From start to finish, working with Priscilla Costa Bridal was a breeze! I was concerned about finding a seamstress who was familiar with wedding gowns and when I came across this business I was thrilled. From the first interaction, lines of communication were open and she was honest and upfront about her services and pricing (which was very reasonable). I had 2 visits – the first was to discuss what I needed altered on my wedding gown and the second was to try on the dress after the alterations were complete. My dress was perfect and they even steamed my veil for me! Transparent pricing, great customer service, and great work are what I received when working with this small business owner. I will be working with them for all my formal gown alterations in the future!

Priscilla Costa took a sketch I drew on the back of some note paper and turned it into a reality. I was so impressed with her ability to understand the idea I was going for and translate it into a stunning piece of art, which looks pretty much identical to what I drew in the first place. Priscilla is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and inviting, and worked with me to create my look while staying within my budget. I'll come back after the wedding to post photos of the dress. My daughter originally had her wedding gown altered at the bridal salon where she purchased her gown. After four fittings, we were still not satisfied with the alterations, but the seamstress at the salon said she could not alter the gown any more because of the illusion on the sides and back of the gown. This was the Thursday before the Saturday night wedding. Priscilla made my daughter’s veil and did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price, so we called her. Not only did she take care of this emergency situation in a timely fashion, but she took in 2” and the gown fit my daughter perfectly! Priscilla is wonderful, caring, easy to work with, and her skills are excellent!

Priscilla worked her magic to create my DREAM dress. I could not be happier with the way it came out, it fit perfectly. I got so many compliments on it. She listened to what I wanted and created a dress that was even more perfect than what I had in mind. I am still so in love with with my dress, I would highly recommend Priscilla Costa Bridal.

She is very good at her craft! She will bring your vision to a reality! She listens and she is patient! I got so many compliments on my wedding gown! Priscilla is not only a talented individual, but she is an incredibly kind human being! Walking in on the first day with my fiancé I did not know what to expect. I was not sure of what style I would like or would even be flattering for my figure. On the other side my fiancé knew exactly what she wanted and had decided on one of Priscilla's stunning dresses in the first twenty minutes of arriving Priscilla knew I was a bit hesitant and walked through the many different designs ,Priscilla was able to combine different styles and things I liked from her designs in order to create a custom gown that went beyond anything I could have dreamed of. The fittings became what we looked forward to as the date of our wedding got closer, the dress not only made me feel beautiful the day of my wedding but also allowed me to feel empowered and strong and proud of my figure. Priscilla pours all her love into every design, she is amazing!!

Back in November I got engaged, immediately found my dress in December and was referred to Priscilla! The moment I started working with her I knew I was in great hands. My dress needed minor work and she stained my Moms veil without a problem. She worked with me when I had to try my dress on 3 different occasions. She's amazing at what she does and responds promptly! I love her work and her personality! I would definitely recommend her for any dress!

My custom wedding gown by Priscilla Costa Bridal was a dream! One of my favorite parts of choosing a custom gown was having so many opportunities to try on my dress before my wedding day. It was so exciting and fun to watch the dress evolve from a sketch to the final product at each appointment. Priscilla also created a veil using lace from my mother’s old wedding gown, which was beautiful. The whole process was really special and the final product was perfect. I felt extra comfortable and at ease in my dress on my wedding day because it so exactly reflected my specifications and personal style. I didn’t want to take it off after the party was over! I received countless comments on how unique the dress was. The cost of my custom gown was very fair and reasonable in my opinion. Priscilla is a lovely person who is very down to earth, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. Priscilla transformed my paternal grandmother's 70 year old wedding gown into a modern, sophisticated, gorgeous gown for me to wear at my wedding on October 14, 2016. Her passion for her work is incredible, and she finds a way to connect to every detail you explain about your dream dress. Her work is absolutely flawless. Priscilla also designed a mother of the bride dress for my mom to wear. It was absolutely gorgeous, extremely flattering, and so comfortable. I had Priscilla alter my dress for my October 2016 wedding. She was the preferred vendor at the salon where I bought my dress and she was a treat to work with. She really understands the details that go into a bridal gown and made sure to take care of the integrity of the dress as she made the needed alterations for my dress. She had great availability, quick turnaround and was very open about telling you her thoughts on what needed to be altered. I loved working with her. Her prices were reasonable and my dress was ready after 2 fittings.

