The venue layout was such a dream and made for a seamless ceremony, cocktail hour and reception experience. You can choose between the deck or their covered pavilion for your cocktail hour, and you can choose to have your ceremony indoors or outdoors based on the weather or your preference! It was also so nice having Ellen and David be there on the day of, including a quick rehearsal to make sure we were ready for the big day. s wedding planning. I actually met Ellen via FaceTime as I was in the process of relocating back to TX and booked the venue prior to even seeing it in person. If that does not speak to the level of care, efficiency, and professionalism they exude, well I am not sure what would! Ellen was a great help along the way, checking in with deadlines and ensuring I had everything I needed. She worked with our vendors so well and made everything for Alex and I easy, breezy, and stress free. My family was extremely complimentary of the space due to paved walkways, the indoor/outdoor options, and the beautiful space-- even with minimal decor. It had stormed HARD the night and morning of our wedding, but I literally was not at all worried knowing Prima Vista offers and indoor option-- which quite frankly was a major plus when booking them. ile to make sure everything goes according to plan. For the months leading up to my wedding I was constantly bothering them with questions but they were always quick to respond with plenty of details!
This venue has so much more than other venues I toured!! Prima Vista has packages to set up all tables, linens, and even some decor (which they have a bunch of decor to borrow so you do not have to pack everything) and they were super helpful in finding me all my vendors. This makes such a big difference when you are trying to plan the wedding yourself and is probably the only reason I did not need a wedding planner! But the venue also comes with a day-of coordinator which I have not seen offered by any other venues and was much appreciated!
Additionally, the venue's coordinator Cecily is organized and extremely helpful the day of. She was on top of all the vendors and schedule for the wedding, making sure every guest was aware and ready for each little event during the wedding.
My husband and I got so many compliments for picking this venue because the land is gorgeous and they have a separate ceremony site, cocktail pavillion, reception hall, and deck! This allowed the guests to walk around and explore but everything is side by side so even though its large the whole night felt very intimate. Also the Bridal and Groom suites are the best I have seen! plenty of room to get ready and the grooms even have a place to play pool while they wait - which they loved!

utely beautiful! I told my husband when we first got engaged I did NOT want a traditional wedding venue with 4 walls. With having the patio and floor to ceiling windows it allowed so much natural light and I was completely happy. My guest also was very impressed with the venue and the decor. nd the budget that we were trying to set for the wedding. They were super hospitable and easy to communicate with. The venue itself was so well put-together that we didn't really need to focus on decorations (I am a lower maintenance bride according to my married bridesmaids). The venue also had its own generator in case of emergency. We held the ceremony in the open outdoor area, but there was another area outdoors under an awning we could've used in case of inclement weather. The bride and groom suites were just well decorated and equipped. The groom's suite even had a pool table, which I believe the boy enjoyed. Ellen was extremely helpful for our rehearsal and also our wedding day. She was our go-to person for the day of and as a bride, it was awesome not having to worry about anything.
My one major critique would be that the sound system at the venue was a bit weak. They only had one speaker that was "portable," but it was difficult to hear the songs during the wedding ceremony. Even during our reception, it was not as loud as I had wanted it. In addition, there wasn't someone who really helped us out with the sound, which was a slight bummer.
Overall, my experience with Prima Vista was an amazing one. I would highly recommend this place!

rienced so far, plus the fact that it's in the Hill Country not too far from Austin, it's a fantastic value! They have their own day-of coordinator, so you don't have to stress about finding and paying for your own like you do with most other venues, they include set up and break down of chairs and tables, and they have their own linens. You're also allowed to bring in outside vendors for no extra fee as long as you let them know ahead of time, which I think is great! I've already had so much help from Ellen (our day-of coordinator), and I really appreciate it. If you're looking for a venue that's a great value and more affordable than many other venues in the area, especially for what's included, I'd recommend trying out Prima Vista! :)
