My event was absolutely beautiful, everyone in attendance were blown away! My Springtime vision came to life and I’m so grateful for the memories. I can’t wait to use them again!

Lia jumped in and saved my wedding after I was taken advantage of and scammed by a popular event Stylist in Detroit. The most shocking factor in all of this is that Lia was getting married herself throughout this process and she still was able to give my event the attention it deserved. How selfless is that!? She emailed me back to answer important questions even when she was on her honeymoon. She was always available via email, phone or text. Lia was very responsive and as a Bride that meant the world to me and gave me peace of mind. She was hands on, professional, honest, creative, and MOST of all she made time for me , we scheduled all of our meetings in advance. There was never a time my questions went unanswered. She had great communication the entire time. I cannot emphasize this enough: if it wasn’t for Lia and her team, I would have had to cancel my wedding and lose my sentimental date! What I appreciated the most was the layout and organization of all the cost and numbers on Day 1. I always had updated invoices and pricing. She was transparent and honest throughout the entire process. Prim Heiress truly went OVER and BEYOND and exceeded my expectations...They did things for me that that they simply did not have to do. For example, when my small family got overwhelmed planning my bridal shower - last minute — Lia offered to help coordinate! Additionally, Lia jumped in as my Day of Coordinator when I realized that I couldn’t do everything on my own. With limited time and working within my budget, Lia not only made my special day beautiful and flow seamlessly but she helped me cut costs during the planning process by being creative and introducing me to her team of vendors. She honestly brought my wedding vision to life and treated me like family. Regardless of her busy schedule and other clients/ events she made my day one of her top priorities .She threw in MANY bonus items, special surprises and gifts. There was never a moment where I felt like I wasn’t the most important Bride in the world. Prim Heiress even surprised me with a complimentary Spa day! Lia was a friend when I needed a friend, she was tough when I needed a push, and she has awesome and consistent with communication. She’s quick on her feet and vibrant - always coming up with innovative ideas and designs. She kept me on track and was always mindful of my budget — because of that my husband liked Lia as well! She negotiated pricing when needed and made sure I was getting the best deal. I thank God I discovered this company; Lia is the Olivia Pope of event planning! I will be using her and her team for many events to come. (BTW — NO one asked me to write this review, I’m writing it for the brides who have a vision but need help executing! Lia will make it happen. If you truly want to enjoy being a bride you need to hire a professional. After one conversation, I knew Lia was My girl. Thank you Prim Heiress!