Priscilla is amazingly talented at what she does. She is so patient and truly listened to all of my feedback on the alterations. It is clear she takes great pride in her work and the results show. I would recommend her to any bride!

She performed flawless and beautiful alteration work on my wedding dress. I was very nervous to have anyone work on my dress but my first consultation with her tended up becoming my first fitting because I knew I was in excellent hands. My wedding was this past weekend and the endless compliments including the assumptions that since the dress fit me so well the whole thing must have been custom. Not only did Priscilla make my store-bought Maggie Sottero wedding dress fit like a glove, having to remove and and reapply the many intricate buttons and long zipper among other alterations, but she was also very accommodating to my schedule and just such a pleasure to work with. I was very happy have her included in the whole wedding experience!

10 months ago, as I was looking for the perfect wedding dress, I couldn't find anything pre-made by a designer to match the dress I dreamed of in my head. I started then to look for designers around me that could make a custom dress, and luckily I found Priscilla. The process was fantastic. Priscilla is so lovely and level-headed, she explained to me how every step looks like, without trying to "over-sell" nor hide anything pricing-wise (which was reasonable, considering the amount of work it takes to create a custom piece). Communication with her felt genuine and sincere, and I could feel from the start she was going to do the best she can to make me happy as her customer. After receiving two sketches to choose from, we went over the fabrics and construction options. Priscilla made sure not only that I love everything we choose, but that I also understand exactly how the fabrics are going to look and feel like on my body. Once again, Priscilla made me feel comfortable because she ran every choice/decision by me. After a few fittings and months of anticipation, the dress was ready and it was truly a dream come true. I couldn't ask for a more beautiful creation. Priscilla is a true artist and loves what she does. She even made me a matching hair-piece, and helped me greatly with packing the dress properly so I can carry it via plane to my overseas wedding. If you are looking to bring a dress you already have to be altered, or make a dress from scratch like I did, I would highly recommend Priscilla Costa Bridal. I received nothing but a professional, upstanding service and I will be speaking on it for years to come. Priscilla did an amazing job on my wedding dress! We came to her after the salon where I bought my dress kept cancelling and rescheduling my fitting appointments and we didn't trust using them to alter my dress. I was so afraid to go somewhere else but I'm so glad we did! She did an amazing job with my dress and in short notice. We went to her in May and my wedding was in the beginning of July. But she planned everything perfectly- that's including a last minute addition of straps as well! I would highly recommend Priscilla she did a great job for a reasonable price and in perfect time for our wedding!!

I bought my dress in California and had to have it shipped to me in the Philadelphia area. This created two problems: other bridal salons wouldn't alter my dress because I didn't purchase it there and it put me in a time crunch. I was referred to Priscilla by Ariel's Bridal Salon where I purchased my veil. Priscilla was amazing! My dress had a ton of detail such as lace and beading and layers of tulle. And it had to be taken in at the bodice due to weight loss. Priscilla had about 3 weeks start to finish to alter my dress. It fit like a glove and fell to the floor at exactly the right length. I literally could not have had a better experience working with Priscilla and her team. They are amazing! I also enjoyed looking at the stunning gowns she hand made that are hanging in her shop.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am woth the amazing job Ms. Priscilla did with my mother's mother of the groom dress. She hand designed and customed made her dress from head to toe. My mother looked stunning and all the thanks goes to this wonderful bridal salon. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends, family, coworkers and anyone who will listen. Go check her out. She was patient and created a dress to fit my mom's specific taste. Priscilla is a treat to work with as well.

I used Priscilla for the alterations for my wedding dress at the recommendation of my bridal salon, Arielle Bridal, and was not disappointed. Priscilla was wonderful to work with and is truly amazing at what she does. My dress was fairly complicated (all lace) and it turned out perfectly. I added a beaded belt, which I purchased online, and Priscilla did such a great job adding it into the dress that it looked like it was all one piece. I received so many compliments the day of my wedding about how perfectly my dress fit and this is all thanks to Priscilla! I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!
