I would highly recommend Priority Entertainment. We worked with Jim to set up all of the details for our wedding and he is wonderful! Max was our DJ for our wedding and he is the b...
est! He is so friendly, was a great MC, and kept the dance floor packed! We have a wide range of genres that we wanted played and he managed to play them all and transition them seamlessly! I can’t recommend this company enough!!
This company is awesome. Hire them and you will NOT regret it. They were on time, honored all requests, kept the music at the right volume, reduced volume when asked, stayed on sch...
edule. Our DJ, Phil, was simply a delight to work with throughout the entire evening. Thank you Priority E for making a special day very memorable!!!
Jim was one of the best vendors I’ve work ever worked with - and I plan events for a living! He listened to our (somewhat specific) music requests, read the room and kept the dance...
floor full. He handled a few of our last minute changes flawlessly. Hire him and you will not regret it!
Bottom line - our dance floor was packed all night long thanks to our DJ, Neil. He took care of all our special requests, respected our do-not-play list and ensured that some of ou...
r song choices for special moments worked well by fading in/out as needed. He brought an assistant to help, which kept things running smoothly.
Priority Entertainment's owner, Jim, helped us determine the right package for our day and was very respectful of our budget. DJ Neil handled our wedding day, including an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner/dancing reception. Both are true professionals with years of experience and we didn't have to spend hours sorting through song lists as suggested by some other companies we considered.
Neil was easy to work with before the wedding and provided advice whenever we asked for it. He made sure to have the specific versions of several acoustic songs for the ceremony and timed other special moments well.
We did have a few bumps when a toast-giver was mistakenly introduced to give a blessing and the sound went out once during the ceremony. But the sound quality was perfect otherwise and Neil handled some tricky name pronunciations well. Thanks for making our wedding day fantastic!
Jim was absolutely outstanding in every way! From the very first meeting until the end of the night, he was everything we could have hoped for. Pre-wedding he was easy to contact, ...
accommodating in when/where to meet, and took copious notes. We had a bit of a last-second bridal party emergency literally the night before the wedding and Jim easily and cheerfully made adjustments to announcements and such on the fly. During the wedding he managed to keep everyone on the dance floor with a great feel for the room. Before the reception got started he even saw me having a heart-to-heart with my 95-year-old grandmother, and noticing that the photographer was still outside, snapped some candid shots for us! The guests loved him, we loved him, and I’m sure you will too!
Cannot recommend enough!
I can’t say enough great things about Priority Entertainment. We had Neil as our DJ and he did a wonderful job. He had everyone dancing until the last song. Neil was great to work ...
with and always responsive to phone calls or emails. I will recommend Priority Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ.
My husband and I heard great reviews about Priority Entertainment from friends who have used this company for thier own weddings. We could not have been luckier to find such a wond...
erful business to work with for our wedding reception. I cannot express how wonderful Priority Entertainment was to work with! They have a large, suggested song list for every part of the wedding, such as first dance, reception introduction and the cake cutting (who knew you needed a song for cake cutting). With the help of Jim, our wedding reception was all that we could ever have hoped for. The dance floor was packed the entire evening! We received a lot of positive feedback from our wedding guests on how great the music was for our reception. I would highly recommend using Priority Entertainment. They are organized, professional and do amazing work!
If you want a fantastic MC and a DJ who can read your guests and not leave your dance floor empty Jim Butkus is the way to go. The compliments our guest still give us are that he ...
was the best they'd ever experienced. Jim also made our night run smoothly without a hitch. Worth every penny!
We worked with Jim (manager of Priority) and Phil (our DJ) for our wedding, and they were two really fun guys to work with.
They were very organized in terms of communicating i...
nformation-- what songs / sound we were going for throughout the day. (They provided sound system for our musicians, recessional music, cocktail hour music, dinner music, and dancing.) Phil, our DJ, was not on our earlier emails / communications, which would have been preferable to be confident we were all on the same page. However, my now husband and I were finalizing the details on DJ stuff pretty last-minute, so if we had started that process sooner, that would have helped. In fact, Jim and Phil were very patient with our last-minuteness!
The day was perfect. For all the different parts of the day they were involved in, it went off without a hitch! Phil was such a fun guy to have there-- always laughing and friendly while also managing the process (i.e. lining up the bridal party for the announcement, speeches, etc.) And the dance music was great! We had folks-- young and old-- on the dance floor all night long. And even a group rockout to Bon Jovi to close out the night! Perfect.
Would definitely recommend and have chosen them again!
AMAZING! They work with All Events Entertainment also. We had so many people compliment us on our songs and Matt was super easy to work with! about 60 or so people stayed til the v...
