re was some confusion about timeline for the driver and some errant billing that they worked with us to resolve and weren't defensive or difficult to deal with. Would definitely recommend them, just be sure timelines are very clearly communicated and agreed-upon.

They made sure to be exactly on time so that my husband wouldn't see me before the first look and got my entire (massive) bridal party everywhere they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there. of the venue told us that we were not part of God's plan for marriage. It was heartbreaking. We shared our story and pressed pause on our plans, unsure if we were up to the challenge of planning a wedding in Texas as a gay couple. We were not prepared to come out to every one of our vendors and hope that they would accept us. One of the many vendors that heard our story and jumped to our defense was Michael B at Prime Limo. He was upset at what had happened to us and wanted to do something to help make it right and offered to donate a free sendoff car for our wedding. We were blown away! He didn't have to do that, we were complete strangers and they are one of the best limo companies in Dallas, but he wanted to do it to show that they are committed to equality and they understand that everyone deserves love. The car was there on time, the driver was super friendly and we arrived safely to our hotel after the wedding. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. They are not just a great car service company, they are amazing people. We know that there are plenty of limo and car service companies out there that you can hire but if it is important for you to support a company that not only welcomes but celebrates all couples (and their guests) then please give Prime Limo a look. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

ra fees and gratuity was included, we booked for a 4 hour block of time that we needed. Communication was prompt, and straight forward. Payments are done in advance so we did not have to think about any money matters on the day of. On the day of - they arrived on time, the staff member was nice, professional, and well dressed. The vehicle included 2 bottles of champagne that we all enjoyed after the ceremony and a nice surprise! The vehicle was clean, well kept, and we had a blast! Only thing I would of liked to see was if someone showed us how to use the TV on the inside, make the music work (my friend thankfully had her phone and a compatible cable and we were able to hook up to the system - but they say the TV should also play music and we could not get it to work), and if someone could of provided us with the wifi password on the bus as well that would of been nice.

o it was an OBVIOUS decision of who would be providing transportation on the biggest day of me and my future husband's life! The options for transportation is endless based on want you're wanting...The drivers are incredibly professional, not only punctual but EARLY every time...I know when my limo pulls up on the day of my wedding everyone is going to be so wooed! There's a lot of stress when it comes to vendors on a wedding day, but I know Prime Limo won't be one of them. Their part in my big day will run flawlessly. SO excited for our grand exit!! e the pickup date and time up to 24 hours before, which is very convenient considering there is always last minute changes when it comes to weddings. Our driver (sorry can't remember his name) was very professional.
