e consultation I tried to call them, left a message and no one returned my call. The day of the consultation they said they tried to call me to re-schedule but mysteriously were unable to reach me. I tried to call them the same day and mysteriously no one answered. They finally sent me a text informing me that they had to re-schedule the appointment. They promised me a credit for the $150 charge (for services that were never rendered) but still have not received it. I would not use anyone for a wedding who does not return calls and is unreliable!

professionalism, I knew I had to fly her to Missouri to be a part of my day. Despite the mishaps from other vendors on my day, Jhenelle and Kristen made me feel really special and got me through my meltdowns! I highly recommend her for your special day!!

i would never recommend her, as it is a scam. I did a trial with her and put a deposit down and i have not heard from her since. no refund no explanation just a million unanswered phone calls and emails.
Really sad someone does this to a someone on their wedding day. It really ruined the whole day for myself and all of my bridesmaids.
Awful experience. She took my money after I contracted her 1 year in advance then disappeared one hour before my event and has been unresponsive every since. STAY AWAY.

I figured she would be booked for my wedding date but I contacted her anyways and was amazed to find out that she had availability! From the moment I met her for my hair and makeup trial I had total confidence that she would make me look phenomenal. Jhenelle and her hairstylist Marcie created incredible, glamourous looks for both me and my mother. On the day of the wedding Jhenelle and Marcie met us at our hotel room and I swear it felt like a slumber party. We played music and joked and laughed. Jhenelle totally helped calm my pre-wedding jitters. When I saw the final result I hardly recognized myself. I felt so incredibly beautiful and confident. I only wish that I could have her do my makeup everyday!
