d 10 minutes early, Ashlee had not yet arrived, but we were able to get into the building, so we went in and sat down to wait. At 10:10, when Ashlee had not arrived, I started trying to text the number she had provided in her confirmation email. no response, at 10:20 I messaged her on the Facebook Primp Hair and Makeup page. No response. My Mom also messaged the same page and even went so far as to go Ashlee's personal Facebook page and left a message there as well. No response to either of those messages. Finally at 10:40, after multiple attempts to reach Ashlee, we started calling Sephora and Ulta to see if somebody could help me, as I had NO makeup on or with me, I live 30 minutes away and I was scheduled to be at a 12:00 appointment. THANKFULLY Ulta happened to be open that Sunday for a special pop-up event and the manager kindly agreed to help me out. The guy at Ulta was awesome and certainly saved the day for me, which I so appreciated. I left a very positive review on Ulta's page sharing my story. I did finally receive a text message from Ashlee at 11:07 am, she said that she was with her family and her phone was on silent. She stated that this had never happened before and offered to come to me, but obviously it was too late. I responded to Ashlee once the day was done, she offered to do a free trial session at another date and time. Ashlee never responded to either of the messages my Mom sent on Facebook messenger, on both her business and her personal account. As far as being able to contact Ashlee, my thought is that providing a phone number for customers to call should there be any issues with the appointment should NEVER be on silent for this very reason. Based on these facts, I am simply not comfortable entrusting my most important wedding day to Primp Hair and Makeup. Hopefully there will be positive changes made in the future to avoid this ever happening again because this made what should have been joyful time, into a very stress filled day.

My experience in-studio was phenomenal as well - I had some general ideas of what I was looking for but was open to suggestions, and Ashlee and Heather helped me take those ideas and bring them to life beautifully. They did it in record time too! I was so happy with my experience and would highly recommend them to brides or anyone looking for help with hair and makeup in the Tulsa area.

Hair and Makeup that they would do a great job with the young girls because all of the photos that I had seen on the postings were of young beautiful girls and they looked gorgeous - hair and makeup! My concern was how they would do with a 56 year old woman... not that I was the primary focus but I did want to look good. Well, let me tell you, not only did my daughter-in-law look gorgeous, Ashlee and Heather made me look the best I have ever looked. They listened to what I wanted with my hair and it turned out perfect and I don't know much about makeup but they listened to me and it turned out perfect. I must say that the makeup & hair lasted all day long too. I received compliments all day and even after the wedding. Now, that has never really happened before so if you are on the fence and trying to decide who to go with, I would say definitely go with Heather & Ashlee, they will make a big difference in how you look at your event and how the pictures turn out. So I can say they can do young women and older women like me who are in their 50's and I would say you could be confident that they could do any age. They are professional and they know what they are doing! I'll use them again if I have a need. We don't have all the photos back but what we did get back, the hair and makeup is flawless! Thanks Heather & Ashlee! You are the best in Tulsa!

n! For wedding day, she and her assistant came out to the salon where we were getting our hair done and they were able to rotate through girls who weren’t getting hair done at the moment. They were so timely, friendly and made everyone feel comfortable and of course, beautiful!!! They helped me and my bridesmaids start our day off stress-free and fun and everyone’s makeup lasted well into the night and even through to the next morning!

nd it threw me into a fit of happy tears. I was blown away by their work. Thank god for their waterproof lashes! My hair and makeup lasted well through the night, which I thought was impossible for me but I was proved very wrong! I never needed any touchup's, making my day that much more stress free! All of my bridesmaids and family were equally thrilled with their hair and makeup! Can't wait to return for a fun and relaxing beauty session with these ladies soon! so continue to see Ashlee every other week for my eyelash extensions. It’s so much fun to stay in touch and of course for my eyelashes to be so full. I get compliments daily. I love Primp and their awesome employees. You will not be disappointed!!
