supplies it was a different excuse. My daughter was sick, i went the post office and forgot the address, I'm headed there right now. Nothing! Do youself a favor and stay away from her. You will have enough stress on your big day. No need to add to the drama.

I booked Janny of Pride Beauty Studio for on-location bridal makeup for my 9/30 wedding. For the bridal trial, I met with her in-studio, paid for the trial, and also paid a deposit for my wedding day. In preparation for my wedding, I made an additional appointment for 9/24 to visit her in-studio for lash extensions. On 9/22, Janny contacted me to reschedule my lash appointment due to a family emergency. Luckily, I was able to reschedule for 9/27 and had the lash extensions applied in her studio. While I was there, I confirmed with her all the details for my wedding on 9/30. She was scheduled to arrive on-location at 2 PM. When I hadn't heard from her by 2:30 PM on 9/30, I sent her a text message to check in and see if perhaps she ran into some traffic. She responded ten minutes later that she was in "the worst traffic" and would be there "as soon as she could." No apology, no estimated time of arrival. At 3 PM, she had still not arrived and I began to worry. I sent her a follow-up text message at 3:20 PM, asking when she thought she might arrive but received no response. At 3:45 PM, my sister called her from my phone (I was incredibly stressed at this point). Janny didn't answer, so my sister left her a voicemail letting her know we were concerned. For all we knew, she could have run into some car trouble or been in an accident or something. She still didn't respond. At 4 PM, we tried to call Janny from my phone again but the call was rejected after a few seconds and sent to voicemail. At that point, I was absolutely distraught and left to scramble for a backup makeup artist ON MY WEDDING DAY. It was truly awful; I would never wish that experience on any bride or even bridezilla. A day later, and I still haven't received a response from Janny. By the way, I know she didn't die in some horrific accident because she has since posted on her social media pages. So, please, ladies, do yourself a favor by NOT booking with Pride Beauty Studio. Janny is extremely unprofessional, unapologetic, and will unabashedly RUIN your big day. At least the groom didn't stand me up.
