Be cautious - I've known Cass for 5 years. I followed her from The Glam Room, to her first business (Dolled up by Cass), to Antidote Salon, and finally Prism Rose Salon. ON MY WEDD...
ING DAY, she told me she was on her way, at the time she was supposed to be at the venue. That was okay, because we had a buffer. But then I never heard from her again. I called and texted multiple times to no response. Breaks my heart that she would abandon me when I had trusted her with hair and make-up, but she did. Watch out. Unforgivable.
*BUYER BEWARE* - This business is a scam. On August 11th, I spoke with Cass with regards to hair/makeup services for my wedding. She indicated "I got you" and was very responsive.....
until I paid my deposit... then crickets! I followed up on many occasions via fb messenger and my messages were read but never responded to. I showed up to my scheduled hair/makeup trial on the 20th and she wasn't there. Her 'suite' was locked w. no lights on. I messaged on facebook, called and texted and NOTHING. A week before my wedding. I did not hear from her until the next evening in which she apologized but had been communicating in regards to a refund with my fiancé since mid.morning the day she ghosted me. She claims that her phone was off but all of my messages went through as delivered (iPhones are great!) I'm now blocked on messenger and have yet to receive my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS SALON.
