Cortney helped me lose 35 lbs before my wedding and go from a size 12 to a 6 to fit perfect into my wedding dress. She taught me exercises that I can use to maintain a healthy life...
style after my wedding to continue to look an feel good about myself. I'll continue to use her services and especially after I have kids!
Cortney with PrimeTime Personal Training was great! She was always on time and ready to train! She helped make my wedding day photos AMAZING! My Husband and I were married in Ja...
maica and I felt amazing for the wedding day and the Honeymoon! She is very reasonably priced and WAY cheaper than the trainers at the gym! I have recommended her to many friends and they have also had great success! Thank you Cortney fir everything!
If you are looking for a personal trainer that keeps you in the work out spirit, then you have looked in the right place. I have a wedding to be in next year and thanks to Cortney ...
I reached a goal faster than ever in my life. With the right diet and exercise. When I first started to work out with Cortney as my trainer I was a size 16 and about 200lbs. With the confidence she installs in anyone she is training it makes them become a stronger person. How she changes all her workouts to where you dont get bored with it and her kind encouraging words along the way. I am now fit, down to a size 10 and at 155lbs. Feel great and have maintained the weight now for 31/2 to 4 months with no problem. In the past I have tried weight watchers, liquid diets, other trainers and never was able to get the results I did like with Cortney and be able to maintain as easy as I have. One of the most inspiring things is when i wasnt into it at times she worked out right along side me. She is what you would call a Personal Trainer with a great motivational heart.
When looking for a personal trainer I was looking for someone that was already fit themself, motivating without being pushy, knowledgeable and a personality that made me feel comfo...
rtable at the level I was in (waaay out of shape!). Courtney was all that and more! She worked with me around my handicap (had fractured my ankle last year) but did not babysit me at all. Within two weeks my flabby upper arms were toned, my muffin top shape was tighter and sexier...and I was eating healthy as a habit! Not to mention drinking water like it was chocolate reincarnate. BONUS POINTS!
I've gone through a handful of trainers and was very satisfied with finally meeting one that really fit my requirements. She even adjusted my schedule to early mornings when my work hours changed! Thank you soooo much Courtney for your training and mentorship! I look forward to working with you again especially as our wedding date draws near. Gotta be super sexy for our Hawaiian beach wedding. ^_~
I got married in October 2009 and our wedding was going to be in Hawaii. The thought of being in a bathing suit in hawaii was scary and I knew that I needed to lose about 15 pounds...
before my wedding. I could not do it alone, I needed motivation. I did some research for my area and found Cortney. She helped me by writing out a diet plan and a daily wokout routine for me. I did training with her 2 days a week for 8 weeks. I lost the weight I needed and a couple dress sizes! She gave me the cofidence and the support I needed. I felt great at my wedding and was not embarrased to be in my bathing suit in public :). I kept most of the weight off after the wedding but wanting to gain more muscle and look toned. I began training with Cortney again this summer for her boot camp. It is like an exercise class with other adults. We give each other motivation to work through the workouts and we have a great time, feeling great afterwards! Cortney has helped me accomplish my goals and is always there for support when I need it. Thank you Cortney!
So I just got engaged a couple of months ago and like every bride out there, I want to look AMAZING and sexy on my special day. Thats where Cortney comes in. Before meeting her, m...
y diet used to consist of 1 to 2 meals a day which was mainly lunch and dinner (if time permit). I thought about hiring a trainer on several occasions but always ended up disappointed as they seemed shallow and just into themselves; not to mention EXPENSIVE. I would exercise but when it was convenient for me and couldnot understand why I was not losing the weight. Cortney helped me realize that its not only exercise but a healthy diet and determination that produces positive results. I feel healthier and have more energy and look forward to working out everyday. Cortney pushes me to do that extra set of pushup or run that extra mile when I want to give up. She invents workouts that not only challenge you to push yourself but it makes the workouts enjoyable. Her words of encouragement and her positive outlook on the improvements I have made only make me wish I had met her years before. Her perseverance and dedication to her clients makes her a trainer I would definitely recommend. If you are willing to put in the effort, call Cortney and you wont be disappointed.
Cortney is a fabulous personal trainer. I'm athletic. I play soccer and run, but I hate "working out." However, with Cortney's bootcamp work outs I never get bored and the time ...
flies right by. She's always changing up the format and exercises so it's always a challenge. However, I really like that she has modifications for the folks who are not in as good of shape or who have injuries, too.
If you're looking for a bootcamp where you'll have some aggro fitness instructor calling you a "Loser" and pushing you 'til you puke, look elsewhere. Cortney really creates a positive, supportive atmosphere. I actually look forward to bootcamp. However, don't be fooled that it's going to be easy. Be prepared to work.
I've definitely seen results. In less than two months I dropped almost 10 lbs. and a pant size. Plus, I have tone and shape to my upper body. I'm not someone who loses weight easily and my arms were akin to a T-Rex before I started working out so that's saying a lot.
As an added bonus, this is one of the most affordable fitness training programs in the Sacramento area.
I just wish I knew about Cortney and PrimeTime Boot Camp before my wedding!
