y, I decided to search in Jacksonville—where I’m from—and that’s when I found Prim Bridal. THANK GOODNESS I did! My maid of honor and I were the ones getting hair and makeup, and while I couldn’t make a trial work with my schedule, my MOH was able to—and she FaceTimed me right after looking STUNNING. What stuck with me most was the level of care and perfectionism Margarita and Olha brought, even just for the trial. I saw how much they truly cared, and for the first time in this whole process, I felt like I could actually breathe. On the big day, watching them work their magic had me counting down the minutes until it was my turn—and when it was? Holy crap. I could barely hold back tears. I’ve always struggled with feeling beautiful in my own skin, but they made me feel like the absolute best version of myself. They highlighted all my favorite features in the softest, most natural way, and I felt confident, radiant, and so loved on by these two. They even took some before-and-after footage so I could soak in the transformation later on (seriously, angels). I couldn’t have dreamed up a better duo to be by my side that morning. Huge thank you to the Prim Bridal team for connecting me with these amazing artists—and to Margarita and Olha for being the calm, creative, confidence-boosting dream team I didn’t even know I needed. d I loved everything she did! She has such a light and fun energy and made getting all dolled up my bridal shower and bridal luncheon that much more enjoyable! For my wedding, Brittany (salon owner) did mine and my bridesmaids hair while Wynter was there to help get us prepped. I was truly blown away by my hair! Brittany is so talented at what she does - I showed her a few inspo photos of what I wanted and she knocked it out of the park! It was a stress-free day as the team was on time and efficient! They even left time at the end for final touch ups. Christie did my mother-in-law and aunt's hair and make up and they loved how they looked, as well! She also did a full tattoo cover up for one of my bridesmaids (she has a few arm tattoos that she wanted covered) and it turned out great! In my photos, it's the bridesmaid in the blue dress. Kyle was also so lovely to converse with regarding all things scheduling and invoicing. They team was SO accommodating with my schedule, as well. I needed to get to a bridal luncheon across town by 11am, and Wynter and team opened up at 8am so I could come in early. Amazing experience! Highly recommend!

ould be great and they definitely lived up to those expectations! The story starts off when I had my hair and makeup trial there which went very smooth and the ladies were extremely nice! Fast forward and I have a hair appointment with my usual hair dresser at a completely different salon and it went bad, so bad I was bawling for days. My wedding coordinators reached out to Prim salon to just check on all the final details and we received word that the person I did my trial with no longer worked there. The owner, Brittany, told me she would gladly do a free bridal preview just to make sure I would be okay with a different artist. I ended up taking that opportunity to reach out to them about my horrible experience at a different salon and when I tell you they messaged me right away to help fix all of this, it was a miracle! The staff worked around my schedule, and the fact it was less than a week before my wedding, and they made magic happen! Taryn and Brittany fixed my hair completely and it was the best my hair has EVER looked! I can never thank them enough for everything they did so I could feel beautiful on my wedding day. Come wedding day my makeup and hair held all night, my bridesmaids and mothers all looked STUNNING. This place is TOP TIER! Thank you so much for everything! Y’all earned a lifelong client! I will forever drive the 2 hours for my hair appointments to have these ladies work on my hair!

Brittany explained everything and had awesome suggestions. She did my hair and the rest of my party as well. It was my first time with extensions and first time getting Balayage. Omg so glad I listened to her suggestions, my hair has never looked so good. Delaney was our makeup artist, and was amazing. She listened to me, looked through pics of how I wanted to look, and incorporated products I wanted too. My mom whose not a huge makeup can, looked amazing!! These women are amazing artists, kind, professional, fun, and talented. They met every challenge my wedding presented: rained out, washed out road, and a time change!!! They professionally handled each hurdle. I never felt uneasy or scared; they took control of their part and made us look fabulous. I'm now a client for life! My mom is too. into my bridal look. They were sweet about working with what I feel is my complicated skin and hair. My bridesmaids were also super happy with how their looks turned out. They showed up promptly on time and stuck to their timeline for each girl. They had good energy and made each girl feel important. As someone who never wears makeup or styles my hair well, I felt like both stylists made me look natural, classy, and feel flawless for the pictures. I was shook that my makeup and hair lasted from 2pm-11pm throughout all the wedding festivities. Would definitely recommend for your big day for just you or you and your whole party!
