Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, but it was a little rough getting there. Turnover in the event coordinator position seems high, and we went through three coordinators in the year and a half leading up to the event. Because of this, we essentially had to start over from scratch with each new person. We also lost our original date after the first coordinator left and didn't pass our information on to anyone else. In the end, we had a wonderful wedding out in front of the beach and a fun reception afterward in the ballroom. Through the help of the catering manager stepping in to fill the event coordinator role, our wedding got back on track and the final stretch was smooth and easy. We were able to give her and her staff all of our decorations and some basic suggestions on how to arrange them. Everything was placed perfectly. She managed the day exceptionally well and the schedule worked flawlessly.
