We had a positive experience with the manager of the 1st Ave location. the SW side didn't have the tux on the Thursday before the wedding. The Friday (day before) we got the wrone tux and it needed major alterations. Saturday (day of the wedding) we got the tux about 10 am. No alterations could be done at that time. It needed some work, but we went ahead as planned. (what choice did we have) They offered to keepsake my dress as a reimbursement for all the issues.
