Prime Limo was the best thing we ever did for our wedding. They showed up on time, they were so easy to work with and so fun!!!! They are extremely reliable!! If you are considering transportation, definitely book with them!! They really helped our wedding day run so smoothly and we are so appreciative of them!!!

After our wedding reception we drove off with Prime Limo to our hotel. We are so thankful our driver Jennifer was patient and helpful. The elegance of our limo had our guests in awe!

We used the bus to transport the wedding party and then also bus people from the hotel to our reception. Bus was clean, seats were comfortable, and the driver was professional. There was some confusion about timeline for the driver and some errant billing that they worked with us to resolve and weren't defensive or difficult to deal with. Would definitely recommend them, just be sure timelines are very clearly communicated and agreed-upon.

Prime Limo was absolutely amazing on my wedding day! Our timeline was extremely tight while utilizing only 1 large charter bus. Prime delivered excellent service while providing timely updates throughout the day to ensure we stayed on schedule! They were extremely accommodating while allowing our guests to have so much fun during their trips!

My wedding day literally could not have gone off as smoothly as it did if it weren't for Prime Limo. I hired them for a party bus to transport my bridal party and a separate car for me to get to our first look. They made sure to be exactly on time so that my husband wouldn't see me before the first look and got my entire (massive) bridal party everywhere they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there. They were professional, fun to be around, and had constant communication with me throughout the day so that I knew their location whenever I needed. I highly recommend!

We used Prime Limo & Car to get from our getting ready location, to the ceremony, and then to the reception location as well as for a getaway car at the end of the night. Both times, the drivers were prompt and kind! They provided us with waters both trips and were very courteous. Absolutely recommend for wedding transportation!

Primo Limo was hired as the getaway car for a wedding I coordinated on 3/5. The driver arrived early, helped me load the car with the bride and groom's gifts and bags, and had an excellent attitude about moving the car for a change to the getaway at the last minute. I would definitely recommend them!

In January, when we started the journey of planning our November wedding we were turned away on our first weekend of touring venues because we were a same sex couple and the owner of the venue told us that we were not part of God's plan for marriage. It was heartbreaking. We shared our story and pressed pause on our plans, unsure if we were up to the challenge of planning a wedding in Texas as a gay couple. We were not prepared to come out to every one of our vendors and hope that they would accept us. One of the many vendors that heard our story and jumped to our defense was Michael B at Prime Limo. He was upset at what had happened to us and wanted to do something to help make it right and offered to donate a free sendoff car for our wedding. We were blown away! He didn't have to do that, we were complete strangers and they are one of the best limo companies in Dallas, but he wanted to do it to show that they are committed to equality and they understand that everyone deserves love. The car was there on time, the driver was super friendly and we arrived safely to our hotel after the wedding. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. They are not just a great car service company, they are amazing people. We know that there are plenty of limo and car service companies out there that you can hire but if it is important for you to support a company that not only welcomes but celebrates all couples (and their guests) then please give Prime Limo a look. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

AMAZING experience with this company. I had to change times and schedule for my wedding a company times and they were SO accommodating and easy to work with. They showed up on time, were professional and did an excellent job. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

We hired Prime Limo Services for a party bus, about a week before our wedding. Their pricing is straight forward, contract clean and simple - we really liked that there were no extra fees and gratuity was included, we booked for a 4 hour block of time that we needed. Communication was prompt, and straight forward. Payments are done in advance so we did not have to think about any money matters on the day of. On the day of - they arrived on time, the staff member was nice, professional, and well dressed. The vehicle included 2 bottles of champagne that we all enjoyed after the ceremony and a nice surprise! The vehicle was clean, well kept, and we had a blast! Only thing I would of liked to see was if someone showed us how to use the TV on the inside, make the music work (my friend thankfully had her phone and a compatible cable and we were able to hook up to the system - but they say the TV should also play music and we could not get it to work), and if someone could of provided us with the wifi password on the bus as well that would of been nice.

We used Prime Limo to take us home after our wedding, and it was super easy. We booked them months in advance and they reached out to confirm the week before. They were on time and a safe drive; not to mention we loved our tiny white limo! Our driver even helped us unload the items our bridal party had placed in the trunk for us to take home! Would definitely use them again.

AMAZING!!!! We booked a shuttle for our guests to and from the hotel as well as a car for ourselves once we left the wedding. Amazing service. They answered emails and questions promptly and helped us pick out the right bus for what we were looking for. Any time I needed to make an adjustment, they were willing to do anything that we needed. It was also a huge plus that tax and tip were always included in their quotes, so there were no surprises! Will use again for any future needs!

I ended up not using their service, but the customer service I received was excellent. Shawn was very helpful and willing to work with me to ensure I had transportation of my choice for my wedding day. Thank you again for all your help!

We booked a Cadillac Escalade Limo (18 - 20 seats) for our wedding day and Kelechi was our chauffeur. He came 15 mintues earlier than we expected and was very kind. The limo was very clean and it had water bottles and wines prepared inside. Im really satisfied with my experience.

Prime Limo is #1 in the DFW for a reason...They simply can NOT be beat. I've already worked with the manager, Shawn, for multiple other occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) so it was an OBVIOUS decision of who would be providing transportation on the biggest day of me and my future husband's life! The options for transportation is endless based on want you're wanting...The drivers are incredibly professional, not only punctual but EARLY every time...I know when my limo pulls up on the day of my wedding everyone is going to be so wooed! There's a lot of stress when it comes to vendors on a wedding day, but I know Prime Limo won't be one of them. Their part in my big day will run flawlessly. SO excited for our grand exit!! This car service is very professional and easy to work with. She answered all my questions whether it was over the phone or via email in a very timely manner. You are able to change the pickup date and time up to 24 hours before, which is very convenient considering there is always last minute changes when it comes to weddings. Our driver (sorry can't remember his name) was very professional.
